#i love how i've done two pieces of éomer art this week

on second thoughts i'm giving the coloured version its own post because dagnabbit i'm proud of my work and i want people to see it in full (and the reblog is thoroughly buried under the initial lineart)

anyway in some alternate universe where boromir doesn't die he and éomer get to be besties and bond over their family trauma and little siblings who they love more than life itself, and also go kill orcs together. and i want to see more of that boromir lives au.

(my read on canon is very much "they met a few times, they clicked and were immediately Pals, but also per Éomer himself Boromir didn't get to travel much so it was only ever 'friendly acquaintances' even though both of them would have loved to be better friends")
