#i need strucuture and money

Our project - the chess tournament was mainly focused in the creativity part. We first agreed to do a podcast that was supposed to focus on problems of our (and not only) school society. However, there were some problems within our group with organization, and willingness to do it, so we had to change it. I came up with the idea of chess tournament, as all of us (in our group) like to play chess. I thought it might be easier to organise and will not require as much life values discussion. I shared my idea with the rest of my group at the beginning of september, and they all accepted. Honestly I wanted to do it as fast as possible because I'm starting to feel really a lot of pressure related to the fact that this is our last year and the exams are coming so there is generally a lot of work. Therefore I hoped that we will all immediately get to work, but of course the reality is always different from what I imagined.

The plan was, to encourage our school community to look into chess, as the torunament was welcome to every level player and to raise some money for victims of the flood that is happening right now. Unfortunatey due to low attendence (lower than expected) we were not able to raise enough money for it to be registered as a fund raise, so we did not collect the money at all and focused on the creativity aspect.

The process was honestly much harder than expected. There were many problems with cooperation within our group and I felt at times like I had to organize everything and tell everyone what to do, because if i didn't nobody would do anything. So this was the biggest obstacle I would say. I did feel lack of support in my group for most of the time, but admittedly they organised themselves at the end and everybody did they part.

My responsibility was mainly to organize everything with our school authorities, so I needed an agreement from Mr. Mazur to take the aula at 6th floor. I also had to find the most appropriate date, create the form for siging up and design our poster. Wojtek was responsible for printing and hanging the posters, Tomek helped me with organizing the structure of the swiss tournament (Even though i have playe din tournaments like this before i did not realise how complicated their strucuture is, because you have to match the players on amount of the points they get and their elo score.) and Adam and Stasiek were responsible for organizing the aula and chess boards and timers.

Generally not everybody that signed up showed up, whcih was dissapointing. But the atmoshpere overall was quite positive, for people who were less (or not at all) experienced we organised some shrt lesons about the tactics and openings in chess, and I generally see the tournament as a success that helped us to unite (even if only by a bit) the school community

and we have an arguement. yes. the macs say that the 250,000 of the ss oustanding money is thiers. the morlok thiers. and we asked them that too to the morlock hwo often do you lay code n ppl and not often and true macs do it a lot and it is sometimes confusing this case no. he is owed tht much almost to the dollalr. true too they say it. to that number. and wont relinquish it. no. they wll. say it too. sold the house in westboro for that much. and in north port, i t was that much and dee lied. saw it and yuk. same number. and it is symbolic. and of your clan too. they had more but it was said the usa had 250M and by ghwb. ruined a lot of ppl. this is a sad day they said y ou cant say a word on this subject. and it meant it prior to they say saw our son get it. Hera said it too see it. back during lennan and yoko they were saying it ok were. so same thing. and they blabbed it all over. one day to ouor sons face and h e said so wht. ok good for you you know the math. your not a forg are you and the boy left. upset too.

they planned it timed it and no dont hv us and did not plan to at this time. nope. some did and are gone. we see it.

they plan to get it to our son. and soon. end of year they recalculate things. and do the math over. and thi is oe thing they look at and we see it they aer at hi bugs and we see spray time

they say it a lot.

and when. and tell others a lot no. and are not mean no are. say it too we pay him you sit back and that is tht true too.

and we plan on the worst to help if need be.

and this is it they may want him back at casle and for reasons of ships. and he says too it

now they are atough bunch but this is ridiclule nd threats and tortreous yepp and more frm orlock. today bad. tonight worse. we strucuture our kills we see tonight the night and all we move in then
