izzy punched stede twice, stabbed him with intent to kill, and stood by while he was about to be executed by firing squad, in favor of it happening (since he caused it to happen), and i'd really just love for the people who think ed is abusive for a mere headbutt and that stede should have ended up with izzy to explain how exactly izzy is any better/less abusive by their 'standards'

Nine- Ice Cream
Sarah's House
Masterlist
Hurricane Helene can suck my asshole man. Western North Carolina is fucked. We are struggling. Could've never prepared for this. So keep us in your thoughts and prayers. It's gonna be a rough go.
We get to see Sarah's version of that night in Russia. Super excited to get to her team too! Any questions or ideas are welcomed!
Price knew he shouldn't take the mission. The outcome seemed obvious, or so he thought. Until he wasn't anymore.
or
Like calls to like. Or something of the sort.
Price read the emails he'd been avoiding, the amount in big white numbers in the corner of the app. He was on the balcony, cigar dangling from his lips. There was a nice breeze flowing through the air and it helped calm the anxious nerves creeping down his back. Tomorrow was gonna be another stressful day and he knew he didn't have the heart to deal with it. The look on Sarah's face had been enough to make him rethink it. She'd be a complete mess and the boys had to go in for a couple hours so it'd be just the two of them. One single look and he knows he'll cave. Easily. He scrubbed his hand down his face, the sun already set behind the trees.
"Can I join yo-u?" She's wearing a simple set of pajamas. Her hair still damp from the shower she'd took with Soap. Price nods, his tounge heavy in his mouth. She stands beside him, leaning her chin in her hands. Eyes glued to the view. "My mama al-ways said th-ose thing'll kill ya'" He turns to look at her, her eyes glued to the cigar in his mouth. He puts it between two fingers.
"Ya? Sounds like a smart woman." Sarah nods, a sad look in her eyes.
"The best." She turns back to the view before flipping back. "Can I try?" Her eyes not curious. Price is shocked almost, suddenly aware that his lips had dampened the end a bit. But she doesn't seem to care, eyes watching him closely.
"Thought they'd kill ya'?" Her eyes light up.
"Russians th-ought a lot o-f stuff woul-d kill me." She shrugs. A small smile tugging at the corner of her lips. He holds the cigar out, expecting her to grab it but she doesn't. No, she opens her lips slightly, awaiting him to place it between her pink lips. He stutters for a millisecond. Lust creeping up his spine and into her bloodstream. Images of him slipping something else between those lips dancing in his mind. He steadies himself and sets it in her mouth, lips softly closing around it and then she breathes in. Nice and deep and he can see her chest moving. She pulls it out and holds the breath in for a minute before releasing the smoke, Price surprised at how easy she handled it. She looks at him and smirks.
"Have a couple trick-s up m-y sleeve." He chuckles and accepts the cigar back. She then leans into him, her breathing nice and steady. "I'm so-rry about ear-lier." Throwing a arm around her and pulling her closer and kisses the top of her head and speaks.
"No reason to be. After everything it's expected. But it'll be you and I tomorrow. Boys gotta run to base for a little while." She nods into him.
"Okay. Promi-se I'll be go-od." His breath catches in his chest, blood immediantly going to his cock. Good girl. Fuckin good girl. That was new, he wasn't vanilla per say, but not once had he ever thought of the phrase in a sexual manner. But her saying it, pressed into his side was causing some very unfortunate side effects. She must been able to tell too, her hands wondering up his side and turning him to face her. She studies his face, green eyes taking in his features. Hand reaching up and rubs his mutton chops and smiles. Using her other hand on the other side.
"Surp-risin-gly soft." He chuckles as she does it and rubs her hair. Then her fingers rub over his lips. Soft touches causing his body to go wild. He clenches his hand by his side and closes his eyes, suddenly aware at how touch starved he is. Been so focused on missions and his team he hadn't thought about himself. He's still telling himself that he's not going to act on his thoughts because maybe she's just curious when she presses her lips to his, warm and soft. She's pressing most of her weight into him, leaning on her tip-toes to even be able to reach him. He threads a hand into her hair and cradles the back of her head. Leaning down slightly so she'd doesn't have to stretch so much. She pulls back first and it's only enough to look up at him.
"Th-ank you." Then she's kissing him again, more forcefully. Hands knotted in his t-shirt. Leaning back again she whispers again, "Will yo-u sleep wi-th me to-night? Pl-ease?" He eagerly nods, even if it's just sleeping. He needs to feel her in his arms, safe and content.
Sarah groans for what feels like the hundredth time, Price rubbing her back in circles. The morning had started off decent. He woke up to his alarm, Sarah happily tucked into his side and softly snoring. He watched her for a few seconds before waking her up with a kiss, one that she happily leaned into to. Hands tangling in his hair and her hips bucking. And as much as he would love to have just pinned her to the mattress and finally experience what Simon and Gaz had, they had things to do. Which Sarah promptly tried to hide from. The blanket wrapped fully around her. Simon had to drag her out, kissing her shoulders and promises of a very detailed meeting later. Gaz had tried to help with coffee and a bagel, kissing her cheek and mumbling how much he'd miss her while gone. She'd gave him sad eyes and asked to come with him, he'd handed her off to Soap so he didn't have to tell her no.
"It'll be okay lassie. Captain will take good care of you." He kisses her head and goes to get ready leaving her staring at Price with big watery eyes. She even sticks her lower lip off for maximum effect. And Price knows he's in trouble. Because he'd give her anything to clear up that sad little look, even though he knows she's putting it on to try and get out of the events taking place today.
"I don’t wa-nn-a go." Eyes with unshed tears. He knows she's actually scared. Can see the fear in the way she holds her shoulders and fidgets with her hands. Price nods.
"There's a ice cream shop on this little strip." She focuses a little more. "Even better there's a bookstore two stores down. I will take you after your appointments and let you buy whatever you want if you go." She squints at him.
"Promise?" Price smiles knowing he's won. He uses his hand to cross his heart.
"Promise." And so she eats.
She still looks so tiny in the sweater and sweatpants she'd picked out. Her long hair tied behind her. Her hands were fiddling with the top as they waited for her name to be called. The first two appointments had been hectic. Price having to held her hand through the first and the second had apparently been worse. Her new therapist saying she refused to talk. Said she almost took off when she even mentioned Russia. Sent them off with 'maybe next week'. So here they were, a sterile waiting room with age old magazines and shitty TV. The only other people in the lobby were a couple of what looked to be veterans. One having lost a leg and the other with a prosthetic one. Her throat closed up when she looked at them. Memories clouding her vision.
