Ahh, I can definitely see Yuya having that "extroverted" introvert character type. A lot of his canon seems to focus on the idea that - at least in season 1 - Yuya's personality is an abstraction from his father's legacy, and I really like the idea that he needs to recharge his batteries between performances. It's hard putting on an act, especially with the weight of your family memories on your shoulders, so I can see him having anxiety and depression as a result.

Yuzu and Yuya's relationship is really sweet to see - even outside of any shipping context. They care for each other a lot, and I've always thought about writing a platonic piece about them just... hanging out. Spending the day together with Sora or something.

Always excited to see people's headcanons for arc v. There's some absolute gems people come up with.

AAAA THANKS— my friend @skybluescarf made it for me! I don’t particularly hate any headcanons for Yuya. But if I had to choose one it’d be... when ppl say he has no feelings toward yuzu? And I’m not saying it in a shipping way, I don’t like when people ignore their bond all together if that makes any sense.

My biggest hc for yuya sorta kinda is kinnie stuff but: Yuya has generalized anxiety, major depressive disorder and is an introvert despite his ability to put on a show for others. Like... he just needs a break for 4 hours to recharge.

I have more including ones that aren’t about mental health and all that but uh... yeah!!
