as john b’s younger (by a year) adopted sister, you were constantly around the pogues, not even bothering to find your own friend group.

john b never minded, but he made sure to let pope and jj know that you were off limits, “no exceptions”

jj, of course, was always tempted by that rule, especially breaking it once the two of you shared a drunken kiss under the stars one night.

after that night, the two of you began sneaking around and going behind everyone’s back

you didn’t even tell kie or sarah about your secret relationship (honestly situationship might be better)

hiding behind the chicken coop to steal kisses here and there and slipping into each other’s rooms at night.

you both knew it was only a matter of time before someone pieced together the lingering touches and stares and the coincidental disappearances together.

he’s got a hand cupping your jaw roughly behind the door in the bathroom, kissing you desperately as you begin unbuttoning his jeans.

the two of you are so enthralled in each other that neither of you hear the steps down the hallway.

john b opens the unlocked door mindlessly, scrolling on his phone as he steps into the bathroom

he’s confused when the door doesn’t open all the way, “what the-“ he peeks behind it, eyes going wide at the sight

you gasp in shock, pushing jj away from you instinctively trying to cover up the scene

jj quickly zips his jeans, face going cherry red as he fails to meet eyecontact with his best friend

“jj, what the fuck?” john b screams at the blonde, “y/n, seriously??”

“i-i don’t,” you begin sputtering, heart in your throat as you stare at your big brother

“look man, it’s not her fault,” jj immediately begins covering for you, standing in between you and john b

“how long?” john b ignores the comment, completely furious at the two of you. “how long have yall been doing this shit behind everyone’s backs?”

jj starts thinking, unsure of the real answer, he tries to come up with a better (much shorter) lie

“almost a year,” you blurt out, too scared to lie to john b any further.

after big john died, he basically became your father figure. and even before that, he was always doing everything in his power to protect you.

“a year? what the fuck guys?”

after an hour or so of awkward arguing with john b, he ends up accepting the situation. “fine. just don’t do anything in front of me, i don’t wanna see my best friend all over my sister, it’s bad enough i have to know about it”

realizing that was the best response you were gonna get, you jump up and run at john b, immediately hugging him. “thank you,” you whisper into the crook of his neck.

“don’t mention it,” he mutters back, “like seriously. please don’t”

you giggle at that, hugging him for a moment longer before letting go.

“now get out, i wanna talk to jj for a minute.”

“ruh roh,” you half-joke, “be gentle on him please, JB”

you touch jj’s shoulder, giving it a gentle squeeze before heading out, “good luck!”

You were once an archivist. You worked alongside a few bots and femmes. Long before joining the elite guard. You were just a good friend of Ultra Magnus. Your sire was his best friend before dying during the wars against Megatron years ago. In a way he was like an uncle to you.

He has tried many times to ask you to join him. Go to the academy and be a part of his team.

You know he’s doing this to protect you. It was your sires dying wish when the two were in battle together. One day one of his guards Jazz asked you if you’d like to go to a race with him. He thought, maybe you can join him.

Thinking you can leave that dusty and dark library for once. So you agreed.

Jazz was like a brother to you. At time protective when other guys try to flirt with you especially in front of Ultra magnus.

During the race you sat with some energon popcorn as Jazz cheered. Apparently he knew of the racers….. Blurr.

He was good pals with him back in school and although the two separated. They do catch up every now and then..Fun how that’s so how for most people when their own ego gets in the way.

So during the race as you ate your energon you watched as Blurr was on the screen. You’ll end it he’s pretty cute. Talks pretty fast. Adds a lot to his character.

Blurr is soon to claim victory as he cheers on his crowed. Waving to his fans as confetti and music plays. Everyone cheered along with Jazz. As they continued Jazz would then get up and gently grab your cervo. Taking you with him.

You both made your way to where the racers went. Jazz telling you to stay close by.

As you did. A few readers noticed you and even flirting with you. Both femmes, bots, and GN Cybertronians who were in the race.

You’d pay them much mind. It’s one of the reasons why you stayed where you were.

Eventually Jazz pulled you closer and put his arm around your shoulder. It resting as he leaned a bit on your as he smiled at his friend. “Hey Blurr! I want ya to meet Y/N! She’s like my lil sis! So be nice.”

You’d gently elbow his on his side as you chuckled. A smile on both your dermas as you glanced at him. Blurr only watched you for a moment as you and Jazz looked at each other. Things seemed to stop for a moment as he stared at you. Before it returns to not gain suspicion with the other bots around him.

He’d make conversation with you. Jazz staying there with his arm around you. Blurr tried really hard to not smack the shit out of Jazz the whole time.

You giggled a few times at Blurrs jokes and his funny personality as Jazz did the same. Eventually Jazz is called for something and has to step back. “You’ll be alright if I step out?” You’d nod as Jazz then fist bumps Blurr before leaving. Blurr glances at you then smiled.

”Would you like to go out?!” You stared at him as he looked like he was panicking.

The others bots and femmes not paying much attention since the cheering died off after a few hours. You’d just looked at him and just smiled. You’re not completely sure. But you suppose it shouldn’t hurt.

He was fast to grab your cervo and bring you to a corner close to the exits. No one noticing ou as his cervos gently held your arms. You both out of shot.

He would then whisper into your audio sensors. A few of his words making let out of a soft sigh. You’d have a small smile on your dermas as your cervos rests on his shoulders. Him pulling your frame against his as he wraps his x arms around your waist. He’d then speak of a date and time before kissing the side of your neck.

Before you knew it he was gone. Leaving you by the exit and soon Jazz shows up. Blurr telling him you here.

You both would then walk back to Ultra Magnus. You have been meaning to pay him a visit.

After a few days it was your and Blurrs date. The date went well. You were a bit nervous since the restaurant was very fancy. You only just lightly polished your armor before making your way there.

The date went…well. Blurr was polite but. Mostly flirtatious. You gave him another shot with a few others dates. One night you thought it wouldn’t hurt to be in his arms, as least for one night. And so…you laid with him…and then you did again.. and again. And again. You always told yourself you were swooned with him. The way he would compliment you and hold you close after each date.

But you would always have this strange and off feeling in this gut as he’d always give you rough kisses and the glances and looks he’d make when others got too close to you or even spoke to you at times.

One night, after another ‘lovely’ date. You were on your back. Blurrs load leaking from your valve after going a few rounds. He was next to you.

His arm supporting himself up as the other was around your waist. You both having a small make out session as both of you let out small moans and sighs. Your cervo moved to press against his chest as you wanted to speak.

You can tell he was a bit annoyed but compliment.

You’d then tell him the important news. “I’m going to the Guards academy. I wish to join Ultra Magnus team.” You said it point blank as Blurr just stared at you.

His smile then returns as he chuckled. “Then I guess I’m joining in the Elites the…”

He’d say with you a grin. Why did that make you nervous…He’d return to place a kiss on your dermas. Your cervos moving to hold the side of his helm as you returned the kiss. But…you held back from making your cervos push him away from you. You’re not really sure why you were going to.

You’d both stay there for a while…until he decided he wished to go another round.