"Am I one?" She'd whispered to Price. Voice shaky. He's been confused at first. Not quite understanding what she was asking, until he followed her gaze. His hand had found hers instantly and he squeezed. He didn't know what to say. Hadn't prepared the 'thank you for your service' spiel he usually gave. It seemed so wrong to use it for her anyway. He'd never be able to properly thank her for what she'd done. And Kate hadn't fully talked to him about Sarah's military career yet, or if she still had one.
"I- I really don't know lovie." She'd nodded, but he could see her brain working. Knew what she was thinking. "Don't do that." He tapped her head.
"I wan-na go ho-me." Her voice cracked and he pulled her to him. Placing a kiss to her head he spoke quietly.
"Jakobs?" He pulled her up and they headed towards the nurse. "Hi, I'm Leah. I just need to get your height and weight." Price keeps a eye on her as she steps to the scale. See's the way her face blanches when it stills. Forty kilos. Way underweight. The nurse seems shocked as she writes the number down, Sarah quickly stepping off and to his side. Leah leads them to a room, and points to the table for Sarah to sit on. Price drags the chair beside it and grabs her hand, Leah once again a little shocked as he does it.
"Are you examining her?" He asks, using his work voice. Leah shakes her head.
"Doctor Kline will be in her shortly. He'll do the physical stuff." Sarah stiffens and Price kisses her hand. Both her blood pressure and heart rate were elevated but it was normal under these circumstances.
"It'll be alright. I'm right here." He speaks as they wait for the doctor.
The door swings open and a tall, well fit man in his late thirties walks in. He has a Hollywood smile and it beams, but all Sarah feels is fear. It's cold in her veins. Causing the hole in her chest to widen and her vision to swim. Calm down. She tells herself. Trying to will her body to relax, but it's no use. Her hands are clammy and she knows she's sweating under her top. But still, Price is right beside her, hand held firm in his grasp. Even if it's wet, he holds it tighter and rubs his thumb across hers. Sarah's closes her eyes and goes towards that feeling he gives her. It's a light, dim but she can see it. So she focuses on it and goes towards it. Feels like she's swimming through sand but she keeps going. Until it's brighter and right in front of her. Reaching her hand out its encompassing, warm and calming. Price is suddenly all she feels, his presence relaxing. When she opens her eyes her heart rate is slower and her chest feels better.
"I'm Gerard. I'm gonna be your physical therapist." He doesn't hold his hand out, doesn't make any more to come towards her. Sarah is grateful. "I've read your file, I won't pretend to understand what you've gone through. So you take the reins. If you aren't comfortable with me touching you that's fine, maybe I can talk your boyfriend through it, yeah?" Sarah blushes. Boyfriend. The term making her feel like a school girl. She peeks at Price but he's smiling, even squeezes her hand and chuckles.
"If she's alright with it, then yeah, sounds good." Fuck. He didn't deny it. Liar. She ignores the voice. Instead nodding towards the doctor. And then they're at it.
Sarah thinks maybe Ice Cream was made for people who'd wanted to experience the heavenly feeling of sex but not actually do it. Because the delicious dairy delight in front of her was the second best thing. Only to the way she'd been fucked the past three nights. Price watches with a smile and happily takes a picture to send to the guys. Who'd worried him with questions and updates. He'd almost turned his phone off.
"Here, you got a little.." He wipes it off with his thumb and she smiles before taking the digit into her mouth and sucking it clean. He has to cough to hide the groan. "When you get done we can walk to the bookstore, ya?" She nods and continues to eat.
"My te-am, how are th-ey?" It knocks him off guard. He has no idea what to say. Her team hadn't been a thought in his mind since they found her, and when it was it was hateful thoughts. But she was staring at him, her spoon abandoned in her bowl.
"Sarah-" He starts and she looks away.
"Did th-ey look for me?" His heart breaks. She's not looking at him, eyes darting around. He swallows the lump.
"Yes. They did. But Sarah-" She once again cuts him off.
"I wan-na see them." She's crying, droplets running down her cheeks. Price doesn't know what to do.
"Sarah, they disbanded your team. Your captain was punished and demoted. The rest were sent to other teams. That' all I know." Her eyes go wide.
"N-no. It's n-ot his fa-ult! Ry-an didn't d-o any-thing!" Her voice is shrill. He can see the panic in her eyes.
"That's the problem, love. He didn't do anything. For hours." Sarah shakes her head. "C'mon, let's go to the bookstore." But Sarah is shaking, her eyes glassed over. Price is kneeling in front of her, hands on her shoulders.
It's so cold. The snow is thick around her, the white camo concealing her perfectly. Ryan had picked the spot, said he'd seen Bryan and Craig ahead of her to scout it out first. She'd picked her favorite rifle, the one her and Dean carved her name in. She's hunkered down, her eyes focused on the land in front of her. It's a simple mission, mainly recon. She's the sniper, something she loves but misses the hands on combat, and her team are going to explore a base not to far away. She can see it from here, the entrance lit by a small light. Ryan is leading section A north-east while Dean is leading team B north-west. They're supposed to meet at the door. Sarah, Raven as they call her, is watching, trying to make sure they have a clear path. But there's no one. No guards or anything. The catwalk even clear. It doesn't feel right. Something is off. She hits her earpiece.
"Raven to Beaver." Static. "Ryan, you there?" Nothing. Something is wrong. She lowers her eye to the scope and looks for them, spots them going towards the door. Following the mission. Maybe it's just the spot they're in. She finds Dean, he's doing the same. She forces back the nagging feeling and keeps watch. Ryan radios to Dean to make sure they're in position. And they are, so he keep going. Looks back and doesn't see Raven but he knows she's there. They make it to the entrance easily, no one in sight.
"Dean, on three." And so it goes. Easily. They find it empty. No one in sight. He radio's Raven. "Raven, Beaver in position. It's empty. What does it look like on your side?" Nothing. A beat and his does it again. "Raven, are you there?" He sees Dean straighten up, eyes focused on him. "Sarah, can you copy!" Still nothing.
"Cap, what's going on?" His eyes dart towards the hill they'd left her on.
"Raven isn't answering." Dean runs out the door. "Dean!" Ryan quickly tells the team the new plan and they head out, Dean ahead of them.
