Literally ruins my entire appetite/ day when I eat sth and suddenly I notice that there's either like a bug or sth like that in there.... I'm talking about brocoli especially. Also salad if it's bio....

#like today the broccoli looked fine #my dad found one part that looked like an animal or dirt was inside and he like threw that one out #and thats why i was already cutting open everything before eating it #and i saw sth that looked like dirt/ animals ish again and i suddenly felt suuuuper sick #literally had to force myself to at least eat the rest of my food #still feel a lil sick tho 🤪🤪#i love u broccoli but why u gotta be like that fr #food mention
