                  Truth be told,      wanda had nearly   forgotten   the upcoming date that marked her birth. it was strange; she had grown accustomed to always sharing   her birthday with her brother— not to say the day did not still belong to the both of them, no, wanda just was not used to celebrating without him. she could recall memories of birthdays they shared as a child; even sharing the same cake, so accustomed to seeing both their names written beautifully in frosting. 

    it was little things like this she dearly missed.

Preživeo pad sa 500 metara i dinosauruse (VIDEO)

Kad me ljudi pitaju kako je biti u virtuelnoj realnosti, nije lako dati odgovor. Istina je da samo zavisi od toga kakav sadržaj posmatrate ili koliko je on kvalitetan. Danas gotovo svaki proizvođač može da isporuči hardver dovoljno kvalitetan da doživimo kakvu-takvu virtuelnu realnost. Bitno je da „kaciga“ bude prijatna za nošenje, da vas dobro izoluje os spoljnog sveta i da rezolucija bude visoka. Tim „cakama“ ovladala je većina proizvođača, čija smo VR rešenja isprobali, a isprobali smo ih mnogo. Ipak, ono što najveći deo njih nije u stanju da uradi dobro je - sadržaj! Što se zabave tiče, ona je nekako najbolja da korisniku pokaže šta VR može da učini našem mozgu i telu - u potpunosti da ih prevari! HTC Vive isprobao sam već nekoliko puta. Međutim, svakih susret s ovim VR uređajem ponudi nešto novo, bilo da se o zabavi ili nekoj konkretnijoj upotrebi radi. Ovog puta, na MWC 2017 sajmu, koristio sam novi HTC Vive komplet, koji celo telo prebacuje u virtuelnu realnost i omogućava da praktično „uđete“ u virtuelnu realnost, ali i da sa sobom ponesete sve što poželite. To omogućava novi sistem Tracker i Audio Deluxe sistem, koji su predstavljeni na CES 2017 sajmu u Las Vegasu. Dakle, mesec dana nakon što je doživeo premijeru, novi VR svet doživeo sam u Barseloni i potpuno me je oduvao! Šta zna mozak šta je 500 metara! Prva na redu je bila priča sa hodanjem po dasci na visini od tričavih 500 metara iznad zemlje. Nakon što se HTC Vive montira na glavu, što ne traje dugo, ulazi se u lift i kreće penjanje na zadatu visinu. Već tu je počelo da mi bude „frka“. Čuje se zvuk lifta i zvono označava dolazak. Vrata se otvaraju i vide se samo nebo, nekakva konstrukcija i daska ispred mene… Čoveče, već tad sam bio van svoje dimenzije. Čujem zvukove oko sebe, ali ih ne registrujem! Neverovatna situacija! Čovek koji stoji pored mene govori da krenem i već prvi korak otkriva komplikovanu situaciju. Daska u koju sam pre pet minuta gledao bez VR seta na glavi i koja mi se činila tako širokom i bezbednom u virtuelnoj realnosti je postala neverovatno tanka, a uvijala se pod mojim koracima. Ovde je „caka“ u tome što je daska u realnosti samo naizgled široka i čvrsta - zapravo je samo njen centar čvrst, okolo je mekana, noga tj. stopalo „propada“ sa strane, a pod pritiskom daska niti je čvrsta niti bezbedna. Haos! Prvi korak i srce mi je već „prolupalo“. Verujte mi, ne preterujem! Gubim ravnotežu, koraci su kratki, a to što sam, zapravo u stvarnosti čvrsto na zemlji nimalo ne pomaže! Pomislih na momenat čak i zašto mi je sve ovo trebalo, ali tu sam gde sam i nazad ne može! Stiskam one palice kao da mi život zavisi od njih, nesvestan da mi one uopšte ne mogu biti od koristi kad počnem da padam ili se okliznem. Nikako da mozak kaže - OK, smiri se, sve ovo nije stvarno… I onda, kao krešendo celog jednog minuta agonije na dasci u trenutku kad napravite poslednji korak automatski kreće pad sa iste te daske i kao što ćete videti u videu - uopšte mi nije bilo svejedno! Laknulo mi je kad sam se dočepao „čvrstog tla“! Intenzivan osećaj olakšanja koji sam osetio kada sam se opet našao „u liftu“ je sad nemoguće tačnije opisati, ali bio sam srećan što sam „preživeo“. Kombinacija virtuelne realnosti i propratnih elemenata koji je pojačavaju, a u ovom slučaju bila je to pokretljiva daska, mogu u potpunosti da vas odvoje od realnosti i to otvara velike mogućnosti za istraživanje ne samo zabavnih mogućnosti, nego i za razvoj virtuelne realnosti u mnogo ozbiljnije svrhe, kakve su upotreba u robotici, mašinskoj, automobilskoj industriji ili medicini. Laro, spremi se, dinosaurusi su opet tu! Druga opcija koju sam dobio mogućnost da