Sarah see's stars. They're sparkling. And oh so pretty. He head is throbbing, she doesn't know where she's at or what's going on. Someone is talking, their voice gruff. And it takes her a few minutes to regulate her brain before she realizes it's in Russian. She tilts her head to the side and see's at least five Russian soldiers near her. Her gun in one of their hands.
"American scum." The one talking has a cigarette in his hand. "Bring her back. Let the General take her." She refuses to let that happen. Grabbing a knife hidden in a compartment in her outfit she flips up and jams it into one of the soldiers. His yell alerting the rest. She dodges a bullet and throws the knife, it lands in the guys throat. He fumbles getting it out but collapses once he does, the blood pouring out. There are arms around her chest suddenly, her vision swimming from what she assumes is a head wound. Throwing her head back she hears a crunch and is let go, slipping before she gets back on her feet and grabs a handgun on the ground. Her head is pounding, stomach turning. She can feel herself getting weaker. Knows she won't last much longer. But she refuses to go down without a fight. She points the gun at one of the men approaching her, but misses when she shoots. Her aim way off. Stumbling back she goes to tackle him, aiming her head towards his middle. Her size made these kinda take downs easier. He lands on his back and she begins to pummel him. Her fists hitting anything they can. He's rendered unconscious when she hears it. A gunshot. Loud and clear then pain. Sudden blinding pain. She takes her hand towards the starting point and pulls it back covered in blood. Her blood. She feels the adrenalin fading, realization replacing it. She gonna die. She falls back on her knees and feels the tears. She's gonna die here and she didn’t even get to tell her dad goodbye. Black is encroaching the edges of her vision. She closes her eyes and falls back, snow crunching under her weight. Footsteps loud in the distance. As she fades away all she can think about is her team and how she's let them down.

A Girl Named Ivy
Warning: None! Unless you dislike fluff
Word Count: 2350
Synopsis: Just a cute lazy day with Jake and his little girl
Thank you so much for this request @anditsmywholeheart , I can’t even begin to explain how much joy it brought me to write. Hopefully you love it--- and that you don’t mind that I named her, I find it a lot easier to write when I have names.
Taglist: @anditsmywholeheart @babydxll
Jake let out a weak sigh as he could feel small shifts of weight on the bed. The movements were slow, as if trying not to wake him up. It wasn't long before the shifting stopped and there was soft pattering leading away from the bed. Jake couldn't help but peak his eyes open to see what was happening. He could see a tiny figure standing at the window on the far side of the room. The small figure wore a set of blue floral pajamas, with soft brown hair falling over her shoulders, she was on her tippy toes trying to see outside.
"...Ivy... what are you doing?" Jake called in a groggy manner, which immediately caused the little girls head to turn and look at him.
"Mommies gone again…" she tells him lightly, "I wanted to see her before she left." Ivy admits in a sad tone. It was a rather normal thing for Ivy to check and see if (Y/N)'s car was there in the morning, she still hadn't managed to get herself up early enough despite all of her vows to do so.
Jake couldn't help but smile a little, "Come here sweetie." He tells her, lightly lifting his arm and moving the blanket a touch. Ivy was rather quick to scramble her way back to the side of the bed and climb back up so she could cuddle into Jake's chest.
Jake wraps his arm around her tiny figure giving her a small kiss on the top of her head, "Mommy will be back before you know it. She always is." He whispers against her hair, his hand rubbing her back in a loving way.
"But why does she have to go? You don't have to go away everyday." Ivy points out, wiping her little nose with the back of her hand.
Jake smiles a little, "Well, we have to make money so we can pay for all your toys and clothes." He tells her beginning to twirl her hair around his finger. It always surprised Jake just how much Ivy looked like him; she had his soft brown hair that always sat so sweetly on her shoulders, her eyes… they were the same color as (Y/N)'s but their shape was just like his when he was small.
"Well… I don't need any more toys." Ivy tells him, "Do you think if I tell Mommy that, she'd stay home with me?"
Jake softly laughs pushing her hair away from her face and looking into her eyes. "Maybe… but y'know we can have lots of fun without Mommy here sweetheart."
Ivy pouts a little, "You always say that…" She utters; she may have all of Jake's features but that pout was pure (Y/N).
"Annnnd? Don't we have fun?" He asks her. To which Ivy shakes her head. "No?! What do you mean no?!" Jake quickly responds, a small frown appearing on his lips. "Daddy isn't fun?" She again shook her head. "What?!" Jake quickly says again, hands moving to her sides, "Daddy isn't fun?!" He quickly asks, beginning to tickle Ivy’s sides.
She just as swiftly begins to giggle and try to push his hands away, "S-Stop--!" She giggles, Jake complies and instead pulls her into a tight hug for a moment.
"I think you just don't want to admit that Daddy is more fun than Mommy. It's okay you can tell me…!" Jake whispers by her ear, "I won't tell Mommy." He continues.
Ivy seems to think over this idea for a moment or two before lifting her little hand, "Pinky promise?" She whispers back as if (Y/N) was in the room now.
"Pinky promise." Jake tells her, locking one of his calloused pinkies with hers. They were so small, Jake couldn't help but stare at her tiny hand for a moment. Four years had gone by so fast, it felt like he closed his eyes and when he opened them again Ivy had sprouted up and was preparing to go to kindergarten.
Jake could still remember the first time he got to hold her in his arms… it felt...as if everything in his life had purposefully led up to that exact moment. Jake had tried his best to not let on how big of a deal this was to him to other people; of course, (Y/N) knew.
Just like the moment (Y/N) had told him that she was pregnant… his tough guy façade crumbled, and he became a crying mess. They were happy tears of course… just overwhelmingly happy ones. Jake held the small bundle close to him, "I'm your dad…!" He lightly whispered, to her--- and more importantly to himself. “...I’m your dad.”
Jake immediately bit his lip a little having recalled that very special moment in his life. He refused to cry as he looked down at his little girl who was growing up faster than he ever could have imagined.
"Daddy?" She lightly called him.
"Yes Ivy?" He responds softly, her hands cupping his cheeks.
"You look sad!" She tells him honestly, seeming to have noticed the change in how he looked at her. Jake could never quite grasp just how good kids were at picking up on people's emotions.
Jake shook his head giving her little palms a kiss, "No! I'm not sad, just thinking~" He tells her with a tender smile. "I was thinking about a fun thing we could do today… to surprise Mommy?" He lightly suggests.
