BG3 party opinions that no one asked for, but nonetheless I must speak. I'm typing this while I wait for my turn to wrest the television and try fighting Ketheric again.

Wyll is perfect? How did they make a perfect man? He's handsome. He's charming. Noble. Gentle. He likes kids. I'm excited to find out how he got into a deal with a devil, because then he and Kenzan will have something to... not fight about, I don't think they would, but there will be a conflict to discuss. And then once that is resolved he'll be even more perfect. I just know it.

Lae'zel has all my respect. You know where you stand with her! She's fun to clash with but entirely worthwhile to support in turns! She's skilled, she's focused, she's stubborn. An incredible commander. Any glimpse of her emotions is hard-earned. I love that she's not necessarily embarrassed of them, just reluctant to share sometimes.

I do regret that Gale's romance is bugged, because he'd be so cute with Kenzan especially. These are writers who understand that a good wizard should have bouts of melancholy and be at least occasionally insufferable. And yet at the same time, he's so in love with gathering friends and helping people. How can I not love this guy?

Karlach is such a mando and therefore my people. We're on the same wavelength basically all the time. Not least because she's immediately protective of the other party members. I don't even think she's had time to bond with most of them, she just takes them on because they're team members. Mandokarla. I looove her little dance animation. She's never done anything wrong.

Shadowheart has also never done anything wrong. Listen. I don't care what Shar stands for. Shadowheart believes in her, that's all she knows, and she's doing her best in love and loyalty. (Or she was. Until just now. It's okay bb you're the best of people.) Shadowheart opening up to Kenzan has been such a cherished treasure every time.

Astarion is a bitch and my best friend. Kenzan is not his best friend, but he's hers. You know? I have enjoyed little so much as watching him disdain good deeds toward others but warm immensely to being treated well himself. You will be loved, buddy. In the meantime, he continues to be chaotic fun in every exchange.

Halsin is new to the gang, but he's... big... full of easy confidence... centered and thoughtful... wow,,,
