#tw death mention#tonight i experienced the impending doom of anaphylaxis for the second time in my life#i loterally thought it was my depression acting up#but no#the issue was physical for a change#it wasnt till my body was full of rash and i had trouble breathing that i was like: oh it's allergies#i debated for an hour whether i shoukd call for help or not#i was home alone#but symptoms got worse#and i just planned my brother's bday gift for next week#i aint dying before his bday so#i tried calling my dad but he didnt pic up#so i had to call my bro#and he went and got my dad and then both of them took me to the ER#i stated there for a couple of hours till i was sure to get better#and now im back home#feeling better#tho we have no idea what caused the reaction#i barely ate today and the usual#dunno#im tired#stayed*
