#i no longer bring up my trauma explicitly to anyone new cause like 70% of the time theyve responded with something like this#and like. man come on.#anyways im getting sooo good at recovering from it!!#i ditched a lot of my old coping mechanisims that werent working and retaught myself a bunch of basic things and its! going well!#theres also something to be said about my objectober art also helping me get past it.#its creating brand new experiences and memories with that community and making it actually enjoyable to indulge in again without relapse#and im happy with it. im really truly happy with it.