Years went by as you both attended the academy. You still stayed on your birth control. To avoid getting sparked with a sparkling from Blurr. Once you all graduated. Manus was fast to having you join his team. Magnus would accept Blurr but say his place is on the planet unless he calls for him.

Blurr was not too happy about the order.

After some time when finding Optimus and his team. Blurr was aloud to join you and the team to come to earth. Eventually after everything. You and Blurr decided to go on a small vacation. You have been thinking for a good while about your relationship with him.

It’s just…not healthy. So one day as you both were having dinner. You spoke.

”Blurr I’ve been thinking.I It’s just not working out with us. I can’t go anywhere besides work and you always wish to be with me and yet I cant do anything when we go out. And I-“

“Y/N…” You looked at him. He almost seemed sad as he looked at you. A small frown on his dermas as he looked at you. He never looked at you like this before.

”Please…I’ll do better…just…give me a chance! Please! I’ll do better promise!”

His optics pleading for a chance ou’ve always been sympathetic and it wouldn be truly cruel to deny him one….would it? And so you sighed and slowly nod. A smile soon appearing his dermas.

Later that night the two of you watch a movie together. And before you both knew it you both laid together. You just…couldn’t hold yourself back from him. You loved his touch. His kiss. How gentle he can be with you. How he would whisper sweet nothing in your audio sensors as he made you feel special.

But…you forgot your birth control….

Before you knew it.You were with sparkling. You found out when you returned to the ship with Jazz and Ultra Magnus. You can tell Ultra Magnus aand Jazz we’re trying to hold in their excitement since they saw their self as your family.

Ultra Magnus seeing himself as a soon to be grandpa and Jazz as a soon to be uncle. But the whole time…You forced a smile.

After months went by, Ultra Magnus gave the order that you go on leave for some time until you’re better after the birth of your sparkling.

You had a small boy. He was so small but so healthy. Having so much life im his optics and even in his strength as he always made it a point to grab at your digits.

Blurr was over the moon when he held his little sparkling. Gently keeping him resting on his chest as he smiled down at the little sparkling..You could feel it through the spark bond….

Ultra Magnus looked like a proud grandfather when holding the young sparkling.

The little one looking like a mix of your and Blurrs armor. His color palette being similar to yours. But is just as bright as his. Having Blue optics and a large grin whoever he smiles.

Before you knew it…You had two more little sparklings running around. Jazz always visiting when you weren’t at work as the academy’s teacher.

But….Blurr never changes…If not became more controlling. He wanted more sparklings. But you’d always dodge his question or his advances…

Even now..you’re unsure on how much longer you can keep this up. All you ow is… You must keep your little ones safe…No Matter What.

So... The year is ending and I just wanted to say a little (big) "thank you for being there" to everyone who I met on Tumblr... Because honestly, I wouldn't be the same unhinged idiot that I am Rn if I didn't meet such wonderful people in the span of three/four months

First there's @cherrytasticc, I have known her for 2 years now, science fair, digital drawings and all, but these last months of the year, I've grown towards her, making her almost like my lil sis that I would die to protect, Same goes with @melikedraw, I knew her through her posts on Tumblr, and one day she simply dm me and now I can't see Gaolang or Sendo without remembering her every single time

After a few days I ended up knowing @itshirohi, Still very shy about almost every interaction with him, but he is a nice person (A bopping maniac, maybe) but overall I don't regret dming him, specially because I adore drawing his Ocs!

The same happened with @kunhisstuff, After all, I keep going with my Oc search to make more friends on Tumblr, and I happen to stumble across their account, and accidentally falling deeply for one of his oc's!

With @aneenasevla it was in the opposite way, because surprisingly she was the one to "adopt me" (extroverted bean getting adopted by another extrovert) to be fair, I wanted to talk to her, but shyness won that time, but the order of the factors does not alter the product (or the fact that I love the Heavy Bakery fanfic <3)

My memory is a bit blurry from here on, two other mutuals that I ended up growing found of were @souxton and @rottencarr0t! Both of them gave me a surprise when they understood spanish (mostly rot since she speaks it as a first language, but it was a nice moment w soux too!)

As little honor mentions I include @riddscorner and @adamant1ne since I haven't talked to them that much, but I wish to be able to get to know them a little better :3

Hi! Normally I send a message to bloggers(?) that I like by making a pretty low effort drawing on my phone's gallery. But you're getting special treatment and getting a headcannon of mine instead.. shh.

Usami headcanon that won't get out of my head: Usopp and Nami are half-siblings. Kind of.. Belle'mére and Banchina were pretty much best friends, and so were Usopp, Nami and Nojiko (haha a marine and the wife of a pirate haha). Usopp is the youngest, wow. Anyways, all of them lived at Syrup Village, which was somewhat close to Cocoyashi, so after Banchina lost the fight with her illness, they moved over to Cocoyashi and Belle'mére adopted Usopp because she's the sweetest.. despite struggling to feed herself and the kids. After Arlong's capture of Coco Vil, Usopp somehow managed to escape and go back to Syrup Village. He DID try to drag Nami and Nojiko with him, but you know, whole Nami's backtory ordeal.. So he escaped alone. This sneaky pinocchio always managed to atleast wave a hi to them everyday, but the guilt of not being able to help his 'sisters' would always prevail. They always communicated through letters until Arlong discovered all of it and made poor Nami suffer more, and doubled the fishmen around, so Usopp couldn't even keep contact with anybody there. They only began talking again close to when we discover Nami's past, when she's already 18, but Luffy didn't meet her yet at this point. As guessed it was something pretty angsty and Usopp's saddened look would simply be responded with ignorance—still, we know he always felt how she was also hurt from inside. So when they properly reunite again in the Strawhat crew, it's pretty awkward and uncomfortable, really. Usopp is afraid of saying something and worsening everything, but he knows he needs to say sorry. It's not like Nami really blames him for everything but, damn.. At some point they get to reconciliate with the rights of bazillion tears and apologies. Of course something from YEARS took a bit of time to heal all its scars, but now, Usopp and Nami are one of the most inseparable (is that how you write it?) duos in this wacky and pretty mix of a pirate crew. Yes, maybe they still not so secretely consider eachother siblings and YES, they still catch themselves calling the other "lil bro" or "big sis". WHO CARES IF IT'S JUST ONE YEAR DIFFERENCE? I DON'T?!??!

- Emma and Hina r boring and used as romance plot devices it’s okay to admit that Wakui can’t write women idk I don’t expect shounen/men to be able to write girls well (still cried when Emma died tho bc she didn’t deserve it!!!)

- lol I LOVE Yuzuha and Senju tho

- I actually do like Emma and Draken together but I also firmly believe Draken is in love w/Mikey and was just projecting onto Emma LMAO

- Yuzuha is a lesbian

- Controversial: I don’t think Shinchiro was THAT great of an older brother. Like he was cool but he still introduced Mikey and Izana into the world of gang life/normalizing violence and yeah OG Black Dragons isn’t like that but….what do u expect when u form a gang??? .obviously there’s a high chance that it’s gonna develop into LEGIT gang activity

- As an adult and someone who was basically raised by an older sibling w/a big age gap (my sis is 7 years older) I kinda don’t blame Takeomi for being a bad older brother??? Realistically he’s a 17 yr old in charge of raising 2 toddlers like NO SHIT he did a bad job. At least Shin had his grandfather to help out but Takeomi actually had no one. Doesn’t explain y he’s a brokey LOL buttttt again I don’t FULLY blame him for being a bad sibling still hurt my boi Sanzu 😤😤

- I HC that Mikey is used to having a caretaker (Draken and later Sanzu) bc when Shin died he was so depressed and genuinely couldn’t get out of bed

Takemitchy didn’t get character development until BD arc and that’s just a bit too long for me….

