“Maggie,” Ava says, strong accent cutting through, acknowledging the person standing over her. Hastily, she adjusts her jacket and scrubs, smoothing them back into place.

“I don’t think I’ve ever seen you this tired.”

Ava shrugs, seamlessly slipping back into easy confidence.

“Rough couple of cases. Nothing I can’t handle.”

“Uh huh,” Maggie says, unbelieving.

She sets a can of Red Bull on the desk with a knowing look.

“You need this more than anybody.”

Ava scoffs. “Those things? They are murder on your heart, come on.”

Maggie hums and walks away. Ava watches her leave, and when she’s out of sight, Ava darts forward, grabs the energy drink, immediately cracking it open and downing half of it.

- I... the parallels btwn sarah offering this guy the ability to slit her throat (for therapy) and ava cutting her throat... i don’t know what to do with this information

- idk but sarah holding the knife got me feelin some type of way

- the way connor looks at ava with such contempt bc she... does her job (and his but yk) especially during the hug wtf dude honestly just stop looking at her

- this is also the episode where ava pawns off the patient’s hug onto connor. while yeah, it could ava just being annoying to connor by forcing him to hug his one night stand’s husband, but she did give connor due credit. (and something to be said about her being confused and a tad uncomfortable when the patient hugs her, which is why she pawns it off to rhodes)

- she also doesn’t hug the guy back, which is kind of funny, she never moves her arms and just shrugs out of it

- and like after the hug she takes a few steps away from the guy, really not wanting any more physical contact or attention

- there’s something interesting in ava’s expression when connor gets hugged by the guy, can’t quite explain it. i’m gonna go with it’s her trying to keep a straight face while connor hugs a man he just helped a woman cheat on, but that’s not all of it so

- or. okay, I think i got it. i think that that little expression when connor gets hugged is her rolling her eyes at him getting credit when ava did most of the heavy lifting. yes. final answer. i’m satisfied

- and her looking away from them is her stopping herself from laughing, bc connor is obviously not enjoying this

- and he’s so sad and angsty he can’t even play along with the jokes

- and ava smiling at him with pity as she walks in to talk to the patient, bc that’s really what it is. she feels bad for him bc connor is so obviously lonely

- and connor’s annoyed bc ‘dammit she does have a right to pity me i suck rn’

- med pushing the women are tough agenda LITERALLY SHUT THE FUCK UP

- you hate your women characters so much just fucking shut your mouth

- and will being like ‘ i have a lot to learn about women not being objects’

I can’t believe this episode didn’t pass the bechdel test. The only convo btwn two women were like maggie and sharon and they talk about barry and oh my god this is infuriating god med the bar is so low. And I’m pretty sure most episodes don’t pass the test anyway. Will is literally the representation of med. He gets lots of credit for doing bare minimum things like giving women rights.

Anyway.

This was a good episode. We dissected a lot of unspoken Ava things, which is very good. Ava had a lot of moments where she was there, but didn’t say anything, and when your characters can do that, that’s when you know your characterization is very good.

The moments where Ava isn’t really doing anything to forward the plot of the episode but she’s still just there, doing her own thing, are hands down my favorite. Her sitting at the desk looking at a scan while connor tells latham he didn’t do cocaine could possibly my favorite ava moment in the series, just bc it shows how much of her own character should could’ve been.

I drew an interesting parallel btwn sarah offering the guy to slit her throat and ava’s death. i have nothing for that but go wild

This episode also showed us Ava pitying Connor, another new aspect. she gives him shit but she also pities him. very good ep for little ava moments

when kairi died part of me felt relieved

very long rant filled with run-on sentences, over-use of bold words, and over-use of italics. you’ve been warned

I’ve been holding off on my full review and thoughts on kh3 until after I get through my second playthrough. I will say, it was an overall great game and I was pleasantly surprised by a lot. I have my issues, but I’d like to hold off until I’m finished with my regular paced play through (not speedplay) before I write all my thoughts. However, one thing I really have to get out now is how absolutely disappointed and disgusted I am by kairi’s entire existence in kh3.

And just an fyi, I set the bar low going into this for her. I wasn’t expecting much, yet somehow, I was still let down harder than I thought was actually possible.To me, the highlight of kairi’s appearance in kh3 was probably going to be because she was training with axel. Therefore, with the reasoning that axel usually gets excessive screen time---you know, the guy that should have fake died twice before his actual fake death (which I’m not complaining about, just saying)...kairi would have by default gotten some of that extra relevance right??