"To surprise Mommy?!" Ivy soon beamed, her little cheeks were so cute when she smiled.
Jake nodded, "To surprise Mommy." He hums as she moves to kiss her nose. "What do you think of making cupcakes?"
"Chocolate cupcakes?!" Ivy quickly suggests,
"Is there any other kind?" Jake smiles at her, Ivy quickly sits up and starts to dance a little.
"Come on Daddy!! Let's go make them!" She urges, taking his hand and trying to pull him to sit up. She was clearly excited, pushing her hair out of her face.
Jake chuckles a little as he sits up, "First." He starts, "We have to get you dressed for the day okay?" He tells her.
She was already crawling her way towards the door, "Can I pick my clothes?!" Ivy eagerly asks, next to vibrating with the new found excitement for the day.
"Sure, honey." Jake smiles lightly watching as she happily hops off the side of the bed and begins running down the hall. "No white clothes Ivy. You hear me?!" He yells.
"Okay!" She yells back.
Jake now stood in the bathroom, brushing back Ivy's hair. She was now dressed in a light purple summer dress that ruffled down to a flowy bottom at her knees. On her feet were mismatched socks, one covered in orange flowers, the other ladybugs. And of course as a crowning glory she wore a long pink beaded necklace. "How do you want your hair this morning?" He lightly asks her, looking at her in the mirror.
She taps her chin, "Two buns?" Ivy suggests.
"Two buns eh?" Jake utters, "Not just one big bun?" He asks her, he wasn’t surprised by the choice. Ivy seemed to like her hair in two buns or a fancy braid normally; that being said (Y/N) normally did her hair because she was much better at it. Jake began to divide her hair so he could pull the two sections up the way she wanted.
"Are you going to have a big bun Daddy?" She asks, her gaze showing she was looking up at him in the bathroom mirror.
"Well I was thinking about it."
"Can I do it for you??" Ivy quickly asks him, watching as he tied the one side into a messy but sweet bun. It was different from how (Y/N) did her buns but Ivy knew her dad was trying his best.
"It'd be faster for me to do it, honey..." Jake tells her. Ivy did his hair very often and Jake really did love letting her play with it, but he assumed she would want to get straight to baking today.
Ivy bit at her cheek for a second watching him start on her second bun. "I want to do it for you." She reaffirms, "When you do buns they're so messy… I want Daddy to look pretty today." Ivy tells him pointedly.
Jake looks down at her pretending to be offended by that statement. "Hey! I thought I was pretty good at it…!”
Ivy seemed to make a slightly disgusted face as she shook her head, making Jake smile even wider. “Well how would you do it then?” He asks her, handing her the hair brush now that he had finished up her buns.
Ivy spun around on the stool and pulled him down by his arm, “Turn around!” She tells him, Jake gives her a peck on the cheek before sitting down with his back facing her. Her hands were quickly in his hair, yanking the brush mercilessly through any knots Jake had in his hair. He wouldn’t say anything, not wanting to kill her little creative spark. He just bit his lip and allowed her to tug and pull until finally she seemed happy with the little bun she had made on the top of his head. “Where is the thing Daddy?” Ivy asks him, clearly looking for an elastic or scrunchie.
“On the counter baby.” He replies, suddenly getting a sharp pull on his head. She was reaching for one of her floral scrunchies to put in his hair. Once she found one it took her a few minutes to get it in his hair.
“There!” She hums giving him a small smack on his shoulders.
Jake looked up at her, before getting up and turning to look in the mirror, “Oh wait!” Ivy stopped him pulling him down by his hand once more before opening a drawer and pulling out a white headband of (Y/N)’s and quickly pushing it down on Jake’s head. “There! Now you’re beautiful.” She hums.
Jake finally looked at himself in the mirror, curious to see just how messy his hair was. Ivy had actually done a bang up job for the most part, aside from a few little pieces poking up. “I love it.” He smiles, leaning down to give her little kisses on her cheek, “Thank you Ivy.”
Ivy grinned proudly at her handy work.
After a few more stops during their morning routine, Jake and Ivy were now in the kitchen. Ivy knew the drill: she had to get her stool, she also had to find her apron, and most importantly she had to put some music on for the two of them. Ivy began to dig through the records trying to find her favorite album he had buried away. Finally she pulled free an album and handed it to Jake carefully, knowing very well how delicate records were. “The space ship one!” She cheers, having picked out Boston’s album.
The sight of it made him smile, he knew she only liked it because it had a space ship on it but it still made him happy that she wanted to listen to something like that. “You know what to do.” He lightly tells her, not moving to help her just watching carefully as she placed the record on the turntable and very carefully moved the needle over it,
“Right there?” She asks him, wanting to make sure she would drop it in the right spot. Jake leaned a little closer and soon nodded,
“Right there. Remember to put it down slowly.” He says. Ivy did so with ease, having done this many many times, within seconds music began to fill the house. “Good job!” Jake hums offering his hand for a high five, Ivy happily hit it and began to the kitchen excitedly.
The rest of the afternoon was full of fun as Ivy worked with Jake to bake some beautiful surprise cupcakes for (Y/N). They were covered in batter and icing by the time they were done, sprinkles all over the counter from all of the decorating they had done. As it drew closer to the evening Ivy had cuddled herself up on the couch and fallen asleep watching a movie, she couldn’t wait for (Y/N) to get home so she could give her the prettiest cupcake she had made.
The front door of the house soon creaked open, keys jingling as (Y/N) called out. “I’m home!”
“In the kitchen.” Jake responded softly, not really wanting to wake Ivy up yet.
(Y/N) stepped into the kitchen to find Jake cleaning everything up as well as a plate full of cupcakes on the counter. It immediately brought a smile to (Y/N)’s lips, “You guys clearly had a fun day.”
Jake smiled back at her, “Those are supposed to be a surprise, so you better act surprised when she shows you them.” He points out, as he continued to scrub out one of the bowls.
(Y/N) came up behind Jake to hug him from behind and place a small kiss on his neck, “I will~” She smiles resting her head on his shoulder, “It was a fun day though?”
Jake nodded, turning a little to place a soft kiss on (Y/N)’s lips, “Y’know what?” He whispers,
“What?” (Y/N) asks.
“She says that I’m funner than you.” He grins being very proud of this.