- Kazutora going a lil crazy is lowkey expected and I hate how we only find out about his home life in the character books. - I don’t ship Mikey and Takemichy (despite the IMMENSE gay ness btwn them) firmly bc I think everyone can see how much power Takemitchy has over Mikey idk it has a weird power dynamic like if Takemitchy tried he could 100% control Mikey (platonically or romantically)

- Baji, Chifuyu and Kazutora r a throuple

- I HATE how Sanzu is reduced to this crazy drug addict. Sanzu is canonically smart, manipulative, and formally trained fighter. He also REMEMBERS the OG timeline, he had to experience Shin dying twice and everyone else die no shit he’s a little bonkers/needs drugs to take everything away. Plus his relationship to Mikey which tbh is a whole separate post

- controversial !!!: I ship Mikey and Sanzu or Mikey and Draken. Sanzu only bc this man has a big ass crush and deserves some niceness for once

- ppl write Kakucho as this shy, nice guy like ur not wrong but mans is also running UNPROVOKED into Yakuza offices like it’s the gym while dragging Rindou wit him 😭😭😭

And oh boy, buckle up kiddo I have a lot of opinions on dear Raphie *cracks fingers*

TLDR:

2003 Raph: Summed up Raph is home, safety, and warmth wrapped in an awkward bubble that doesn’t word well but will absolutely fight for those who deserve it.

Rise Raph: An adorable puppy that I look up to when it comes to dealing with people and selflessness for the sake of others, and I would adopt him in a heartbeat and smother him with plushies because he's such a good boy.

First, since he’s older

2003 Raph:

I first watched TMNT 2003 when I was a youngish teenager I think, and I will fully admit I was a little afraid of Raph at that time 8’D I have a really bad tolerance towards anger, I get freaked out easily and afraid I’ll get hurt or yelled at even if I didn’t do anything wrong. So having Raph portrayed heavily as “the angry one” made it hard for me to get attached to him. BUT, after growing up and watching 2003 just before starting CDK I have gotten soooo attached to Raph. This guy is not “angry” all the time, he’s open, honest, and passionate. This guy is the reason the others get out of the house. He’s the reason the others live and get into the fun times. And while Mikey certainly helps with being the life of the party, Raph is also the shield of everyone who deserves it. This guy is the most dad/big bro out of the four, and while Don could probably take care of a kid the best based on technicalities, Raph is the one that would keep them safe. Raph is home. Raph is the safety net that keeps the family warm. Because while Don is the heart of the group and we know they fall apart without him, Don wouldn’t have a voice without Raph because Don is too soft to fight back when Raph will. Donnie is still my all time favorite of the TMNT 2003 boys, but just barely. If Don is 100/100 on the favorite meter, then Raph is 99/100. He kicked Leo out of the second favorite spot for me on my recent watch.

Rise Raph:My first exposure to Rise Raph was my sister sending me the scene of Raphie crying over not being able to figure out how to help his family after they’d just lost Karai, and I have to admit the only thing I thought was “oh that’s nice, Raph actually cries in this one”. And then I actually watched the show (because sis insisted I watch the movie and I knew I needed context to fully enjoy it) and omg the Rise bros (and April) have the unique case of all being just about equal in my favorites tier. But specifically about Rise Raph this boy is a puppy and also I would adopt him and his family in a heartbeat because he’s also the sweetest lil guy and so good at watching out for others without being smothering. And just like 2003 Raph, Rise Raph is the protector of the family. Not because he happens to be the biggest and therefore the tank class, but because he wants to. I think he finds comfort in others being safe - feeling safe- and having fun. He thrives off taking care of others even though he’s not perfect at it. But him not being perfect, not making the most amazing meals, not being prim and proper, maybe getting a little dirty and bending a few rules, is what makes him charming. He’s not “attempt at being the perfect parent” 2003 Leo, he’s big brother Raphie that will cuddle with you in a mound of soft teddy bears, or throw you across the room in a roughhouse depending on what you need. Sure Leo really knows how to annoy the crap out of him, but I don’t think it’s because Raph thinks Leo is irresponsible or a bad kid. It’s much more infuriating to know that someone can be amazing, but seeing them chose not to, and you don’t know how to help them see they can be so much more than they are. And it’s easy to see that regardless of any of his siblings being annoying there’s nothing they can do that will make him hesitate even slightly in helping them when they need it. I don’t think Raph became a parent to the others like some of the fandom does. I think he’s just an adorable, soft, warm teddy bear big brother that did really well in his part of the whole family keeping each other afloat.

If I had 03 Raph as my uncle and Rise Raph as my brother I would be a lot more outspoken and rather reckless because I would have the upmost confidence that they would have my back and would keep me safe.

I have belen obsessed with trolls since I was was in 5th grade when the first movie came out, then there was world tour during the start of high-school and I went ape shi. Now Trolls band together has come out and I was literally blown away when I watched it. Now it's trending, everyone's made trollsonas, so I was like, dam, lemme make one. So here's mine

Now, watching this movie did bum me out a little, brought back a lot of unwanted memories and I started to miss my siblings. When I was in middle school, I stopped visiting my dad for the sake of my mental health but in the process, I sorta left my siblings behind, and loved them so much, they are my best friends. After I had left, for a year, I would cry every night because I felt so guilty for leaving my baby brother. My stepsisters I knew would be fine eventually because their dad would tske custody of them, but my little brother was stuck w my dad and stepmom, so there was no escape for him. When I left, my stepsisters left a few years later, leaving my baby brother w my abusive dad and stepmom. I saw this movie and just started crying bro, cuz I was like "MY BABY BROTHER IS BABY BRANCH, WE LEFT HIM BEHIND 🥺". I was hit so hard in the feels man. Seeing the relationship between floyd and branch killed me even more cuz me and my brother were so close, we were the only ones who understood eachother because, well we're both Autistic and share the same interests.. so yeh, this movie left me a mess. But, after going through some sad memories, I scrolled through some happy ones and said "hey, why not draw me and my baby bro together as trolls"

Then, after drawing my brother, I had to complete the set and draw my sisters too. It was a little difficult cuz unlike brozone, me and my siblings aren't all exactly biologically related. I've got two stepsisters with a different mom and dad, a little brother who shares the same dad but different mom and a sister who shares the same mom but different dad, so it was a bit complicated getting creative w color pallets.

Lil sis- Now I wanted to give my sis similar colors to me, but when she was born, she ended up being the total opposite of me. I had tanned skin, dark hair, and dark eyes, my sister on the other hand has blonde hair, light skin and greenish blue eyes. So yeh, she looks like she was adopted 💀

Stepsisters- For my stepsisters I kept their pallets more related to one another cuz those two are biologically related to eachother, just not me, however, they do look more like me than my own biological sister does, they have tanned skin dark hair and dark eyes so I gave them similar darker tones but kept it different from my own.