Wrong... in a stunning turn of events they actually left axel to the side as well. He got a few good lines in, but at the end of the day he barely fights, does anything important, and somehow has his keyblade destroyed by xemnas in his first real battle with it. I’ll get back more to the truly ridiculous lack of keyblade skills later. While I’m still on the topic of axel though, let’s talk about kairi’s use as a tool to figure out axel’s feelings and xion. Like, no problems with the whole kidnapping thing, no deep connection making. Did a lot of us expect and fear that kairi would be used as a plot device for axel’s xion memories? Yes. Does it make it any better that we were prepared for it going into kh3? For me, yeah, but the real problem is it doesn’t stop there. And axel’s feelings and memories of xion were poorly included and barely mattered anyhow

Also the whole letter writing thing axel comments on, a sad excuse for not wanting to actually provide sokai interaction. “They’re more for herself”-bullshit tbh. Someone tell square enix that if they make me play another game where my girlfriend writes me letters and I can’t respond I’m gonna lose it. *cough ffxv cough* It was a sad excuse for trying to build up sokai before end game. Plus, bad writing aside, if my girl kairi is gonna be a romantic plot device forever; you could at least let her send sora those stupid letters. The poor girl is talking to him in her head. WHY

So much opportunity here to build up sokai before the end of the game. And you know what? I don’t really care about sokai anymore, or whether its canon, or if they have any moments at all in the game. But it you are going to use it as a plot device, you could at least put some effort into it. Sokai needs to be better if it is going to have such a huge direct impact on the ending of the game. Maybe this was difficult, because this really wasn’t the game for it. Everyone has a lot going on in this game, and for sora, his focus is really on getting the people connected to his heart back. He barely even talks about riku in the game! Which is completely justified, because the boy has a lot of stress on his shoulders and a lot going on. The sokai getting thrown in basically at the last minute of the game, is like white noise in the background...that shouldn’t have been there.

The paopu fruit scene felt uncomfortable and thrown in at the wrong moment. There was opportunity for this scene at the end of kh2, or before sora left the island again for 3d. Or if some effort was put into developing sokai throughout the game (which again, I don’t think this was the game for this) it could have worked. Instead, we got a scene which really wasn’t romantic in the slightest, and pretty much had “somebody or both of them is dying/being separated tomorrow” written all over it. The scene starts out of nowhere basically, riku is quite literally shoved to the side to talk to himself, kairi sort of dismisses romantic intentions when asking sora to share it with her, and sora sort of just nods his head and rolls with it. The best part, is the imagery relating to the drawings in the cave (which is admittedly beautiful). However, this is not the sokai paopu fruit scene 7 yr old me envisioned. While I certainly don’t expect to get what I wanted to see, this is almost an insult to all of the build up to this moment in previous games.

What would have been the only wonderful and meaningful sokai scene in the game, is the one where kairi is able to help sora basically escape death and light his way through the darkness or whatever. The whole “I’m going to keep you safe now” and “you make me feel stronger” thing is really sweet as an out of context scene if I knew nothing else about kh3. The problem is, this isn’t really true. Kairi doesn’t keep sora safe, and the limits of her strength seem to be in that one cutscene. Not to mention, this already happened. We literally saw this same thing happen in kh1-and it was a better scene.

Maybe I could believe kairi’s determination behind her words if she was able to even lift her keyblade when she’s being attacked, or put up a fight against her kidnapper (i mean come on, even belle got to elbow xaldin), or finish a battle against someone who was not an alternate version of herself (or remotely believably on xehanort’s side for more than a second). Seriously, she did more with her keyblade knocking out a few heartless in kh2. That scene was actually cooler. I am truly disgusted that I have to even think that. It’s not that I thought she would go up from kh2, but I surely didn’t think she would go soooooo far down. 

They totally shot themselves in the foot with the whole merlin’s magic excuse. Axel and kairi show up as if they just got the keyblade 20 seconds before the keyblade war, yet supposedly they had unlimited time to train. Maybe we’ll get some bs excuse on how it “wasn’t exactly unlimited time” later, but seriously? If you were going to have both of them fail so miserably, you could have used the short training time as an excuse!! Why would you write yourself out of that excuse, just to give me these pathetic jokes of keyblade wielders. By all logical reasoning, if they had unlimited time to train, they should have both shown up stronger that xehanort and eraqus combined. Like did they just settle after they could shoot magic at x number of moving objects in merlin’s training facility???

