Mod Release: ESO Mer Skintones

Adds 20 additional skintones each to Altmer, Bosmer, Dunmer, and Orcs from the Elder Scrolls Online color palettes.

There are two options: regular and Sassy's Tweaks

Regular: just the skintones straight from ESO. Personally, I found these to be a little too washed out in my game, so I made...

Sassy's Tweaks: edited the ESO skintones to be slightly more saturated and colorful. YMMV, skin textures and lighting can wash out a lot of the vibrancy.

The new skintones start at number 5 on the slider.

ESPFE. Absolutely must be patched with ANY mod that edits races. I recommend checking with SSE Edit.
