i have many thoughts abt gabriel but my brain is mush rn.
#i .#gh#gabe is a grown ass adult who did horrible things. the council telling him to do that doesnt lessen the crime of his actions.#i hate how people erase his actions and infantilize him in comparison to the council as if he did not have an active role/participate in#it/with them before the events of u/ltrakill.#idk there sjust something abt them taking away his agency and pinning all the blame on the council that pisses me the fuck off.#hes not a soft little ignorant uwu baby who did no wrong because of the council 'forcing him' to do that.#i dont think force was involved he clearly enjoyed his role and took pride in it. like it or not gabriel was actively working for them of#his own accord because he thought it was 'right' and to pin the blame on them reduces the impact of his realization that he has#where he wonders how much violence he embodied and to what extent and why he did it. and regretting it.#the impact of the scene is so lessened when you paint him as a misunderstood victim to the council and not someone who gleefully killed#minos in cold blood and shouted justice! to his horrified citizens afterwards.#theres so much shit that gabriel did that is straight up like. unforgivable. at least realistically#i love to play in the space of yayyy everyones friends and forgives gabriel but its so unrealistic and i can recognize that.#idk. idkkkk man.#im rambling i need to go to a coffee shop soon w a friend ignore me.