She may not have done much, but by the time we saw her get mercilessly stabbed for no real logical reason I was relieved. Relieved that I might finally not have to watch this anymore, and can just go into all future kh games without having to worry about what they will do with her character. I want to say I was pissed, upset even, that they killed her off like that. Confused as to how this helps xehanort’s plan? Absolutely. I mean, wouldn’t that ruin his 7 princesses part 2 backup plan if he needed it? Wouldn’t the last key form as soon as he killed kairi? Were the 7 lights going to stop fighting him there? Was he just being a cruel dick? I don’t have the answers. But I will say that I didn’t actually get angry, until xehanort stole her fucking lines. “One sky, one destiny” She doesn’t even have that anymore. The significance of those lines, now can’t just be kairi’s but has to be shared with the man who killed her. Could it get any worse? Yes! Because sora has to go and do some strongly hinted form of self sacrifice for her again. Turning the shit show writing of kairi into probably the most detrimental part of the story. 

Now, its playing such a huge role in kh3 and future kh games. It makes the major plot point of the ending of the game suffer. There’s no kairi for me to appreciate that would make me care about her dying, the one really good moment sora shares with kairi is hardly based in reality, and what’s supposed to be used as a way for sora to prove himself doesn’t really do that. He already sacrificed himself for kairi. What more is this proving? And with no excuse for kairi’s lack of training or presence in the game, I’m confused as to how this happened or why I’m supposed to care. However Nomura needed this to end up to set up future kh games, was this really the only way to do it? 

I wish I could say I just personally cared this much about feminism in kingdom hearts, and that’s why I’m so disappointed by this complete and utter failure of writing a character, but that’s not even it. When I was little I loved kairi because she was like a new disney princess in a video game, and I was heartbroken when sora told her she couldn’t come with him for the rest of his adventure. That she would just “get in his way.” 23 year old me is still pissed and not letting go. Even more frustrating, is that square enix has (deliberately or not) ignored a large part of the fandom who just asked for a little bit better. The kairi bar was low, and square enix did the limbo rock under it. (bad joke i know, it’s 2:30 am and i should be sleeping)

I’ll shut up now, but be aware i’m screaming “and another thing about kairi in kh3!” every hour on the hour in my mind

“Lay off.”

“Don’t be like that babe,” He slings his arm around her shoulder causing her to suddenly lurch forward, the glass of wine spilling all over Lucy’s dress. “This is an engagement party right? Just relax and give into me.”, A smirk rests on his lips as he eyes the princess he caught, “I bet you taste delicious.”

A sudden sense of dread crawls up inside of her as she realizes what’s about to happen. But Lucy was never one to show fear and instead glowers at him, “I’m not afraid of you.”

“Oh? Does the kitten have claws?” His hand strokes her shoulder tugging the fabric of her dress before attempting slide it down only to feel a sudden wave of heat slam into him. A claw grabs the roots of his hair and forces him to look up at the attacker only to find a dangerously angry Natsu glaring down at him.

“Somehow, I don’t think she likes you.”

Natsu’s eyes had already turned to slits, ruby red scales decorating his tan skin. The prince of dragons was in mid-transformation and to Lucy’s amazement her attacker wasn’t fazed.

“Back off gecko, I caught her so she’s mine now.”

There was a sharp cry as the man, now bleeding profusely from his face, was thrown across the room. Natsu grabs hold of Lucy and quickly takes her outside to the palace gardens not wanting any man to be near her that night. Because Lucy had recently turned 16, it was decided that she would attend the annual royal engagement ball where royalty from around the country would come in search of a lover. The only requirements to attend the ball was to be 16 yrs old and up, and to have either a high status or royal position. And Lucy being the princess of the heavens, fit the requirements. Natsu was 18 and had gone to the ball twice now, each time returning emptyhanded and bride-less, Lucy could never understand how someone as handsome and kind as Natsu couldn’t seem to land a date but he never liked discussing it.

The location of the ball would change each year to a different kingdom, last year it was held at Fairy Tail and with the Celestial kingdom being Fairy Tail’s neighbor it was only right to have the ball at Lucy’s palace this year.

