thinking about ojiisan professor ashengrotto........ divorced professor who teaches an economics class or something within the business degree. think tapis rouge azul, but he's your attractive, aged-like-wine professor you can't help but admire during lectures. orz

or professor hunt who teaches a poetry class...... submitting the steamiest of poems for him to read and because he's rook he praises you endlessly, where it's on the verge of carnality. or this same situation but with the uptight professor flamme........ :) there is a 99.9% chance he is jorking it to your poetry by candlelight,,,, professor graves is probably no different.

of course i can't talk about professors without mentioning the beloved himself..... professor crewel. i need to be in a secret situationship with him and he says he'll put an end to this because it isn't right for him or his "morality" and constantly jeopardizes his career, leaving such a mixed taste in his mouth, but then here he is taking you on a private retreat in some distant wintry village for the holiday.......... fucking you over the hood of that pretty, classic car of his. >_< you taste just as bittersweet as this secret, and perhaps that's why it's so hard for him to stop. it wouldn't be a proper addiction if it was without harm, would it?

so, I actually saw somewhere a theorie that what if the twst characters are all dead or something and their unique magic is a hint of how they died.

(a little dark and probably an impossible theorie but I can see where this came from as the students they arrive and awake at NRC in FUCKING COFFINS like- even the mc and yuuken got freaked out of getting out of a coffin, as they could actually assume they are dead)

so yeah, let's go with this dark twisted angst theorie because I can't sleep and I need to suffer

Heartslabyul

Riddle (Off with your head): Pretty self explanatory... Died from decapitation.

Cater (Split Card): Honestly the scariest so far for me- Probably died being dismembered ("Split into parts")

Trey (Doodle Suit): A little bit hard to explain, but as his magic is related to overwrite things, there is a possibility that he was sort of "overwritten" too, such as dying by being crushed or something.

Deuce (Bet the Limit): Another one self-explanatory, probably died by being retaliated with something he was using (silly example, but is like when you throw a boomerang but when it returns to you a strong wind blows and the boomerang gain much more speed, sometimes you being unable to catch it again or accidentally being hitted by the boomerang)

Savanaclaw

Leona (King's Roar): Another pretty scary too, died from disintegration and probably the name could be related as while he was disintegrating, he shouted his final roar before vanishing forever.

Ruggie (Laugh with Me): Died from laughter. But as his magic is also related to some sort of hypnosis (people are forced to copy his moves), probably he was forced and exposed to a laughing gas, having no choice but to keep laughing to death as the gas was "controlling" him.

Jack (Unleash Beast): Died probably by being attacked/devoured (much like Scar's fate) by beasts that were released (probably the "beasts" were wolves, I still got my bet that Jack is related to the white wolves from the Beauty and The Beast but that's another story)

Octavinelle

Azul (It's a Deal): Probably got scammed making a deal that not only stolen everything he had, but he was executed in the end.

Jade (Shock the Heart): Died from a heart attack, probably after listening to a "shocking" hidden truth.

Floyd (Bind the Heart): Probably he was accidentally hitted by something that in the last minute change its course and probably died by something that was related by being squeezed to death (binded/tied to death)

Scarabia

Kalim (Oasis Maker): Died from drowning, I assume probably in an oasis (?)

Jamil (Snake Whisper): Ok, this one so far it's a bit complicated, he probably was manipulated and/or forced to follow someone's orders that, to avoid being caught, told his orders by whispering in Jamil's ear OR maybe he was lured by someone's voice (much like a sort of siren trap) and probably died by accidental death or even "suicide" (forced to kill himself)

Pomefiore

Vil (Fairest one of all): I assume that probably his cause of death was somehow related to a price he had to pay to try to be the fairest of the world (as he do his own cosmetics, maybe he use a substance that was slowly killing him or he did a procedure that made him fallen ill), like the beauty he was looking for was some sort of curse that made him meet his final fate.

Notes: Anyway a lot of these probably makes no sense or looks pretty lame, I'm sleepy and driving into nonsense thoughts, but also feel free to tell your own theories or your own version of these! As I told you before this can be interpreted both as dark theories or/and headcanons, alternative universe. Sorry for my bad eng btw and I will try to answer the asks in my box- but no promises when;;;; I'm not feeling well these last weeks so....