“What?!” (Y/N) laughs, Jake just kept nodding, not saying anything else. “Well we’ve gotta change that.” She continues pulling back from him and beginning towards the hallway, “Is she in the living room?”
“Yeah she’s sleeping.” Jake hums,
(Y/N) nodded as she started her way down it, “Ivy! Mommies home!”
Jake could hear her call as he turned back to the dishes, his smile wouldn’t dampen. He still couldn’t believe just how lucky he was… to have this beautiful little family. More importantly, how lucky he was to have his sweet little girl named Ivy.

Whoever Broke Your Heart
George Weasley x Reader
Warnings: Mentions of Cheating. Guy who doesn't understand the word "no". Teeny Tiny bit of Swearing.
Opening a Joke Shop was the best idea Fred and George ever had. It's what they were meant to do. What made them happier than one would think possible. At least that's what George had been trying to convince himself for the past few hours.
To tell the truth, this past week had been the most stressful so far, and they worked through the beginning of a war!
But now that that was over and Diagon Alley, like everywhere, was beginning to return to the new normal, the Twins had been flat out. Kids were preparing for the school year and in addition to their shop being near capacity every single day, mail orders were through the roof. It'd been like this for the past 3 weeks, but this week...This week could not possibly get any worse!
Between the eight new complaints from angry family members after falling victim to one of their products. To the three ruined displays after a customer 'accidentally' set off one of the boys 'Crazy Creatures' feature Fireworks which sparked a Lion to pounce throughout the store, until the Twins got it under control, it had managed to take out it's fair share of shelving and they had to close the store for a little over an hour to clean up. On the brightside they sold twelve of those that day after everyone saw it in action. Now, however, there weren't enough fireworks in the store to distract George from the mountain of paper work he'd been ignoring. "OI GEORGE! You're not still working in there are you!?" Fred called as he made his way to his brothers room.
Sure enough, there his Twin was. Slumped uncomfortably in his desk chair working reluctantly on the paperwork he'd neglected. With his head propped up by his palm he didn't even acknowledge his brothers entrance.
"For Merlin's sake, George. The stores closed mate, give yourself a break for a minute won't you?" Fred walked over to glance at the work spread haphazardly over the desk top.
"Later. I'm nearly done." George murmured.
"Bollocks you are." Fred replied lifting several order sheets from the pile to read through them. "You've been working non-stop lately, just let it slip for tonight, mate."
"I can't Fred!" He snapped in frustration. "We're so far behind it's ridiculous. I can't let it go because it needs to be done before open tomorrow!"
"We're not open tomorrow, George! It's Sunday!"
"What?" He looked up confusedly at his calender on the wall. "It's the 31st?"
"No." Fred dropped the papers in his hands and flipped the page of the calender, picking up a red marker which he used to circle the date. "It's the 5th, you numpty."
George threw his Quill onto the desk and pushed himself back into his chair, rubbing his eyes in frustration before running them through his hair with a groan. He had a whole day to get this done tomorrow. But here he was rushing through it like last minute revision before an exam because he can't keep track of what day it is. He relaxed at the thought of more time. Fred patted his shoulder with a slight chuckle, noticing much of the tension he'd been harbouring melt away.
"Worried for nothing" he joked. George looked up at him with a glare. Freds face dropped slightly, seeing the bloodshot whites of his Twins eyes and the dark circles beneath them. "Bloody hell...you really need a night out of here."
George stood to stretch his aching back and sighed satisfactorily as it cracked in several places. "Yeah. Maybe I do" he spoke honestly.
"Tell ya what, Georgie. I was gonna continue work on that Dragons Breath Candy of yours tonight anyway so" he dug his hand in his pocket and pulled out a bunch of coins counting quickly, "here's twenty galleons. Get out."
George tilted his head in question.
"Go eat, or drink, whatever. Just get out."
George wasn't feeling particularly energetic for a night out and opened his mouth to protest, but Fred was having none of it.
"UH! No. Take a shower, cause you reek. Then leave and I don't won't you back till you're truly hammered. Hear me?"
His brother smiled half-heartedly and sent up a mock salute with a playfully stern expression.
Feeling far more refreshed than he had 20 minutes ago thanks to a good hot shower, George readdied himself to leave, grabbing his keys then quickly apparating to the entrance of the Leaky Cauldron. True, it wasn't a particularly long walk but honestly...he just couldn't be bothered.
The Pub was decently full but given the fact it was barely past eight on a Saturday night, one would actually consider it quite empty.
Shuffling past the groups of people drinking and talking throughout the room he quickly made his way to the bar. He stood to the right of what appeared to be a couple, leaning his body against the counter as he ordered a Fire Whiskey. He pulled a vacant stool toward himself to sit down as he paid for his drink. He simply sat, contently sipping his beverage, listening to the music as he felt himself relax considerably finally having time away from the stress of work. A few minutes passed before something to his left caught his attention. The couple he'd sat next to, or rather what he now gathered was an uncomfortable woman and some insufferable git who clearly didn't understand the word 'no'.
He was relentless in trying to persuade the woman to join him for a dance...then a drink...then how bout a date...then a-OKAY! George had heard enough.
"Oi, mate." He shouted slightly to be heard over the noise of the room, he tapped the man's shoulder to make it clear he was the one he was talking to. He turned slowly with a sour look of disgust at the interruption. "Give it a rest won't you? She's clearly not interested."
The girl shifted slightly in her chair, distancing herself from the man who refused to leave her alone. She clutched her drink within her hands tightly, trying to appear invisible one would assume.
"You with her are you?" The man spoke as he turned his body to face George, eyeing him with a rude expression.
"No."
"Then sod off. You're not one to know what she wants."
"Given the 8 times she's told you 'no' in the past 5 minutes I'd say I know exactly what she wants. For you to leave her alone."
The girl couldn't help but smile slightly at the redheads boldness of words. The man on the other hand was quickly becoming agitated. He straightened himself and took a menacing step forward, nostrils flaring. George didn't budge. Unphased by the man's movements, he simply sipped his drink with a deadpan expression.
"You tryna spark a problem, buddy?"
"Merely attempting to resolve one." George spoke smoothly.
"I don't see one here needing your help." He hissed.
"That'd be because you're it. So unless you'd like me to conjure you a mirror I'm afraid you'll remain quite blind." He took another sip of his drink. "The girls not interested. Leave her alone."
"Oh she looks plenty interested to me" the angry man spoke "just playing hard to get" he smirked stepping back a pace and wrapping his arm around the woman's side. George noticed her cringe at the contact moving away from him in her seat.