“Did he hurt you?”

“No, I’m fine really, thanks for helping me back there.”

“That’s good.” Natsu says and his eyes change back to normal, the scales were still there and Lucy could tell that he was agitated so she suggested they go on a walk through the gardens. It was late at night and the moon lit the path quite nicely, he reluctantly agreed and held her hand as the two of them walked along the path.

“Do you remember that one time we played hide and seek? I was searching for you and suddenly you lept from behind a bush and tackled me.”

This earns a laugh from the prince. “I had to Luce it was the perfect opportunity!”

There’s another moment of silence as they continue hand in hand, Natsu still upset with what happened prior and Lucy trying to think of ways to get calm him down. Natsu was always protective of her and although Lucy couldn’t quite place it, the prince often got upset over any man who flirted with her.

“I remember the first day I met you,” Lucy starts, gaining his attention. “It was my tenth birthday and mother took me to Fairy Tail so I could see a dragon for the first time.”

“Correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t you get lost?”

“Haha yeah but you found me and we ended up spending the whole day together.”

A smile rests on his lips, the ruby and garnet like scales finally starting to disappear. “We’ve been friends for six years now.”

She squeezes his hand, “I’m glad I met you back then, you’re really important to me Natsu I hope you know that. “

“Oi Lucy…about that, you’re important to me too.”

“That’s kind of you to say-“

“No. Lucy, you are really important to me.”

Now she was confused, first he was happy but now Natsu was a mix of seriousness and nervousness. Seriously nervous? Nervously serious? Something like that.

“Okay…?”

“I…hey have you ever wondered why I haven’t, um…found anyone yet?”

“You mean at the engagement ball? I always thought you just hated parties.”

“Well yeah that’s true but…”

“But?”

“The truth is Luce, I found someone a long time ago. Someone special.”

Now she was even more confused, was he talking about Lisanna or Erza? But Lisanna was in love with someone else wasn’t she? And Erza was in an off and on relationship with Jellal right?

“But she couldn’t come to the ball so I waited for two years, even longer.” He stops walking and takes both her hands in his. Lucy can’t help but look into his rich brown eyes, was Natsu really going to…? Her heart skipped a beat at the thought of that, that tingly light headed feeling that always came when Natsu got close grew inside her.

“I can’t wait anymore Lucy and I know I’m awful at speeches but-“

“Yes.” The answer was immediate and Natsu laughs nervously.

“I haven’t even finished Luce. I-I just…it’s that being with you I can’t help but love everything about you and God I’m sorry I sound so lame saying this. I was going to write a speech but I burnt all the paper thinking about you and then…why are you laughing?”

“Natsu you are absolutely perfect, yes fucking yes. Forever and always.”

“Really?” She can hear the excitement in his voice and now both of them are crying with joy.

“Yes you idiot! A million times yes!”

Not even the stars could shine as bright as their joy that night.

