had a panic attack for the first time ever at the dentist today, a new low
#this was the coldest doctor i ever met#i was in pain so he said i cant treat u bye#like wtfff#i literaly feel so depressed right now everything is overwhelming and my body is at its limit#my jaw is literally sooo tense#and i dont even trust dentists anymore they dont help or make it worse#sry for this rant i am lazy to write in my journal and something about putting it in the tags is satisfying
