#my post#i mustve drawn out this scene like 5 or 6 times by now lol#its so fun :3#jays the one who actually spots him in the water (bcus she has the highest perception)#chibo has a moment where he sees gill floating there and flashes back to going overboard in hole in the sea and decides to pull him up#(chip justifies helping to jay by saying gill will owe them for saving him lol)#gill hesitantly takes his hand bcus uhoh. humans! thats what the elders always warned him about! theyre his enemies!#but they seem... nice?? and theyre helping him? much to think about#chip tries to explain what a pirate is which leads to gillion going 'are pirates evil' while reaching for his sword lmao#jays like 'well yknow-' before chip cuts her off like 'NOPE!! DID I SAY STEALING I MEANT WE UH WE HELP PEOPLE MHM MHM'#then hes all 'ohh you know whos really evil?? those NAVY' and then he rambles on about this island theyre sailing towards (its canella lol)#and it ends :]#oh wait after chip says teh bit about the navy jay like. glances off to the side. and you can see a bit of recognition in gills face.#ANYWYAS yeah i love drawing this thang i always kinda mke it the same lol#thisis what happens when you cant write. i sketch my silly little scenes
