I love how every time demons appear on dndads everything gets super fucking COOL like. the whole long drawn out (and super metal) scene in ep 58 of demon jodie and nicky leaving... that moment in s2 ep 9 where nicky is introduced... the music at the start of s2 ep27...

they do the vibes SO well and i love it every time.

Obviously the first person that Sparrow told first was Lark (as if Nick didn't have to go through hoops to get his blessing (and it's still dubious))

Nick and Sparrow obviously told their parents together - Jodie and Henry knew long before Glenn did, but Henry wanted to share the moment with his buddy after he was given the news separately. Jodie is a welcome face, but likes to piss off Glenn and butt in, hence the annoyance to their bonding time being cut short...

Then, we can't forget the best gift giver coming through for them and honoring them well before the ceremony.

Sparrow and Nick kept Scam's gift to them secret since they were worried about their families freaking out... they had no idea the other gift would go to the next of the kids to get married, so they swore they wouldn't tell when they found out Grant and Marco went MIA before the ceremony and heard the insane story...but alcohol gets Sparrow in trouble. Seriously, who gave her more than one flute of champagne??

okay so now that i’ve officially finished watching leverage i just want to say that maybe i’m obsessed with this show on multiple levels and something about how it hits so many itches in that it’s about found family and it’s about fucking over bad, rich guys (no billionaire bootlicking in this show! and i fucking love it) and it’s also about how sometimes the bad guys are the only good guys you get and it’s also about how we are all stronger together it’s about how at the start of this show, we have all of these characters who are largely used to working alone and being alone and yet the show concludes that ultimately, we are better when we are together and by being together, we might be able to leave something behind that is bigger and brighter for the next people in our generation and no man is an island and no person is meant to beat goliath on their own or whatever