Lil bro- My baby boy actually doesn't look too far off from me despite having a different mom so I kept his colors similar to mine but gave him slightly different tone so it can show we're only half related

Oh shit! Someone is actually interested in my lil au, I never would've guessed!

So I will preface that I came up with this au back when I was only on S3 of Ninjago and I still haven't caught up on all the seasons. I've watched up to a couple of episodes in S8 before I got distracted by school but I do wanna see the show through! Okay, now that disclaimers are out of the way-

In my au, Kai and Nya were raised by Chimera from the start! Ray and Maya aren't in the picture, even as adoptive parents because I feel like there are too many potential baby hijinks I couldn't pass up on thinking bout with Chimera. So here are few baby hc's, just for you anon!

Red built a special babysitter bull clone just to look after Kai and Nya when they were little. With Kai and Nya discovering their elemental powers earlier than canon, the poor clone has been through the wringer.

MK and Mei nearly had a heart attack the first time baby Kai crawled through DBK's lava curtain cause they had no idea Kai inherited Red's resistance. Kai also inherited MK's stone monkey tendency to sink like a rock whenever he's in water- a discovery Chimera made during a visit to the weather station when Dragonfruit was trying to convince MK to put on sunscreen properly cause “we need to set an example for Kai! If you don’t take it seriously, he won’t either!”. Kai wandered off while they were bickering, eager to cool off and when they heard a little squeal and splash, Chimera jumped into a panic mood. Turns out he was fine but now Kai can't go near a pool without one of his parents hovering with some floaties lol

Mei initially had no intention of carrying any kids for the trio- at least until she held baby Kai in her arms for the first time and turned to Red like "I want one"

Toddler Kai and Nya have a dragon and monkey onesie respectively cause they wanted to look like their other mama/baba

Not baby related but I like to think in this au because Nya was raised by Chimera, instead of Samurai X, her mech is inspired by Mei's dragon heritage!

Crim and Scarr hustled and bustled through the rescue, Starting their early morning off well, Crim was simply getting Lotis situated on her arm. She went to turn until she heard the door make its familiar "Ding!"

"Welcome to the rescue! What can Iiiiiiii-"

She froze as she saw the family of three standing at the door, each smiling with their own flair.

The motherly smile belonged to Toriel, Whom they often called just called Mama Postiel.

A more confident smile from her teen son, Asriel, Lovingly referred to as Praziel.

Then lastly, The young daughter with an excited smile, Cariel, Often just called Baby Baa by the people around her.

"Crim! My dear, I'm glad to see you!"

Mama Postiel greeted as she walked over and wrapped her arms around her, giving her a tender hug before pulling back from the sheepish but happy Woman.

"Hey, Mama. Good to see you."

Crim returned, Scarr peeked in to see the family, a smile threatening to form on his features.

"Well well well, look who the Monsters dragged in. It's..."Goat" to see you all."

The air in the room changed instantly, The two kids groaned in annoyance, Their mother broke into a delighted laugh while Crim just shook her head, amused by her husband's humor.

"It's good to see you too, Scarr! I've missed you all...a skele-ton!"

You could basically hear the drums being banged on, The kids just groaned once again.

"Okay Okay, We'll stop. What you here for today, Pori?"

Scarr inquired, Mama Postiel beaming as she answered.

"Well, We're hoping to adopt a bitty! little Baby Baa has been doing so well since she got out of the hospital, so We wanted to get her a little friend, and possibly get them certified for service work. She'll need some help while she's not with us."

Crim seemed to light up, and she clapped her hands excitedly.

"That's wonderful! I have a few bitties that would be wonderful help! I can introduce you to them, Wanna come see them, Baby Baa?"

"Mhm! Yeah!"

A while passed, They'd made their pick and Crim was gathering everything that would be going home with them.

"I hope you and this little Swan get along well, They seem to really like you!"

Crim smiled as she packed stuff into a bag, Baby Baa nodding quickly with a smile.

"You're very welcome, Baby. Just do me a big favor and keep getting better, yeah? Say hi to Doc for me next time you see that old man. and Praziel, Take care of your little sister for me, yeah?"

"I will, I promise!"

"You got it, Crim. Ain't nothin' happening to lil' sis on my watch."

Crim nodded with an approving hum before looking over to Scarr speaking with Mama Postiel, she walked on over and tuned into the conversation.

"So I have everything gathered and the itty bitty is ready to go."

Crim informed, Mama Postiel lit up as she gestured for her children to come closer.

"Perfect, Thank you so much."

Mama Postiel smiled and rubbed Praziel's head tenderly, Crim watched with a loving look, fond, almost longingly.

"You've got good children."

Crim said softly, Mama Postiel looking over as she saw the expression on her face.

"Thank you, My dear."

She then paused before a silly grin formed on her face, she exchanged looks with Scarr before speaking up.

"It'll be wonderful when you both have some! You'd be a wonderful Mother, Crim-"

"Ah! OKAY! I NEED TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS INDEED TOGETHER, LET ME MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS PERFECTLY TOGETHER, LOVE YOU, SEE YOU IN A SECOND-"

Crim quickly rushed off, Lotis wide-eyed as they dashed off at high speed, leaving Scarr, Mama Postiel, Praziel, and Baby Baa staring with both exasperated and confused looks.

7. About the other matches :

Seishou gakuen vs Kidokawa : showing a match who isn't about the main team is actually was actually a good idea (when it doesn't shorten Zeus's). I enjoyed it overall. I just don't like ares/orion Gouenji. Idk he seems... too nice, if that even make sense. (The fact that we don't have news of Yuuka and about his dad wanting him to become doctor doesn't help i guess, but i guess he became a background character now). I mean, watch season one and ares, he isn't the same character anymore. Also, was it really necessary to introduce us to override? We see overrides since season one, we now that when you combine 2 shooting hissatsus, you have a brand new more powerful hissatsus 🙄

inakuni vs hakuren : it was a mess... and this why it is my unironical favorite from ares 🤣 (shirou and atsuya are also my favorites). There was a missed opportunity tho : the fact that Inakuni and Hakuren pratically mirrors each other. I mean, they are both "from the countryside", never participated in any official match before (so literal nobodies at this time), with captains who struggle being proper captains (Michinari 'cause he is Michinari / Shirou spending all his energy to deal with Atsuya while neglecting the others), and a forward/ace striker that think he is the main character (Asuto and Atsuya) while the rest of the team is the background (bonus point : their goalies being the most useless ever). Can be funny while useful for character development, can even be serious at some point. Imagine the 2 teams be like "i don't even know we got here and what's going on now but YOLO i guess lol" and at some point, somone wins we don't know how, and we're just like "that's life". That would make the final winning move of Inakuni less fustruating, 'cause idk Cross Drive came out of nowhere. I also want more Nae and Atsuya annoying siblings energy. Also, Ares Shirou seems too confident : let's have him actually contacting the reinforcement comitee and they send Someoka. Could expend forever but let's move on.