George placed his drink on the counter and stood slowly. His movements making the man drop his arm and puff his chest to appear bigger than he was. Stares never leaving one another as the redhead turned his body to face the arrogant man, looking down on him as if he were something unpleasant stuck to his shoe. Towering in comparison, a good head taller than he was caused a flash of unease to spead across the face of the offender. Evidently he had not realised the full size of the man infront of him while he was seated.
"Leave." George spoke in a deep and threatening voice. Eyes like daggers peircing all confidence the man before him previously held.
In an attempt to gain some composure and try not appear to be fleeing the git scoffed. Throwing a lame insult at the two of them before grabbing his drink and sulking away into the small crowd. George stood in place like a statue until the man had disappeared from sight completely. Posture and expression immediately softening as he turned back to the woman by the bar "are you alright?".
"Fine. Thank you." She spoke swiftly. Not turning to face him clearly wanting to be left alone as her body was still stiff and rigid. George looked at her unsure of what to say. "Do you need anything?".
"No. I'm fine. And I'd appreciate being left alone." She snapped turning her head ever slightly toward him as she did so. He tried to not take it personally as he noted the emotion held in her eyes and the slight tremble in her lips. The way she sat as if trying to restrain herself from something. Her drink, obviously bought long ago as the ice had all melted and the condensation had formed a large ring around the base of her glass. She'd probably been here long before that tosser showed up.
George sat, facing back to his glass not wanting to disturb her any further. She was beautiful he thought, and had the circumstances been different he probably would have been tempted to buy her a drink. But he knew now definitely wasn't the time, even if he just couldn't shake the feeling he needed to say something.
He eyed her curiously and cautiously, not wanting to appear as another weirdo incapable of understanding boundaries. Watching her stare sorrowfully at a Golden Diamond ring she fiddled with in her hands, a tear slipping down her cheek. It all made sense now. He raised his drink slowly to his lips, looking forward.
"Whoever broke your heart, must have been crazy."
She turned to him instantly, a very confused expression on her face as she watched him toss his head back to finish his drink. He signalled to the bartender for another before turning his head to look at her.
Mouth agape slightly as she furrowed her brows at him. He couldn't help the smile that came at her reaction, he nodded toward the ring in her hands.
"Engagement ring, is it not?" He reached for his new drink without taking his eyes off her. She stared at it for a moment before answering solemnly. "It was."
She bit her lip while turning the ring over on her finger tips, as if unsure whether or not to continue. George reminded silent, not wanting to force anything from her she wasn't comfortable with. "I caught him cheating little over a week ago."
"He's a git." He said abruptly taking a mouthful of whiskey. The girl laughed at this turning to look at him.
"You sound so sure."
"I'm certain."
"You don't even know his name"
"No, but I've got a couple for him."
She laughed loudly this time, having to look away from him to compose herself. George could have listened to that laugh all night, he was suddenly very thankful for Fred all but pushing him out of the flat earlier.
When she turned back to face him her cheeks were burning pink and she'd bit her lip slightly. He was taken by her completely. Which is stupid, he thought, because he doesn't even know her name. Shit. He doesn't know her name!
"I'm George, by the way" he reached his arm out to her.
"[Y/N]" she smiled taking his hand.
"Can I buy you a fresh drink?" He nodded toward the warm, flat beverage sat infront of her.
Hesitating slightly she stared into his eyes before nodding with a sincere smile.
They spoke for ages about Everything. Nothing. Hell anything that came up. He couldn't work out how someone could possibly have said goodbye to a girl like her. Nobody in their right mind could. He was smitten, with all of her. The way she smiled. Her laugh. They way she bit her lip when she tried not to blush. The way she played with her hair. He was oblivious to everything in that pub except her. As she was with him.
That was until the distinct sound of her favourite song peirced her ears. She hadn't taken her eyes off him for more than a second since he bought her that first drink, and there'd been a lot since then. Suddenly she was looking over at the band in the corner, smiling.
"I love this song"
He didn't know why the idea came to him, probably from the overwhelming urge to touch her he's been resisting for so long. To hold her. Kiss her. Guess this works as well...
He stood, finishing his drink in a single gulp and held his hand out for her. "Come on."
"What?"
"We're going to dance" he grinned at her.
"Oh, no. I am a terrible dancer!"
"Same, love. No excuses." He winked at her taking her hand and pulled her up.
"One second" she pulled back a step but kept her hand in his. She turned to grab her mostly full drink, chugging it and placing the empty glass back against the rest, before turning her attention back to him.
George let out a haughty laugh at the action. Her grip on his tightened as she glared playfully at him, then taking the lead walked out onto the dance floor where he twirled her around and they danced next to one another not caring about how silly their moves must have looked as neither cared they couldn't dance.
They stayed out there the rest of the night, until the band announced their last songs were coming up. Slow songs. All couples on the floor began to move together. [Y/N] glanced around nervously before her eyes trailed back up to him, he was smiling down to her. Hand outstretched. She took it willingly and he pulled her into him where he began to sway.
"And you said you couldn't dance" she joked as she noticed he'd clearly done this before. He shrugged. "May have learned a move or two at school".
As the music went on the two of them only got closer, his arms wrapped around her as she lay against his chest. George let his chin gently rest on the top of her head, eyes closed enjoying the moment. It was perfect. Until, he felt a notable sigh leave her chest. Not at all content. It was sharp and she was obviously thinking about something she rather wouldn't be. He pulled back slightly to look down at her.
"Hey...what's up?"
"Sorry." She spoke to his chest "I didn't mean t-I just..." stumbling over her words she mentally kicked herself for ruining the moment. Taking a step back as she shook her head, she let go of him. George felt cold without her. "It's not you. I just-"
"You were thinking about him."
[Y/N] looked up at him with sad, apologetic eyes.
"It's okay, [Y/N/N]" he closed the space between them and ran his hand down her shoulders to her elbows. "I understand."
"It's just...all this...the slow dancing, the feelings I have right now..."she stopped herself, staring down at her shoes.
"Hey," he moved to cup her face in his hands. Bringing her face back up to look at him. His brows were furrowed and he had such a sincere look on his face [Y/N] could have melted right there. How could someone she only just met hold so much more love in his eyes toward her than her ex-fiancè ever did? "I like you." She spoke before he could. Georges eyes widened at the words, a smile began to creep on his face. Her hands came to rest on his arms as his hands fell to hold below her jaw. "I just...I don't know how you can be looking at me like that. When you barely know me, but then I was with-" "the git." She laughed at his interruption but still dropped her head to stare at the floor sadly "When I was with, the git, for 3 years and he never..."
