I was always curious, why did you have twilight be distrustful of wild? I enjoy this unique dynamic you wrote but I personally would never have thought of that and wondered about your thought process

i havent read my own series in a good while now, but Twilight is naturally fairly wary approaching anyone in wolf form-- he is a whole wolf. Those aren't soft and gentle puppies! Plus, Twilight wasn't actually very wary when he first met Wild, he more kind of stumbled into him by chance... and when faced with a giant wolf, of which Wild was used to fighting?

Twilight startled Wild, and Wild attacked him. It's natural that Twilight was a little cautious from the get-go, but he was 2000% more wary afterwards. If they had been able to be introduced to each other properly, none of their conflict would have happened and theyd be fine with each other from the start. it was a bad accident that left minor trauma