isprobam je lov na dinosauruse. Tu je već trebalo malo više pripreme i učenja. Prvo se na stopala, struk i ruke stavljaju „tracker-i“ koji celo telo transformišu u virtuelno, pa sam u potpunosti bio prebačen u virtuelnu realnost. Kretanje i korišćenje virtuelne realnosti je mnogo kompleksnije i zato mi je trebalo nekoliko minuta da to sve „savladam“. Na glaci je složenija kaciga, koja ima zvučnike, slušalice, mikrofon i sve što je potrebno da u potpunosti uronite u paralelnu dimenziju u kojoj možete koristiti i glas, dodir i druga čula. E, nakon toga bio sam u maskirnoj uniformi, sa nožem i automatskim pištoljem u rukama, spreman da se odbranim od napada krvoločnih dinosaurusa. Na šta sam prvo pomislio?! Na Laru Kroft i njen susret sa T-Reksom iz Tomb Raider keca. Neverovatno, doživeću to sad na svojoj koži - veličanstveno i zastrašujuće u isto vreme…HTC Vive u Srbiji Nažalost, HTC Vive još uvek zvanično ne može da se kupi u Srbiji, a kako smo saznali na Sajmu, najveća prepreka jeste to što je Srbija van Evropske unije. MONDO MobIT Najgore od svega je što sam morao sam da pronađem dinosauruse, nisu oni mene pronašli i napadali - čini mi se da je to gora varijanta! Nakon par minuta lutanja džunglom ugledao sam prvog, u daljini. Ma, pogodiću ga odavde, sa bezbedne razdaljine, ali ne, ne može, naravno. Ne vredi, moram da priđem. OK, priđem bliže i počnem da pucam. Okreće se i gleda me, rekao bih pravo u oči! Kreće da trči na mene i već se udaljavam unazad i panično se osvrćem oko sebe u nadi da je jedini, da nema još koji iza ili sa strane! O, prokleta džungla - nemam gde da se sakrijem, moraću da se suočim sa njim! Gledam u njega i već je tu! Dišem ubrzano i toliko mlatim onim nožem u desnoj ruci da me već boli rame! Srećom po mene pištolj se brzo „reload-uje“ i već sasipam drugi šaržer u njega. Ili pored njega, ne mogu da ocenim… PAO JE! Konačno je pao, hvala ti bože! Uh, sve me boli, drhtim, ne mogu da verujem da sam preživeo napad dinosaurusa! Ali, to je bio tek početak! Nakon ovog, kasnije sam shvatio, bebca dinosaurusa, napala su me još tri patuljasta, odjednom. Njih sam išutirao i sredio nožem, a onda još jednog, najvećeg do tada. Od njega sam bežao dosta dugo, jer je bio žilav, a nije mi bilo lako ni da naciljam, jer je bio konstantno u pokretu. I onda, finale! Pojavio se T-Rex glavom i kandžama i poslao me u večna lovišta jedim laganim gaženjem. Za par sekundi. Od tromog čudovišta iz džungle pretvorio se u jurišni tenk i zgazio me pre nego što sam stigao da „provalim“ da stojim ispred stene i da, zapravo i nemam gde da pobegnem. Ah, šta da radim, smaknuo sam petoricu, neki je morao i meni da presudi…Kakav komp treba za HTC Vive Da bi HTC Vive radio glatko i dobro potrebna je moćna konfiguracija, recimo hi-end gaming komp kompanije Monitor System, koji ima Intel i7 CPU, 16 GB Kingston memorije, Asus AMD R9 290X GPU, sve spakovano u Cooler master kućište. Smeh, neverica, blago drhtanje napetih mišića… Ukratko sam se tako osećao kad sam skinuo sve što novi HTC Vive nudi. Ovo je sjajna stvar, jer vam omogućava da imate kompletan doživljaj, a sa bežičnim headset-om, koji je HTC spremio za Vive stvar je dobila potpuno novu dimenziju, koja će učiniti da pokreti budu još prirodniji i bez bojazni da ćete iščupati neki kabl (jer na to zaboravite odmah kad ugledate sve ono što u virtuelnoj realnosti imate. U poređenju s prvom virtuelnom realnosti koju mi je HTC Vive prikazao, kad sam nemo i mirno posmatrao svet oko sebe u novoj dimenziji, ovo je potpuno drugačije iskustvo, koje angažuje celo telo, mnogo je „ličnije“ i intenzivnije. Mogu samo da zamislim šta će moderne VR igre doneti za HTC Vive! HTC Vive je na MWC 2017 sajmu u Barseloni ponudio još i demo boksa, nešto nalik Counter Strike igri, istraživanje svemira, ali i mogućnost da vežbate farbanje prskanjem, koje služi kao demonstracija poslovne primene - nakon farbanja jednih vrata automobila HTC Vive i pridruženi softver otkriće vam koliko ste precizni bili, kako je tekao pokret, gde ste preterali s bojom, gde je fali i kakav ste farbar uopšte. Ovo je samo mali deo onoga što HTC s Vive programom sprema za poslovne korisnike, koji će moći „na daljinu“ da učestvuju u obukama, seminarima, video pozivima uživo i slično.