"Listen to me." George ducked himself, as his finger tilted her chin up to look at him, "You deserve so much better than him. I don't have a clue how a prat like him managed to wrangle a winner like you but..." his eyes were flicking frantically between hers, desperate for the right words, "whoever couldn't see the girl that I see right now wasn't looking at you, love. If I know one thing is true...if you let me, if you give me the chance. I'll never be like whoever broke your heart."
Tears were forming in her eyes. Biting her lip as a smile began to form. She nodded slowly. Then quickly as she threw an arm over his shoulder and around his neck to pull him into a kiss, followed swiftly by the other. His hands fell to her waist. They felt perfect together. [Y/N] couldn't believe she'd nearly married some cheating git, when there was a man like this out there. A man so full of love, and compassion and pure joy he could light a dark room with nothing but his smile.
As the song that was playing slowly faded to an end the two finally parted lips, smiles so giddy they felt like Second Years again. She fell back into his chest as her arms came down to wrap around him, eyes closed listening to the sound of his heart beat and breathing as the bands last song began to play.
"I kinda wanna thank him." George spoke. She looked up at him, mouth slightly agape, brows furrowed, utterly confused. He couldnt help but chuckle at the look she was giving him. "Well, if he didn't do what he did, you'd never have ended up here in my arms." He smirked causing [Y/N] to roll her eyes before pulling herself back into him. "That's so cheesey" he felt her laughter quiver through his chest. He kissed the top of her head. "Get used to it"

Funhouse
Pennywise x Reader | Smut Request
Anon Request: Yooo I want Pennywise to furiously dry hump me in a secluded off tent at a carnival, with my legs spread wide as I feel his thick tentacle dick viscously rub against my clit through his clown costume. Could you do a one shot about that? Great blog btw I’m in love!
A/N: So, I tried to make this kinda nasty. I definitely have a kink for tentacle dick Penny now.
The Derry carnival was always your favorite. It was a shame that it was only in town once a year. Tonight was the last night, and you were determined to take in every bit of the atmosphere as you could to hold you over until it came around again. You had already sampled all various foods from vendors, even going on a few rides and getting yourself completely lost in the mirror-house more than a few times. The friends that you had come with had all left out over an hour ago, having had enough of it for the year.
If it was up to you, it'd last all year, but that was just a passing thought. It was getting close to shutting down and only a few people remained around the vicinity as you walked around the place, catching in the last few sights of the bright lights and taking in the cool night air, making the billowy dress that you were wearing flow in the cool autumn air.
As you walked through each of the concessions, some of them already closed, you noticed a tent near the outskirts of the place that you hadn't seen here yet, and you had seen literally everything. Being the ever curious person that you are, headed straight for it. It wasn't a newer looking tent like the rest of them, it was a bit dilapidated to say the least, with a few dimly burning lights inside of it.
You stepped through the flaps of it, trying to keep yourself from sneezing with how dusty they seemed to be as if it was some sort of ancient structure that hadn't been touched in years. You examined the inside of the place, and there were a few stray pictures, a small work desk that had a few items spread across it, and.. Why was everything so damn dusty?
You looked up, eyeing the few pictures that were on the wall. A lot of them pictured a clown, and a man that you could on assume was the clown. They both seemed to have the same sharpened front teeth. One photo showcased what look like a carriage with a huge mural on the side.
"Pennywise The Dancing Clown," you whispered out loud as you read the photo.
You noticed that the carriage had a strong resemblance to the tent that you were standing in now. It was definitely weird to say the least, but you assumed that maybe this was meant to be a small museum of sorts. Perhaps this was a person that had something to do with starting the first carnival in Derry?
Once you had seen just about everything, you started to leave, but before you could, all of the already dim lights in the place burned out at once, leaving you in the complete darkness.
"Shit," you said, having to resort to feeling your way out.
Your hands found the small work desk that you were just looking at, your hands dragged their way across the wood of the table, gathering up plenty of the dust as they did so, until your hands landed in something wet. It was thick to the touch, and you shuddered, letting out a small noise of disgust as you tried to flick whatever it was off of your hands before wiping it down your dress.
"I don't even wanna know," you groaned, still slowly making your way around, trying to find the tent opening.
"You're going the wrong way, y'know," a friendly, but menacing voice called from the darkness.
This made you gasp, your body freezing up instantly as you stood there. You hadn't seen anyone in here when you came in before, nor did anyone speak to you before this. Was it a prank, was it part of the show here?
"Who's that?" You called back, squinting your eyes in the darkness.
Suddenly, you could see a small, yellowing light appear from what looked like a pair of white-gloved hands and it illuminated a large, white face of a clown with a red-tipped nose and two red stripes that went from his red lips up to his eyes. You were more confused than ever as you took a step back from the clown in front of you.
He looked familiar.
"I'm Pennywise The Dancing Clown," the clown said in a cheerful, cracking tone as it's head twitched, making a few unseen bells jingle.
"Oh," you gave a sigh, "Like the pictures. You work here?"
"Nooo," he answered in a sing-song tone.
His eyes began to narrow as if he couldn't focus on any sort of communication. He only stared at you from beneath a prominant brow with piercing blue eyes, and drool gathering on a plump bottom lip.
"Uhh, yeah," you squinted at him. You had this uneasy feeling in your chest as he seemed to stare right through you. You side-stepped, intent on finding the exit. "Well, I'm gonna go, sorry for disturbing you."
"Don't go," a more guttural tone escaped him.
Before you could even begin to find the exit, he was directly in front of you now. How did he even do that? He completely towered over your small frame, even in this complete darkness, that was apparent. One of the small lights in the back of the room began to shed dim light on the back corner of the room again, making it a little more distinguishable to see the place now and to see him. Whatever and whoever he was, was in complete clown attire. Full makeup and a Victorian era-esque silver costume, complete with red trimmings and ruffles.
But that wasn't the focus of your attention for very long. Those piercing blue eyes had turned into a haunting golden color and they were.. glowing? You blinked your eyes hard a few times, trying to make your eyes focus on what you were actually seeing. This all had to be a dream, it just had to be. There was no way there was an almost 7 foot clown standing in front of you with glowing, gold eyes and.. Fangs?!