Alia gakuen vs inakuni : what's interesting in sun garden is that they're basically literal "found family" the sakka team. Like they all are adopted bros and sis. This was well portrayed by the Hirotos relationship into the match, and i think it's sweet the team adopted the rich kid even tho they're all orphan and not him and that he's kinda an ass. Kira H. was also a good surprise : i hated him in outer code but became one of my fave of areorion. I would have liked to see more of Nagumo/suzuno dynamics, and more of Reina, Midorikawa and Saginuma. Especially Saginuma 'cause he is done so dirty in areorion : bro can't even stop most of the shoots and still got selectionned into IJ. Like tell me about him! Is he the big bro in his brotherhood? What happened to his writting skills? I don't mind him having a goofy personality in this timeline, but what about the gaslighting and all in the og? He made Fubuki have a mental breakdown! Also, a missed opportunity : in Hakuren, one of the reason of their dramas was that their captain had a hard time staying firm on Atsuya because he is his lil bro. Imagine that, but all the team are your siblings lmao. Finally, even if he is already among the better point, i would like to see more of Hiroto : i mean this is the only moment he has character development and is just a "bad boi" striker for all orion, even if he appears quite often and has so many occasions for this! Make him interact more with Atsuya and i am actually serious about that : both kinda think they are the "star/main character" of their team but with different mood (like barbenheimer lol), plus they both supposed to be dead in the og. Hiroto has already more in common with Atsuya than Haizaki, and they didn't even met at this point ! Last after the last thing : at the end of the match, hiroto and tatsuya pull out the most beautiful hissatsus ever just to be stopped by Norika, Asuto and Kozoumaru. What an anticlimacting ending... the hissatsus came too late.

Vs tonegawa tousen : even though ares did not gave us the best matches, the main ones have their highlights anyways (read above). However, Tonegawa really only has Endou (sorry Sakanoue). Like it was memorable 'cause Inakuni had no idea how to get a goal from overhyped Endou (and there is also a racoon girl). I can't remember anything else 😭 Even the (french ?) dub is aware of that and they called it "lambda school" (which basically mean random school) : the savagery omg. I don't know how to make the other team members memorable but here a plot suggestion (southpark inspired me) : Tonegawa Tousen is a humble soccer team that only plays for leisure, as a hobby. But since every soccer club needs a sponsor now, they participate in the "job fair" kinda event at the beginning (read part one). What they haven't predicted is that a reinforcement comitee member will join them afterward. Moreover, they got Endou, who is determined to make them train like hell with truck tyres and participate in FF, 'cause that's his definition of fun. It's not that they don't like Endou (who hates him anyway?), but they didn't want to be competitive and under the spotlights. Sponsor is not really helping 'cause it want its advertisement. So the team tries to make Endou understand subtly what soccer really means for them : "you know Endou, we are just happy to have the occasion to get together with friends, having fun, being silly, to be able to laugh when someone fails without hurting his pride, to take bets to determine who is the best, being able to confort each other when we are not okay and forgetting the rest that sucks. After the training, we usually talk shit and laugh together around a meal, it's the time we all have a genuine smile despite how bad the day could be. And you know, even if we are not great at this game, this soccer club is enough for us. Do you know what we mean?" and Endou answers "yes i totally get it" while understanding that soccer must be really important for them to be this emotional and does the contrary of what they expected. After Tonegawa won matches, the team usually cries 'cause they're still stuck in this tournament and Endou thinks they're just really emotional that they got this far and couldn't believe it. He stays unaware the whole time and guess his teammates are dramatic. When they finally lose, their joy is short-lived 'cause they soon feel pathetic to have been in such situation because of miscommunication and of course Endou thinks they're just dissapointed to not have won and cheers them.

Chris isn't going to marry her. He's in no rush to be married or have kids, if he was he would've married long ago or adopted, his lil sis is adopted. His PA who is a brother to him is 45/46 & he's not married nor has kids. He has some other friends & family similar in age that are unmarried & no kids. Remus swirled his tea, smiling to himself as James prattled on about some new muggle thing ‘his lilypad’ had introduced him to. His eyes flicked to the side, smile widening when he saw Sirius not trying to hide his boredom in the slightest, simply braiding the front of his hair for the umpteenth time

“I mean it was bigger on the inside Moony! Just like the way our stuff is…” his attention was brought back to James, realising quickly was his friend was on about and nodding in agreement before he goes off on some conspiracy about how the show was written by a wizard and how he would crack the code

Remus zoned out again after that, eyes fixated on how his now cold tea sloshed around the mug once more. Lily was in the kitchen preparing dinner, he would help except he had already been ushered out by the redhead to entertain his friends while she waited on you coming with the cake

The duo had passed their finals you see, and were officially aurors. Something Remus was incredibly proud yet also slightly terrified of, considering these were the same two he’d watched preform questionable acts that made Remus himself question his own sanity

Either way he was excited for the cake, well cakes most likely, one vanilla and the other chocolate. He knew the chocolate was for his sake, he loved that, yet at the same time, sadly hated it as well. The added effort made him feel guilty, even after all these years, you still went that extra mile just for him

“Hi!” 

Everyone’s head shoots up and Remus finds himself being the first...and only to stand, cheeks heating as he can feel James’ smirk from behind while your brother remains ever oblivious

“Hey lil sis” Sirius grins at you “Like my hair” he bobs his head from side to side, the braid in the centre falling back and forth 

“Like it?” you grin back, letting out a laugh “You look like a depressed unicorn” you tease causing James and Remus to bark laughs

“Oh fuck off” Sirius laughs as well, starting to undo the braid

“Want me to help you with that?” James chips in, noticing the two bags your carrying and beginning to stand

Sirius seems like he’s ready to tell him no need and making some witty comment about you being a big girl just to tease before proceeding help you like he always did, but Remus speaks first

“I can help her, you two just relax” he says, walking up to you and taking one of the bags, soaking up the feeling of your softer fingers brushing against his own

“Thanks Rem” you smile up at him, hand finding his bicep and squeezing ever so gently

The act is small, friendly, yet his eyes flutter and as you turn away your scent engulfs the air and he feels light-headed. Following you into the kitchen like a lost puppy, whilst you’re none the wiser. 

“No funny business” Sirius calls out as you and he leave, earning a cackle from James, a giggle from you and one nervous chuckle from Remus

Entering the kitchen, you both find it empty, figuring Lily must have gone outside to hang washing or to the loo. In her absence you and he float around the kitchen with ease, falling into comfortable silence that was filled with little sparks whenever your hands or shoulders brushed

There were many reasons why you and he weren’t together, but as he grew older only two remained yet even those were lacking in times like these. 

The first, his lycanthropy. His self image had improved since Hogwarts, he’d never loved himself but he was as close as someone like him could get as the lingering fact that he would always be a monster remained. Not that you ever minded, you even helped like the others and your form beyond ironic, yet Remus couldn’t get over he could hurt you, potentially kill you if something ever went wrong. 