Just last year in CA Medi-Cal (state medicaid) stop covering for dentistry and optometry for people over 21. The total cost of my dental braces is $4550. I need them so I can fix some teeth that are misaligned. I pay $100 and it seems like its a never ending balance. I been doing this for 2 years now. I have Medi-Cal because of my SSI but that doesnt cover anymore because I am 21. My mother had heart surgery in 2007 and we still haven't payed a bill. My parents don't have any insurance. They used to have Medi-Cal but when Schwarzenegger became the governor in 2003 he made some changes to the policies and they stop having Medi-Cal. I'm 18, almost 19 years old and I recently figured out that with American Family Insurance that my parents have for me, I'm actually paying like $40 more than everyone else in my family just because I'm a young male driver. So I'm about to be 18 and have about $1,400 saved up towards a car, should be getting a few hundred more after graduation and from a few other things, so I expect to have around $2,000 in the summer. This is what I was planning on spending on a down payment on a cheap used car. For the monthly note and insurance, my parents said that they'll help at least some until I get a job. The thing is, it's seriously impossible to get a job in my town. I've been trying for a couple years and just nothing. Most other people I know - not just teenagers - are having the same problem. Because of this, my parents are worried that having to pay for so much and me pay for basically just the down payment would be too much on them. They're struggling very hard financially and haven't bought a car themselves in 13 years. So I was looking at some car websites the other day and noticed that some of them had really appealing lease deals. The ones that most caught my attention were $0 down, and then a monthly payment of around $200 or less per month for three years. What really interested me about that deal is the no down payment, because if there's no down payment and they pay for the monthly note, then that's the only thing they have to pay, at least for quite a while. That leaves me with around $2,000 still in pocket to spend over time on insurance, gas, various maintenance costs, etc., plus if there are too many hidden fees, etc. in the lease. (My dad got me an insurance quote and it was a lot lower than I expected btw, about $560/yr.) That seems so much better than having to start back at $0 after buying the car having paid all the rest on the down payment. I just don't wanna spend that much down because then I'm left with nothing, if I can't get a job then I have no way to pay for everything, again my parents don't think they can pay too much. If they only have to pay the monthly note, then I still have quite a while to get a job and start making money before that couple thousand runs out and if I do eventually get a job (hopefully it'll be easier in another city, but I need a car in order to move), I can even help them with the monthly payments or pay all of them. But all they can say is, Why lease a car when you can buy one, you'll just be stuck in the same spot in three years. But this is completely missing the point. The problem here is that if I spend everything down, then I have nothing left to maintain the car with, and therefore can't have a car at all. I have no steady source of income and can't make a steady source of income without a car. But if I can afford to maintain a car for at least several months with money I already had and can later get a job in a bigger city, I at least have some