I remember back when I had tik tok and ppl were talking about how everytime they start a job they don't get trained properly and then they end up getting fired because they weren't taught to do anything and the way it's happening to me rn

#im supposed to be training for 12 weeks.... after 1 weeks of training theyve already moved me to a different store #to start working already like i dont even know how to use the oven or properly use the till #i only know how to make sandwiches these ppl are very UNSERIOUS i only trained for one week and i only made Sandwiches...#if i get laid off cause idk how to do anything i wont even be mad because the shop they sent me to is so far away #from home and my shifts are like. 6 hrs 😭😭😭 i spend more time travelling than working!!!#idk why they sent me to this store when i told them its far away from home idk why i couldn't stay at the store #i actually applied for 😑#cant use the coffee machine cant use the oven cant use the till only make sandwiches
