yeah I get ya on this. i just thought it was kinda fun to talk about for a bit, sometimes i almost get fooled by the fanon’s perspective of him and then i gotta look back at the comics to remind myself haha no. 

speaking of archie comics, do you have a favorite panel or cover art of the werehog? Like the artwork? Mine was almost the entirety of issue 265. vicious but still a fluffy beast. 

I LOVE ISSUE 265 fun fact i only have physical copies of two individual archie sonic issues and theyre issue 265 of the main series + one of the sonic universe issues from the arc where scourge goes to prison. which is kinda funny considering what the topic of conversation was right before this. Anyway asking me to pick just one favorite werehog art is an impossible task but i did try to limit it to a small-ish selection of my favorites:
