just got this post recommended to me on insta (i check insta once a day from my computer to see what flavour donuts the local donut shop has that day)

this was posted 3 days ago. one of these things is not like the other. the wellness accounts are now actively encouraging their followers to stop keeping up with the news. the rest of the 'advice' is very bog standard grindset wellness girly nonsense, but i have NEVER seen any of these accounts advocate for no news. interesting. wonder what's been in the news lately that would trigger this.