car, regardless of whether not I own it or it's the best and wisest financial decision in the long run. Once I have a car I can move to a bigger city and hopefully go to college and then get a better job, I'm sure I can get another car later. So basically, if I want a car now (which I need one in order to advance my life and go to college and such) the only possible way is if I lease instead of buy, unless I suddenly come into a bunch of money or can find a car for sale with no down payment. I need to just do whatever I have to do to have a car and get by at the moment, but my parents won't let me. They're so stuck in their stubborn ways that leasing cars is always a waste of money (I agree that it'a a waste of money, but again that's not the point here, the point is that I need a car) when in this situation it would work much better for me. I WAS INCARCERATED AND HELD WITHOUT BOND IN THE LOUDON COUNTY ADULT DETENTION CENTER ON JUNE 24, 2012 FOR 8 MONTHS BEFORE BEING GIVEN THE “NGRI PLEA” WHICH STANDS FOR “NOT GUILTY BY REASON OF INSANITY.” I DID NOT ACCEPT THIS PLEA VOLUNTARILY NOR HAD ANY IDEA WHAT IT PERTAINED TO, I WAS ILLEGALLY GIVEN THIS PLEA FOR THE CHARGE OF ELUDING THAT OCCURRED IN MARCH OF 2011.THE LAW STATES THAT IN ORDER TO BE GIVEN THE, “NGRI OFFENSE” OR PLEA; I WOULD HAVE HAD TO BE EVALUATED AT THE TIME OF THE OFFENSE, IN WHICH I WAS NOT. THEY WAITED TO GIVE ME THIS PLEA  IN FEBRUARY OF 2012 ALMOST AN ENTIRE YEAR LATER. THIS WAS A  COMPLETE VIOLATION OF MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. THIS WAS UNLAWFUL FOR THE COURT SYSTEM AND THE JUDGE TO WAIT ONE MONTH SHY OF  A YEAR BEFORE GIVING ME THE “NGRI PLEA.” THIS WAS CRIMINAL ON BEHALF OF THE COURT SYSTEM. THE REASON THEY GAVE ME THIS PLEA… ALL THE PHONES IN THE JAIL THAT ARE MADE ACCESSIBLE TO THE INMATES, ARE TAPED AND MONITORED  FROM WITHIN THE JAIL. I HAD AN ACCIDENT THAT REQUIRED ME LEAVING THE JAIL TO GO TO AN EMERGENCY ROOM ON AUGUST 2, 2012. THERE WAS AN INMATE IN JAIL WITH A STAFF INFECTION THAT WAS HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS THUS CAUSING ONE OF THE DEPUTIES TO USE AN ENTIRE LARGE BOTTLE OF BLEACH TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF THIS INFECTION. I WAS THEN GIVEN THE RIGHT TO TAKE A SHOWER AND AFTER I ENTERED THE SHOWER, I WAS LOCKED IN THE SHOWER AND IMMEDIATELY STARTED FEELING CRAMPS IN MY GROIN AREA, THE AMOUNT OF BLEACH USED TO CLEAN THE JAIL SHOWER WAS SO INTOXICATING THAT I FAINTED FOUR TIMES TO MY KNOWLEDGE TRYING TO GET TO THE COLD WATER. I ENDED UP WITH A HUGE CHUNK OF FLESH HANGING FROM MY ELBOW AND I HAD AN IMMEDIATE HEADACHE AND THE LUMP ON MY HEAD WAS HUGE. I WAS THEN TAKEN OUT OF JAIL IN SHACKLES AND CHAINS TO AN EMERGENCY ROOM TO GET 10 STITCHES IN MY ELBOW. I KEPT ASKING THE DOCTORS AND OR THE NURSES TO FEEL THE HUGE LUMP ON MY HEAD. THEY DID NOT AND EXPLAINED TO ME IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM THAT THE JAIL JUST ORDERED X-RAYS ON MY ELBOW. TO THIS DAY I STILL HAVE A PARTIAL BUMP ON MY HEAD FROM THAT FALL IN THE JAIL SHOWER OVER 4 YEARS AGO. I HAVE NEVER HAD IT CHECKED OUT NOR HAVE I EVER BEEN GIVEN AN MRI.AS I WAS RETURNED TO THE JAIL AND SENT TO BACK TO MY CELL UPON MY RETURN FROM THE EMERGENCY ROOM. I WAS EVENTUALLY CALLED BACK TO MEDICAL TO HAVE ONE OF THE NURSES REMOVE MY STITCHES AND IT WAS OBVIOUS THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN TAKEN OUT WHEN THE NURSE REMOVED THEM. I ENDED UP WITH A SERIOUS INFECTION THAT CAUSED ME TO BE SENT TO MEDICAL FOR OVER ONE MONTH AS THE NURSE HAD TO DRAIN FLUID WITH HER HAND BY SQUEEZING MY ARM ON A DAILY BASIS. