Abbott and Dr Marshall Quesne as Gomez and Morticia Addams

I've been thinking a lot lately about how Gomez was partially inspired by Peter Lorre and it made me wanna draw one of his characters as Gomez. Tbh I feel a bit guilty for not making Agnes Morticia since she's such an obvious pick, but you must understand that I reeeally wanted an excuse to put more Dr X fanart on this blog

#i should make my next drawing of agnes to make up for it #peter lorre #the man who knew too much 1934 #abbott #the return of dr x #dr maurice xavier #dr marshall quesne #the addams family #gomez addams #morticia addams #my art #i like this but i woukdnt say they look super recogniseable #abbott kinda looks like a mob boss #and quesne has a weird ursula look about him with the hair swirls at the end of the dress and the purple shadows on his skin #also again i forgot to factor in how much heels would alter the height difference between them #but that unintentionally kinda works out since i forgot quesne has trouble walking so he probably wouldnt be wearing heels anyway lol #or at least he shouldn't #but yeah thos was a lot of fun #kinda wish i drew the whole family though #hugo and jp ghastly would make for a good Wednesday and pugsly respectively #draghumf #forgot i already had that tag too lol
