Rewatching Disney’s Hercules and yeah it’s still really good
#i love didni herculy#im south european and i think it would’ve been nowhere near as good if they were rly trying to make it greek#like i love historical accuracy but seeing as how its a mythical story created largely by Americans who even when expats r sort of removed#from their own country of origin#i feel it works oddly well#kind of like how mulan had its flaws too but everybody loves that movie#cuz u can see the love and care and respect which went into those films even if they’re quirky#the disney renaissance was such a lucky time to be a kid ngl#going to the movies meant something back theb