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. AS I WAS HELD IN MEDICAL THE SMELL OF EXHAUST WAS COMING IN ON A DAILY BASIS BECAUSE I WAS RIGHT NEXT TO THE GARAGE WHERE ALL THE DEPUTIES VEHICLES WERE STORED. MONTHS  LATER WHILE STILL BEING HELD WITHOUT BOND IN JAIL, I STARTED LOSING MY EYESIGHT TO THE POINT WHERE THE FEMALES UNIFORMS THAT WERE WHITE AND ORANGE STRIPED STARTED TO BECOME ONE BIG  BECOME ONE BIG ORANGE BLUR. I THEN CALLED MY ATTORNEY’S OFFICE FROM THE INMATE PHONE AND GOT MY ATTORNEY’S ASSISTANT. I ASKED HIM IF HE COULD PLEASE RESEARCH THE LOSS OF VISION RELATED TO A HEAD INJURY. HE ASSURED ME HE WOULD AND TOLD ME TO CALL BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY. I DID JUST THAT ONLY TO HEAR HE NEVER CAME IN TO THE OFFICE THE FOLLOWING DAY. I WAS CONCERNED AND UPON CALLING THE FOLLOWING DAY I GOT MY ATTORNEY ON THE PHONE. I ASKED HER WHAT HER ASSISTANT FOUND OUT AND ALL SHE HAD TO SAY TO ME WAS, “LOOK, IM NOT A MEDICAL DOCTOR BUT I HAVE A GREAT DEAL FOR YOU TO TAKE THAT WILL DROP ALL CHARGES. I WAS SOMEWHAT ECSTATIC AND DESPERATE TO EXIT THE LIVING HELL I WAS FORCED TO ENDURE FOR SO MANY MONTHS DURING MY INCARCERATION WHERE I WAS HELD ON CHARGES WITHOUT CONVICTION. SHE TOLD ME I WOULD BE SENT FOR 45 DAYS OR LESS TO BE EVALUATED AT CENTRAL STATE HOSPITAL. I SAID, “YOU MEAN I CAN GO HOME IN POSSIBLY EVEN 30 DAYS.” SHE SAID SURE POSSIBLY AFTER YOU GET EVALUATED. I WAS SO EXCITED BECAUSE I JUST WANTED TO GO HOME AND BE WITH MY FAMILY, DESPERATELY. I HAD ALREADY LOST MY MOTHER ON AUGUST 28, 2012 AND WAS NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO GO TO MY OWN MOTHERS FUNERAL. THIS SADDENED ME SO.I CRIED EVERY NIGHT WHILE I WAS HELD IN JAIL WITHOUT BOND. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS WAS HAPPENING TO ME. THE 45 DAYS THAT MY ATTORNEY SAID I WOULD BE HELD FOR EVALUATION, TURNED INTO 8 TORTUROUS MONTHS OF THE WORST KIND OF “HELL ON EARTH.” I WAS LITERALLY ASSAULTED 7 TIMES WITH EACH ASSAULT BECOMING MORE VIOLENT THAN THE ONE BEFORE. I WAS 3 HOURS AWAY FROM MY FAMILY AND SO SCARED ON A DAILY BASIS. THERE WERE NO CONSEQUENCES WHAT SO EVER FOR THE ACTS OF VIOLENCE DONE TO ME BY OTHERS AT CENTRAL STATE HOSPITAL. I GREW UP IN A FAMILY THAT WAS NEVER EXPOSED TO THIS KIND OF VIOLENCE. I HAD MET EVERY PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FROM NIXON WITH THE EXCEPTION OF OBAMA. I HAD BEEN TO THE WHITE HOUSE MORE THAN MOST PEOPLE VISIT THEIR IN-LAWS. I WAS THE SMALLEST WOMAN IN CENTRAL STATE HOSPITAL AND SPENT ALL MY TIME DOING WORD FINDS AND JUST MINDING MY OWN BUSINESS. MY EYE WAS PRACTICALLY CLOSED SHUT AFTER THE 7TH ATTACK BY ONE OF THE CRIMINALLY INSANE PATIENTS BEING HELD THERE ALONG WITH ME. I WAS GIVEN A TREATMENT TEAM, CONSISTING OF A PSYCHIATRIST AND A PSYCHOLOGIST. THE PSYCHIATRIST WAS ON A CONFERENCE CALL WITH LOUDON COUNTIES FORENSIC PSYCHOLOGIST AND EXPLAINED TO HER WITH ME PRESENT, THAT HE SAW NO SYMPTOMS OF THE MENTAL ILLNESS DIAGNOSIS, BI-POLAR THAT LOUDON COUNTY HAD PLACED UPON ME 8 MONTHS EARLIER BEFORE SENDING ME TO CENTRAL STATE HOSPITAL. I WAS THEN PICKED UP BY THE DEPUTIES OF LOUDON COUNTY TO APPEAR ONCE AGAIN BEFORE THE JUDGE. I SHOULD HAVE IMMEDIATELY BEEN RELEASED BY THE JUDGE IN THE LOUDON COUNTY COURTROOM WHEN I WAS FOUND TO HAVE NO MENTAL ILLNESS. I HAD NEVER IN MY 50 YEARS PRIOR TO MY ARREST, EVER BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH A MENTAL ILLNESS. TO THIS DAY ANY AND ALL PEOPLE WHO KNOW ME WELL WOULD NEVER, EVER SAY THERE WAS ANYTHING WRONG OR CRAZY GOING ON WITH MY MENTAL HEALTH. THIS SHOULD HAVE