it’s going to be a long time i think before i read a book that i like as much as i like heaven. i think about it so frequently... idk it just had a very profound effect on me
#on that same note...#lending books to someone is always a mixed bag#bc they will ask me to lend it#and ill be like 'SURE!' bc im excited they want to read it#and then a month or two goes by and i ask them about it bc i want it back so that i can reread it#and they're like 'oh i havent started' or 'i read the first chapter! ill let you know when i finish'#like NOOO!! read it now and then GIVE IT BACK!!!#anyway all this to say#i lent my copy of heaven to a friend abt a month or two ago#and he still hasnt read it#but im getting the urge to reread it ;(#you could say that she's out on loan#OR#you lend your book to someone and then when they give it back... it's fucked to hell and fraying and kinda torn#like DAMN what did you DO with it ??#THROW IT IN A RIVER AND THEN LET IT DRY ON YOUR DOORSTEP??