The second was clear from Sirius' last comment. You were his best friend's little sister, merlin, his ex-first crush's little sister, and said friend was very protective over you. More so as you and he had a similar personality, confident, flirty, laughed without a care and loved openly, with everything you had

You were a little kinder than Sirius was in his youth though. A prankster? Yes. Marauder? Honorary but yes, however you were never cruel, nor showed hate towards your younger brother for following your parents, and it was that fact which allowed Regulus to even make it out of there at all, something Sirius could never thank you nor apologise to him enough for

You were a ray of sunshine, and still were. Humming to yourself as you put the little candles on the cake. You were Remus’ sunshine too, always had been and always would be. He was known as a bit of a grump sometimes, shy and allergic to sunlight, the opposite of you, and yet in a perfect world you both were that, perfect, complemented each other wonderfully

But sadly Remus didn’t live in a perfect world

“Should I put an extra candle on Prongs’ cake just to piss off Siri?” you turn to him, a cheeky smirk playing on those pretty lips of yours… “Rem?”

“Hmm?” he snaps out of it, registering what you said and letting out a small laugh “If you don’t mind a cake to the face” 

That makes you giggle “You make a good point, wouldn’t want to ruin my clothes” you tell him before removing your long coat, revealing the cutest outfit but Remus’ eyes tracked to the necklace that was hidden just below the collar of your jumper, wondering if it was the one he gave you, the one you wore religiously throughout hogwarts

Just like everyone you never hide your affections towards him, that big heart of yours was placed safety in his hands by the time you were 15, and remain in them even after he rejected you. He still hated himself for it, the tear tracks he saw the following day on your smiling face was something he would never forgive himself for. 

He did like you back then, loved you even, but with his condition and your brother he simply couldn’t, of course he never told you as much the first time. It was the second he let it all out

It was the evening prior to your 18th birthday, you confessed you hadn’t had your first kiss yet and wanted to have it before turning 18. You asked him to do it, sweetly of course, with no pressure nor strings attached and he told you then, all of his fears and why he said no and would most likely always do

He said he’d still be your first kiss, he just wanted you to know and to that you kissed him, mere minutes before the clock struck 12, and then cuddled with him until you fell asleep, telling him you would be here when he was ready, because you loved him

That was 3 years ago now. One kiss, two confessions and yet zero advances from Remus nor yourself. He wondered if you were still waiting, you hadn’t dated anyone he knew of, hell Sirius was even hinting for you to find someone at this point, and yet you just shrugged it off and laughed, often turning the joke around on your brother. 

Remus found his heart ached if you were, feeling like he was dooming you, that you should be with someone that wasn’t a coward like him, wasn’t ill like him, wasn’t dangerous...yet he also terribly hoped you wouldn't, because it would simply destroy him

“You like it?” you ask, a bright smile on your face as you show off our outfit

His eyes drift over your appearance “It’s alright” he teases with a shrug

You gasp “No chocolate cake for you then Mr wolf” you point the serving utensil at him 

“And if i said you looked as beautiful as always miss bunny?” he corrects, overjoyed at the huge smile you wear

“Then your bunny would be inclined to give you one slice” you quip back but are clearly a little flustered, something Remus couldn’t help but pride himself in, bringing y/n black, the most confident girl he knew into a bashful bunny was his highest achievement, more so as it seemed he was the only one who could do such a thing

“What do I need to do to get two?” he counters before he feels his cheeks heat, finally registering that you called yourself his bunny

And I'm your wolf

You lift your head back from the cakes to him, a pondering look on your face “It have to be something real good” you shrug, earning a chuckle from him

Lily came back moments later, once again shooing Remus from the kitchen while you and her lit the candles. James and Sirius adored the surprise, and after having cake for lunch James and Lily went for an afternoon nap leaving Remus listening to you and Sirius bicker

“You are such a baby!” You snatch the control to the tv back 

“Am not!” Sirius tries to swipe it back but misses completely “Give. It. To. Me” he holds out his hand voice firm yet amused

“No” you giggle and put on the show you want

Remus chuckles at that, eyes focused on you and not the tv as he had the luxury of sitting in the armchair. Loving the smug and happy look on your face as you rolled your eyes and enjoyed your show

Sirius on the other hand slumps down on the couch next to you huffing as he crosses his arm “I’m older than you! I should get first dibs” he whinges

“Age is relative” you shrug

“It’s my day though! I passed a really hard test” he disputes trying to grab the controller again but misses and you lightly bonk him on the head with it “Ouch” he groans rubbing his head as if it actually hurt

“And you got cake” you hold your head high, loving the look on your brothers face without even needing to look at him, like you can just see the angsty pout

“Sis!” he whines like a little kid

“Siri!” you match his tone finally turning to him with the same energy yet yours is teasing

Remus’ laugh is louder this time attracting your brother's attention, who snaps his head towards him “Moony stop laughing and tell her!” he points at you, pleading to his friend

“Y/n” Remus looks at you, heart skipping as your eyes meet his, almost losing himself and would have if your brother wasn’t also watching

“Yes Rem?” you tilt your head, already smiling

“Good job” he can’t help the wink that follows, nor stop the smile as your eyes light up

Sirius however doesn’t notice the obvious tension and instead flips his friend off “Oh fuck you!” he excalims “You’re supposed to be on my side, bros before hoes and all that…wait…” as soon as it escapes his mouth he’s already bracing himself  

“Ugh excuse me?!” you gasp, not mad but pretending you are, picking up the pillow behind you and hitting him with it

“Bros before sisters…oi…I’m sorry!” Sirius corrects and apologies whilst taking the hits, laughing the entire time while Remus just watches the scene amused

“You better be” you say mildly threatening as you begin to tuck the pillow back behind your back

“She’s scar-hey!” Sirius starts whispering towards Remus but earns one final blow

You roll your eyes afterwards, throwing the control into your brother's lap “Here” you say and Sirius lets out a little yip in excitement “I need to go to the loo” you shrug, most likely knowing Sirius would steal it and change it anyway, and you weren’t feeling petty enough to bring the controller with you, so standing you head to the door but stop just before and turn back to ask “Rem? I’m not scary right?” you wonder, voice like you’re trying to score points against Sirius but Remus can see in your eyes you need some kind of assurance

“Course not” he says with the right about of playfulness and firmness, heart soaring when you give him the sweetest look and mouth ‘thank you’ before leaving

“Remus” his friend tries to get his attention,

Remus does hear him but chooses to still look out of the doorway you just left from

“Moony!” Sirius nudges him, foot moving over the armrest to do so

“Wha-hey” he pushes the foot away “Yeah pads?” his eyebrows furrow 

“You good?”

“Yeah. Grand” he nods a little quickly but Sirius doesn’t seem to mind, just smiles and picks up the control to change the tv to the channel he wanted

“You know...” Sirius starts and Remus is already eyeing him, he knows that you know “There’s this auror I met during training” oh maybe he’s met someone… “I think they’d be good for you” …for me

“Pads” he shakes his head, about to come up with some excuse when Sirius cuts him off

“No here me out” he shifts on the couch, hands up as to stop Remus from talking “Before you go off about hurting them or having to tell them, they’ve got lycanthropy just like you-”

“Pads” he shakes his head harder, voice a little hasher, sure he appreciated the effort but he loved you, and if he was honest, one depressed werewolf was bad enough, two together was just sad

“Come on moony” Sirius bounces up and down on the couch “Give him a chance he’s your type” he pleads

“Pads I’m flattered, really. I’m just not interested” he says softer, leaning down to lean his on his knees

“Why?”