CONSTITUTED AN IMMEDIATE RELEASE THROUGH THE LOUDON COUNTY COURT SYSTEM. INSTEAD, THE JUDGE SENT ME TO ANOTHER EXTREMELY DANGEROUS ENVIRONMENT AS A MATTER OF FACT, THE MOST DANGEROUS ENVIRONMENT IN NORTHERN VIRGINIA. IT WAS A PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL NAMED, “NORTHERN VIRGINIA MENTAL HEALTH INSTITUTE.” THERE I WAS HELD WITH SO MANY MURDERERS, ARSONISTS, PEDOPHILES ETC. IN THE COURT ROOM AFTER A 16 MONTH HOLD ON MY LIFE WITHOUT MY FREEDOM BY THE JUDGE IN LOUDON COUNTY I WAS SENT TO, “NVMHI” AND UPON ENTRY I WAS NOW GIVEN, DIAGNOSIS NUMBER 2. “PTSD.” AFTER BEING HELD FOR ANOTHER 8 MONTHS IN THIS INSTITUTE, I CONTACTED THE PATIENTS ADVOCATE WHO ASSURED ME I COULD BE EVALUATED BY THE MEDICAL DIRECTOR OF THE INSTITUTE TO GET AWAY FROM WHAT I CONSIDERED TO BE A, “QUACK” FOR HE HAD PLACED ME ON A DRUG THAT I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO TAKE BECAUSE HE SAID THE JUDGE WOULD NOT RELEASE ME WITHOUT BEING ON MEDICATION. WELL I DID MY OWN RESEARCH AND FOUND WHEN YOU GIVW A SANE PERSON MEDICATION UNNECESSARILY, IT CAN LITERALLY CAUSE BRAIN DAMAGE. THE MEDICAL DIRECTOR TOOK THE QUACKS DIAGNOSIS OFF MY HEAD AND I WAS ALSO GIVEN A NEW DOCTOR. A FEMALE THIS TIME WHO AFTER THE PTSD DIAGNOSIS WAS REMOVED FROM MY CHART THEY HAD TO PLACE ANOTHER DIAGNOSIS ON ME QUICKLY IN ORDER TO CONTINUE TO HOLD ME IN THEIR INSTITUTE. I WAS HELD FOR 2 YEARS AND 8 MONTHS IN THIS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND FILTHY ENVIRONMENT. I WAS PLACED ON MORE ANTIBIOTICS IN A 2 YEAR PERIOD THAN EVER BEFORE IN MY ENTIRE 50 YEARS PRIOR TO BEING COMMITTED TO A PSYCHIATRIC INSTITUTE UNJUSTLY. MY FATHER PASSED AWAY WHILE I WAS HELD AT THIS INSTITUTE AND LIKE THE PASSING OF MY MOTHER I WAS NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO GO TO MY FATHER’S  FUNERAL WHERE HE WAS GIVEN A “21 GUN SALUTE.”I WAS HIS FAVORITE AND HE WAS MY WHOLE WORLD. I ONLY GOT TO SEE MY FATHER TWICE IN 2 YRS AND 5 MONTHS BEFORE HE, LIKE MY MOTHER HAD PASSED AWAY. I SUFFERED MORE THAN ANY HUMAN BEING SHOULD EVER HAVE HAD TO SUFFER. THE DEVASTATION AND LOSS OF MY PARENTS AND MY OVERALL FREEDOM WAS MORE SO UNBEARABLE.. I LAST REMEMBER MY FATHER SAYING THAT LOUDON COUNTY HAD VIOLATED EVERY ONE OF MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. THE LIST OF PERSONAL INJURIES CAUSED TO ME THROUGHOUT THE 4 YEARS I WAS HELD BY THE STATE OF VIRGINIA AND THE COUNTY OF LOUDON IS SO GREAT THAT I WOULD RATHER SHARE WITH YOU IN INCREMENTS AT A LATER DATE. I NEED EVERYONE WHO READS MY BLOG TO PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT MY PAIN AND SUFFERING THROUGH THE WORST KIND OF CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT IS SO GREAT THAT THE STRESS AND ANXIETY THAT IT PLACES ON MY PSYCHE, IS SO GREAT I CAN ONLY PRAY THAT EVERYONE WHO READS ALL I HAVE WRITTEN SO FAR CAN BARE WITH ME BECAUSE ALL THAT I AM BLOGGING AT THIS TIME IS JUST THE, “TIP OF THE ICEBERG.”THERE IS SO MUCH PAIN INSIDE OF ME THAT I CAN ONLY GET SO MUCH OUT AT A TIME. MY INTENTIONS FOR EXPOSING MYSELF IN SUCH A WAY IS MOST BENEFICIAL TO ME IN TERMS OF THE HEALING I AM DEALING WITH IN ORDER TO SURVIVE SUCH A VIOLENT AND TORTUROUS 4 YEARS WITHOUT MY FREEDOM. I FILLED A COMPOSITION BOOK EVERY MONTH FOR 4 YEARS AND IN THOSE BOOKS ARE DETAILED ACCOUNTS OF EVERY PAINFUL DAY I WAS FORCED TO ENDURE WHILE SUFFERING WITHOUT THE LOVE OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.  PLEASE DO NOT GRADE ME ON MY GRAMMAR FOR THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE HAS COMPLETELY DRAINED ME EMOTIONALLY. TO LOUDON COUNTY, VA.
