#gamer txt.#i may be biased on account of love robots and only have the future mons but i think they get a bit too much hate#like. the whole cyberpunk dystopia 'everything is bland and perfect there is no variation or uniqueness' implications are wild#they are dystopian and apocalyptic. hell they're robots because its implied their actual species are extinct#maybe there is still some love in this future? to try to bring these pokemon back as accurately as possible? (ignoring valiant)#theyre ferocious but theyre not mindless nor are they simple machines#they like their trainers they like taking baths and eating food together and having a kick about#those are still creatures in there. just a little different from how were used to them#idk theyve grown on me alot#but no yeah the past mons look so fucking cool it is unfair
