Maybe I like Reinhart from I Failed to Oust the Villain! because I like Wen Kexing from Tian Ya Ke (Faraway Wanderer). I love my fictional deranged eldritch of horror handsome men lol

Similarities of WenZhou dynamic to Reinhart and Valeta

One of the reason why Reinhart is interested with Valeta is her lack of concern. Same with Zhou Zishu who don't give a damn about the treasure and the fight in martial world. Wen Kexing is busy planning his revenge and he find it strange how Zhou Zishu is relaxed with no care about the world.

Reinhart like that Valeta don't call everyone their names and because of that he felt he's human for her. Wen Kexing is the same. He can only embrace normalcy when he's with someone like Zhou Zishu.

Reinhart and Wen Kexing are both villainous. They are like the antiheroes because both of people they murdered deserve it. Both are implied they are abused in their childhood as well.

Reinhart and Wen Kexing love hugging their partner and they appeared flamboyant to them. As for their partner, Valeta and Zhou Zishu neither push them away nor embrace them. They are the perfect definition of "Suit yourself".

There's a kid hero under their wing somehow. WenZhou has Chengling (he became a hero in extra story) and Reinhart and Valeta has Terion (the Hero of the novel).

They are bad damaged people who found solace to someone similar to them. I don't think Valeta has stockholm syndrome or she's a good person. She's very similar to Reinhart. It just that her response is being apathetic while Reinhart response to things is violence.

Reinhart's interaction with Carlon Delphine and Dreux Leon reminds a lot of Wen Kexing's interaction with Zhou Zishu's friends (Da Wu and Jing Beiyuan). Reinhart and Wen Kexing are both terrifying to them but they are trying to interact with them like a normal human.

There's a spicy scene between Valeta and Original Reinhart where she just let him do it because she felt bad how lonely he is. That's literally every WenZhou spicy scenes. Zhou Zishu always don't like Wen Kexing looking lonely so he just let him do whatever he want. Valeta and Zhou Zishu don't comfort the other so their dubious consent is usually their way to go.

Valeta and Zhou Zishu think their partner's sincerity is fake because all their life they are not used to kindness.