“Why?” Remus repeats, a little confused

“Yeah” Sirius nods, looking oddly serious…sirius, not now moony “Give me one good reason not to set you up. And. I’ll give you this. If it’s really fucking good I’ll never try it again for the rest of our lives and I’ll drop the whole love life thing forever. You can die an old maid in peace”

“Really?” Remus tilts his head, surprised though be it mildly offended at being an old maid…gardening granny hermit was more fitting 

“I give you my word” Sirius says completely earnest

Remus stares at him for a moment, unsure what to do “If I tell you you have to promise not to punch me” he finally says and Sirius gives him a quizzical look

And then he chuckles “You know I can’t promise that but I will try to refrain from violence as best I can” Sirius assures, hand to his heart yet still eyes him, clearly confused over that it could possibly be...or how bad it could be that would cause him to hit his best friend

Remus takes a deep breath, needing a second to gather his courage, he’d never pictured he actually tell Sirius but maybe it might feel nice to say it out loud. He also knew one of two things would happen, he’d get his arse kicked and told never to make a move or else he’d be dead, or he’d get his arse kicked and encouraged to make a move.

And yes, there was no world Remus didn't believe Sirius would kick his arse

“I’m in love with someone and that’s why you can’t set me up” he tells him, deciding not to say it’s you because baby steps were easier

“Who?!” Sirius’ eyes light up, his confused and serious demeanour replayed with unbridled joy

“Well…” Remus cringes, heart heavy that his friend is so happy yet will turn murderous any second

Sirius seems to notice his hesitance, smile faltering to almost sadness as he says “Not me again, right?” he asks a little wary, in his right of course but clearly feeling bad if it is

Remus lets out a small laugh, shaking his head “Not you…” he starts and Sirius relaxes “...but...you’re close”

Sirius’ head moves back almost like a fly is in his face out of thought before his mouth drops “Reg!?” he asks, exclaims, screams, with every emotion related to shock and near horror

“Wha-no…no sirius no” he has to repeat just to assure his friend, who nods, letting out the biggest sigh in relief

“Thank fuck cause Reg is way to too similar to you and it just be weird you too together, like honestly so weird if you loved my brother” he makes a disgusted face, one that makes Remus’ stomach drop a little but then Sirius asks “Wait! Is it James?” in an almost hushed whisper

“Really?” Remus deadpans, blinking at his friend but really he should have guessed it would go like this

“Well he's the only other person like…oh hey sis” Sirius throws his hands up before his eyes double back on you re-entering the room, smiling away and Remus has to refriend from throwing his head back and actually screaming ‘are you serious!’

“Hi” your voice dips, knowing you interrupted something “What are you two girls gossiping about?” you start smiling, looking interested and Remus’ wants to make up some absurd lie but Sirius could never hold his water

“Moony’s love life” he answers simply, near excitedly actually but only Remus’ registers the way your happy interest sinks to shock and even hurt for a brief moment

“Oh…well I’ll leave you to it then” you recover quickly though your voice wavers “Don’t want to interrupt the girls talk!” you joke backing out of the room earning a ‘ha ha’ from Sirius before he turns back to Remus again

“So! Who is it then?” Sirius asks while Remus returns his attention he can’t help but want to get this over with, heart heavy you might be thinking he moved on and never told you “They’re the only people like me” Sirius adds with a pout

“How are you an auror?” Remus asks almost genuinely, like how can someone not connect those dots

“Rude” Sirius bobs his head, scrunching up his face “Just tell me who is it? I feel like it’s obvious…don’t scoff” he points “...stop beating around the bush Remus who is it?”

“It’s…” he almost blurts it out but refrains, voice much gentler when he reveals “It’s your sister”

Sirius stares at him blankly “Y/n?” he wears a funny smile as he confirms

“Yes” Remus nods

“Y/n?” he somehow needs further confirmation but he’s no longer smiling

“Yes” Remus nods again but his voice is much less confident

“My baby sister, y/n? The one that was just here?” he motions to the door

“What other one do you have?” Remus says out loud but it’s really to himself, floating between astonishment and gearing himself for an arse whooping

Sirius still looks like he doesn’t know how to react though, and instead asks “How long?”

“Since…” Remus himself has to think, a part of him was always soft on you “End of fifth year?” he guesses

That unleashes the fury in his friends eyes, and Remus literally jumps back in his seat, feet on the cushions as Sirius half launches to the end of the couch “You’ve been dating her since fifth year!” he points, eyeing him like he better be joking

“No!” Remus shakes his head “We aren’t dating Sirius…we’ve never dat-dated” his words slow down in the end, chest aching at the thing he was responsible for not being true

Sirius settles back on the couch, sitting on his knees “Wait. So you’re in love with her but never made a move because…” his tone goes up at the end but seeing Remus expression as he slowly sit back down properly in the chair tells him everything “Me?” Sirius points to himself

“You were a major player yeah” he confesses 

Sirius looks sad at that, almost guilty “Oh…and she hasn’t dated anyone either because she’s also in love with you and you’ve got…some Romeo…Juliet forbidden pinning thing going on over here?”

“Kind of?” Remus shrugs, honestly he didn’t know how to define it but Sirius’ version was as good a way as any

“Mate this is gonna sound weird coming from me but why didn’t the two of you sneak around or confess or something?” he asks, and he’s right it is weird but still a valid question

“She did ask me out when we were younger but…” Remus closes his eyes about to say he rejected you but as he opens them Sirius is throwing a pillow at him “What the-! Sirius!” he groans as the pillow’s zip hits him square in the face

“You said no!” Sirius slaps the arm rest of couch, looking both shocked and annoyed to which Remus looks at him baffled jumping back onto the chair, squatting

“You were angry a minute ago at the idea of me dating her!” 

“And I still am but I'm more pissed that you rejected her!” he admits like it’s obvious

“You’re confusing as all hell ya know that?”

“Yes” again obvious “But you’re a complete knob moony! Utter idiot. She’s perfect. Why would you say no? Serious-me moony I can’t fathom why you could even-” he’s cut off

“For the same reasons you thought I didn’t want set up” Remus counters

Sirius’ face softens immediately, the realisation taking over “Moons”

“Don’t moons me" Remus drops back into the seat but Sirius is already standing and making his way over "I don’t want your pity”

“Well you’re getting it prick” Sirius argues as he trys to plop himself beside him on the chair

“Wank” Remus grumbles letting Sirius join him before trying to resist the embrace “Pads no”

“Pads yes” Sirius eventually wraps his arms around him “Take the hug you silly wolf”

It doesn’t take much for Remus to melt into it, the sides of their heads leaning on the other and the hug last a few minutes before Remus speak up “Thanks” he says, earning a chaste kiss to the temple from Sirius before he pulls back

“You should tell her” Sirius states while Remus just looks at him in shock “Tell her” 

“Pads, I’m a…”

Nope not this time

“Don’t give me that bullshit” he scolds “She knows what you are and she loves you. I might have been blind as a bat but I know my little sister and she would never judge you. She can look after herself and boy will she take pride in looking after you even when you don’t want it”

Remus knows he's right, of course he is, you're perfect in everyday and he's be a liar if he's never imagined you caring for him every full moon...merlin who was he kidding, every night he imagined you beside him, he even had a designated y/n pillow he hugged into

“I know. But...Sirius if I did and she said yes I'd feel like I’m depriving her of something” he sighs, thinking about all you would have to give up

“You already are” Sirius gives him a sad smile “Actually” his head tilts “You’re depriving yourself too” his nose crunches in a you know I’m right kinda way

“Of what?” he asks even if he knows the answer

“Love” he says simply “The kind those two idiots have upstairs, the kind our girls Marlene and Dorcas have…the kind even a playboy like me is looking for” he admits and Remus chuckles in a surprised yet happy shock “Moons?”

