pray for me at work today 🧿🧿🧿 got dropped down to 16 hours & boss wants to call right when i get in 🥰 i have no idea how much I‘m making/hour & if they don’t tell me or give me more attitude the plan is to quit on the spot >:3c you need me more than i need you ;)

#🧿#my boss is such a genius‚ moves me off the year long program i‘ve been planning all summer & gives it to a random new hire w no teaching or #art experience…#i now have 3O mins to prepare before kids arrive so i‘ll be making shit up on the spot #AND THEY WANT TO CALL RIGHT DURING THIS TIME THAT I‘D USE TO SET UP MY LESSON??!!#like if ur this committed to see me fail just fire me already…#her main goal w bringing me on was giving this program more structure so kids aren’t just playing outside every day & are doing art #so much for that now….#i would‘ve already quit if i wasn’t so stubborn… if u say i don’t know how to resign gracefully or that 'I kNoW mOrE tHaN yOu' abt child #development‚ teaching‚ or art (you don’t) i will give u the pettiest resignation i can
