prior to this, i actually never ate much meat - my go to for protein was nuts, hummus, peanut butter, and the occasional chicken or lamb curry dish. legit i just didnt eat or cook meat. so this sudden high protein diet to make up for the lack of carbs calories is probably making my stomach confused. i eat two sausages for breakfast now. its insane. pls let me eat gluten again soon ;_;
#jrnlsht#my stomach does protest the most over things that have sugar or carbs tho#thank goodness it seems to handle rice ok#i might gain weight back on rice alone#i have started making one cup of rice and can manage to eat the whole thing in one meal sitting which is great#anyway pls excuse my messy hair and face sorry#also lol i did not eat that salmon all at once dont worry this is three meals worth#i am learning that i eat more than most people my weight#the doctors tell me to try and get 1300 calories a day on the meal plan they gave me#im like bud look 1300 was how i lost fifteen pounds#i need at least 1500 to 1700 and preferably 2000 to gain some back#my skinny genetics will probably not last forever but yeah my moms tall slender ballerina side of the family definitely contributes to this