“Yeah?” 

“Go get her”

And he does, or at least heads out to find you with the intention of doing so…baby steps remember?

He finds you sitting on one of the swings in the garden, gently swaying back and forth as you stare up at the canopy above. He takes a moment of shameless admiration, adoring the way the golden tones from the sinking sun hit your skin, bringing an almost ethereal glow to someone he already deemed an angel

Just as he was about to gain your attention one of your hands leave the rope, moving to fiddle with your necklace. Remus’ eyes hone in on the pendant, wearing a thankful smile as he realises it’s the one he gifted you. You still wore it, and if you still wore it then his chances were much better

“Hey” he says softly, drawing your attention

“Hi Rem” you greet, smiling a little funny while you slip the necklace back beneath your jumper

He walks up to the swing that was big enough for two, in fact, four could squeeze on it if they tried hard enough…yes, it was trailed and tested resulting in two broken arms yet no broken swing deeming it an absolute win by James and Marlene...and yes they were the two with the broken arms

“Scoot” he shoos you over, earning a cute huff from you but you do as he says “Why you out here?” he wonders sitting down, your thighs touching “Aren't you cold?” 

You shake your head “Not cold” you say just as a gust of wind comes and you hug yourself “Okay maybe a little bit” you admit with a small giggle

He chuckles, he was a tad cold himself, should have brought a jacket and definitely should have brought one for you...though it did give him the excuse to do this

“Here” his arm comes around your shoulders, encouraging you to lean into him but really it doesn’t take much, in fact he’s sure you were already doing so “Better?”

“Yeah” you hum

“So what are you doing out here?” he asks again, leaning forward to see you, heart fluttering as you meet his eyes looking through your eyelashes 

“Needed some air” you shrug gifting him a quick smile

He doesn’t buy it, you sound and look too sad, but he accepts it for now, not pushing as his gut tells him it has something to do with earlier “Would you like me to go? Or do you want company?” he checks, praying for the latter

“No please stay” your hand finds his as your head turns into his chest “You’re warm” you add, he can feel the smirk and finds himself smiling

“That all I am?” he inquires

“No but for now you are” you answer simply, both of you knowing those words most likely have deeper meaning

“If I'm warm then what does that make you bun?” he asks in a semi teasing tone yet your answer is anything but that

“I’m yours” you tell him, meeting his eyes and looking right into what feels like his soul, your voice unlike anything he’s heard 

“And I’m yours” he finds himself saying, a warm smile on his face as he sees your eyes widen and light up, it turns a little sceptical though, a funny kind as you eye him and so he repeats it “I’m all yours bunny”

“Really?” you bite your lip

“Really” he nods, hand moving to cup your cheek, thumb flicking gently over it

"For real?" you continue to check

"For real"

"Like..." you begin but he cuts you off with a chuckle

"Yes"

“But Siri said you were talking about your love life?” you wince a little and he can’t blame you, the thought of you moving on would kill him too

He shakes his head “I told him” he says, hand slipping from your cheek to take yours

“About…” your head tilts before you slowly point to yourself mouthing ‘me?’

He nods

“And you’re alive?” you laugh, joking but also a little serious

“Well he was a tad upset when he thought we were dating…then got way more upset and threw a pillow at me when he realised I…well…rejected you” he whispers the last part, looking down and feeling stupid for ever doing so now

Yet you giggle a little at it, shifting around on the swing to straddle it instead to look at him and he copies “Remus?” your other hand cups over your intertwined ones

“Yeah?”

“If I asked again would you say yes now?”

His heart bursts, suppressing his smile and urge to kiss you in order to counter you with “If I asked would you say yes?”

“Maybe” you shrug, smile turning cheeky before you slip your hands out of his and cup both of his cheeks “It’s always been a yes” you confirm

“I’m sorry I made you wait” he apologies, leaning into your touch and closing his eyes, only opening them again as he feels you gently pull him towards you

“Remus, you were always worth the wait. I’ve loved you since we were teens...” you lean in and kiss his nose “...I love you now...” you kiss both of his cheeks “and I will…mhm”

He cuts you off, unable to wait any longer as he attaches his lips to yours. It’s not harsh, or rushed, it’s soft, sweet, your lips moving in time with one another. It's the perfect…second kiss

“Impatient wolf” you say when you part

“Good thing I’ve got one patient bunny” his hand cups your cheek, thumb moving over your lips, pulling down the bottom just a bit before it returns to your cheek “I love you” 

Your eyebrows raise, features softening as you close your eyes, the biggest smile creeping across your face

“Still with me bunny?” he kisses your temple, hand moving back to your hair line, fingers sweeping softly across it

“Yeah” you open your eyes, your hand comes up to cup over his “Just happy”

“Me too” he says before leaning on once more but you stop him, finger to his lips breifly before you grin at him "What?" he asks, chuckling a little before letting out a hearty laugh at your answer

"You've earned all the slices of cake now"

“hey um wakatoshi sorry for bothering you but do you think you can pick me up?” You said hiding your sniffles so he couldn’t hear it

“Yeah sure y/n text me the address” he said walking as fast as he could to his car

there you were standing in the cold waiting outside because you got stood up by your date, you thought he could be the one, it was hard having feelings for your brothers closest friend and most of all trying to hide them for 6 years, you remember first seeing Ushijima he was in the gym spiking some volleyballs he looked so mesmerizing from the gleam of his sweat, the way his hair was parted and how he looked so calm spiking the ball, at that moment you knew you were down bad for him… the more you got to know him you liked his straightforward and blunt personality, Ushijima in the beginning always thought that you needed to be protected because you were his friends little sister well you were a second year but still there was something about you that made his heart skip a beat… he denied that feeling thinking it was just him being over caring

“Toshi how did you get a reservation here so fast???” You said eyes wide open sitting in the chair shocked by the fact that your in one of Japan’s best restaurants “I know one of the owners” he said opening the menu casually almost smiling at your cute reaction, the evening was fantastic it was just the both of you talking and catching up, a few sips of red wine, and all he could think of was how you could look so elegant yet cute when you were talking, “oh my god it’s pouring” you said looking at Ushijima exiting the restaurant “yeah the weather was perfectly fine earlier” the both of you didn’t have hoodies or umbrellas but you used his huge trench coat as a cover, “let’s run” you giggled taking his hand running to the parking lot, his eyes widen a little at your little action that made him slightly blush “I’m sorry for taking your jacket” you said playing a piece of your damp hair noticing that Ushijima was soaked “it’s fine at least your not wet from the rain”
