#personal#sighs. this isn’t sustainable#and i keep identifying way too strongly with [data expunged] narratives#not that i haven’t already noticed the red flags coming off me in waves#but seeing them in writing and also seeing them get missed even though they’re so obvious#idk#i cannot get taken off meds again but i think these are making me a lot worse#i’ve just been low for weeks#i miss having upswings#can’t get myself to clean my room. what’s the point#feels like theres only one way this goes and im just waiting ig#wish any of the people who are meant to help would take me seriously#but that’s on me too ig. incapable of communicating how serious it is#i know too many words that make me seem like a malingerer or wtv
