pondering
would people be less judgy of miqy if it did end up as godwyn? like would miq get an automatic pass if we had to wonder if godwyn swore the vow or didnt?
im not convinced that we can say definitively what Radahn's answer was, and i think thats entirely the point, i think we're supposed to sit with both the possibility that he said yes (meaning radahn willingly nuked his home to get his theatrical death) OR that he said no (meaning miquella is forcing his hand)
(so either radahns a selfish douchebag or miq is a sinister jerk)
im not convinced that we're meant to be comfortably certain
and the fact that people have jumped into the "no" and "yes" camps seems to be... like the intended effect? bc if it was godwyn... going back to my earlier question, would there be less conflict??
would people simply assume that godwyn said yes? and not fight over "yes or no" like people would with radahn? and there would be less uncertainty and miquella's character gets minimally impacted
thats kinda where im at - im stepping back into the meta and wondering if they made radahn miq's consoet to farm content - not only because radahn is relatively popular but because choosing him would set off a discussion - endless discussion and infighting
because the endless discussion and infighting adds dimension to miq's AND radahn's character - they can be viewed through multiple different lenses instead of having a more unanimous perception of their character
#elden ring#miquella the unalloyed#star scourge radahn#i know the talk is mostly about people being judgy about miq#but the radahn said yes campers should also note the implications this makes on radahns character#meaning it also colors him in the same way that his saying no would color miq#WHICH HONESTLY#fair#sote spoilers
