i think i've already asked this before but i forgot so i'll ask again: does anybody have easy foods to recommend, like foods that are easier to keep down than others
#i'm kinda limited in what i can do on campus but i'll try my best to find something#i havw a presentstion wednesday and a lot of graduation stuff to sort out. i've been *so sick*#i can barely eat idk what to do aaaaaa#ran out of pepto so now i cant force my problems down with medicine either jdjfjd. i'll get more today hopefully#i need to convince my parents that medicine isnt evil i do NOT think i will be able to keep going without some kind of anti-anxiety meds#i have a supplement but all it does is help with the sick feeling. doesnt actually get rid of any anxiety itself. just symptom management#fine short term. not long term :/#chat#sorry for the mild venting jdhdj