I do think it’s interesting that TWST EN is rushing content out when there’s still errors in the current translation that need to be patched up 🤔 Besides the main story and the Beansfest (Beans Day) banner, we also have Culinary Crucibles (aka Master Chef) and birthday cards already implemented (if I recall correctly, those latter two didn’t get added to TWST JP until like a year in).

Maybe it’s a case of them already having the content on hand, so they’re trying to catch EN up to JP as soon as they can? Or maybe The Mouse (TM) just wants to wring Azul stans for all the cash they have; he’s an extremely popular character— But then I wonder what they’ll do when and if they do catch up, because that just means waiting through another content drought. (Anyone that was in the fandom for the initial chapter 5 release on the JP server can attest to how bad the drought was 😂)

On the subject of Azul cards, I wouldn’t worry too much about them? Dorm is permanent so you can pull him at any time, and the Birthday returns every year (though they will add a new birthday card next year as well) so you’ll have time to save. Beans Azul is the only “limited” to really worry about (though they may rerun the event later with additional new limited Beans cards, as I know that they did for the JP server).

If you’re strictly F2P, think about whether you want to prioritize meta (Dorm Azul), your collection (Beans Azul or Birthday Azul), or just pick which aesthetic you like the best. Gachas are tests of patience and resource management!

First of all, welcome to the Twst fandom Anonie! 👏👏🌺🌺👏💜💚💚 I hope you have fun.

No worries Anonie, no need to apologize. I’m sorry for any confusion I caused with my statement.☺️🌷

Nothing is wrong with the game, per say. Just some translation issues when it comes to the lore of the story and some characters.

For example: Cater has two older sisters and in book 1, he said he didn’t and he was an only child. And I think later, in his birthday card; he mentions having older siblings. So that kind of confuses people. In the original jp translation, he mentioned having sisters right when you met him the first time instead of denying any siblings. So, that’s more of an error on the translators part.

Another example is the lack of titles used when referring to Malleus and Lilia by Sebek and Silver. These two are knights of Malleus and they treat him respectfully, especially Sebek. And to see Sebek calling Malleus by name? Well, it always makes me cringe just a little bit or mentally add in the title myself. There’s plenty of more examples out there, but these stood out to me the most.

As for the April schedule, it’s not known wether it’s official or not yet. We’ll find out in a few days time to be sure what the official news is. But, according to leaks? I guess you could say. April schedule has both, part of book 4 scheduled and beans day part 2.

Now I don’t mind if one or the other is scheduled, per month. But I honestly believe it is going to fast main story wise. Jp is barely near the end of book 6. By going through these books so quick, we are catching up to jp server but at the same time we are rushing. Because then we will be in a dry spell as long as they are, if not longer main story wise.

Concerning events, events in jp server were 21 days with a rest period of about 2 weeks? 3 weeks? Between each event or main story update. Now, I prefer the 21 day events with the two-three week rest periods because that way you can take your time and play the event and enjoy it and keep to your life.

In Eng version of twist, they shortened the event to 14 days instead of the 21 (at least for now, hopefully that changes), which kind of irks me. Because now you have that one less week to play the event and get the event currency to get the items you want in the event shop. Which in turn, puts pressure on the player to be on top of everything to get the items they want.

It’s also harder to f2p players, because they have to juggle not only the limited event banners from the main story, but now also the events banners without any space between to gather gems and other resources. Then you add in the birthdays and other events like the anniversary and it’s just…too much and can get people burned out.

I felt really bad for the octavinelle stand. They had to juggle the dorm cards for Floyd, Jade, and Azul. And then, they had to deal with Azul birthday and Azul beans day card. If Beans day part 2 turns out to be real…they’ll have another octavinelle character to worry about. Which I low key also want, but can do without. I’m more interested in that SR card for that banner.

I honestly would prefer if they did either a main story update one month and an event the next month. Space it out over time and that way, we could enjoy it more. The more time and space the better, let people accumulate gems and resources.

Twist is a game that is supposed to be for busy people to enjoy and go on with their day, not something you have to be on every day. With these changes, it makes it harder for those people to enjoy.