Your lips parted as you breathed out, watching the clown narrow his eyes at you as he opened his mouth to reveal a row of sharpened fangs in his mouth that were now wet and sloppy with his drool.
"What the fuck," you whispered, backing up as you watched him close the distance between the two of you, a primal growl escaping his throat.
"What's wrong, (Y/N), not having fun with ol' Pennywise?" He growled again, his lips turning upward into a sinister smile.
You could feel your heart race in your chest as your backside his the wooden table again. You breathed heavily as he closed in on you. You were scared, but you felt something else, too. Something that was entirely wrong and immoral as you gazed up as this thing that was clearly not a human-being. You felt an attraction. You bit down into your lip, hoping it'd just get whatever it wanted to do to you out of the way.
He lowered his face to yours, those glowing eyes getting brighter. He opened his mouth wider to only stop midway as his eyes snapped back down to yours as the two of you locked into a fierce staring competition. His eyes narrowed again as he studied you, he seemed to be confused with your demeanor. It was clear that he was very much used to people being in nothing but a sheer panic when they were near him, and rightfully so.
His gloved-hand reached out to wrap around your throat, causing you to yelp as he pushed you back against the table, lowering his head to sniff at you, a few stray drops of cold drool plopping onto your skin made it well up instantly with goosebumps. He growled again as he jerked his head back, putting his face right into yours as you were pulled up onto the table.
You dress rode up further onto your hips, exposing you almost completely. You felt his body and the silky feel of his costume force between your legs as he leaned into you, still staring at you intently.
"You're not afraid" he growled, his lip curling up into that wicked smile again as he gazed at you. He tightened his grip on your throat as he took a breath. "But I can sense something else.."
Truthfully, you weren't afraid now. Especially when he was pressing himself so tightly against your body that your legs were spread wide for him to lean himself against you. You were still trying to decide if it was the best or worst day to not to wear panties with this dress. He was pressed so roughly against you that, whatever was beneath his suit was pressing hard against your sex and every movement sent a jolt of arousal straight to your clit and it made a small moan escape your lips.
You were a complete fucking mess.
"Please," you whined. At this point, you didn't know if you were whining for him to let you go, or if you were whining because you didn't want him to let you go.
He chuckled, pressing his head right up against yours as his tongue slithered from between his lips, dragging it up along your face to leave a trail of saliva in it's wake.
"Desperate and disgusting little human.. I can smell the arousal on you.. I know that you don't want to leave, I know what you crave," he purred in a gravelly tone. "Isn't that right?"
You couldn't speak, you could only look up at him through your lashes, your breathing becoming needy and desperate as you felt the first, shallow roll of his hips against you, making your breath hitch as you felt him hardening under his costume.
"Isn't that right?!" He spat, demanding that you answer his question.
You nodded quickly. "Y-yes."
He growled, snapping his teeth in approval, shaking his head as he slung drool onto your face again, rolling his hips into you again. "Then say IT. Say it for me. Say it for Pennywise. You want to live, don't you? SAY IT."
"I- I am a disgusting human," you croaked out.
If he couldn't bring the fear out of you, he damn sure seemed intent on humiliating you. Which, oddly enough, was also a turn on.
Nothing about you was fearful anymore, in fact, you were almost ashamed at how utterly turned on you were at this point. You could feel just how wet you had become and you already knew that you were leaking onto his costume. You could still feel his length hardening beneath his costume, and it felt huge.
"Good girl," he cooed, thrusting his hips against you a little harder this time.
You moaned, feeling his cock hit your clit again front beneath the suit. It felt as if it was moving beneath the surface, as if it was growing, pulsating, even. It was fairly obvious that that wasn't a human, nor was this a human-like cock, either. God, this whole thing was disgusting, and you knew it was disgusting, but you couldn't help it nor did you care. Here you were getting off inside of an old dank tent to some sort of monster that was set on killing you five minutes ago, and even that turned you on.
It was all wrong on so many levels, but you had never been so fucking turned on in your entire life.
He tightened his grip against your throat, still grinding himself against your sex, making you moan louder and louder with each thrust. He growled in unison with you, his mouth opening to reveal those sharpened fangs again as he lowered his head, biting down into your shoulder as it caused you to scream out in pain. Long, sharp claws wrapped themselves around your waist, digging in as this thing grinded and dry humped against your soaked cunt.
"That's right. Scream for me, pretty little human," he chuckled darkly, slamming his hips into yours. "Beg for me like a good little slut."
You gasped, feeling the pain radiating in your shoulder and your waist, but it only served as fuel for the pleasure that you also felt as this clown rubbed your pussy raw. You had completely soaked through at this point, but what real concern was that anyway?
"Please," you begged, obeying his orders. "Please, don't stop."
He bit down even harder into your shoulder this time, and you screamed again, the tears welling up in eyes as you felt his grip tighten on you again. This was it. You were sure he wasn't going to let you go. He was gonna kill you right here and there.
And the thought of that in itself sent you completely over the edge as you moaned out. One hand reached out to grab as his costume, pulling and ripping at it until you heard something tear off in your hand, and your other hand shot between the two of you as you pressed your fingers into your swollen clit, rubbing feverish circles around it to prolonge the powerful orgasm that washed over your entire body as Pennywise growled and drooled against your skin, still grinding himself against your body.
You breathed hard as your orgasm finally subsided. Pennywise pulled himself away from you, his mouth covered with a mix of saliva and your blood as he met you face-to-face again, his eyes still glowing a wicked golden color as he unhinged his jaw, revealing a whole mouth a throatful of teeth with three distinct lights in the center as he got closer to you. You gasped, closing your eyes to it as you turned your head away, preparing for him to finish you off then and there.
You wait for a few seconds, and a few seconds more. Nothing. Was he fucking with you?
You cracked open one of your eyes, half expecting to see him standing there, still ready to pounce as soon as you let your guard down, but there was no one. You opened them back up to see the room was empty, and all those dim lights from before were finally back on, illuminating the entrance of the tent.
You sighed, but it wasn't necessarily relief . Had you completely fucking lost it? What just happened?
You sat there for a moment, still in shock before you could even begin to move. There was no evidence. The bite marks were gone and all the blood you expected to see turned out to be nothing but red face paint that you had stuck your hand in earlier in the dark.
You gritted your teeth, mildy upset that this had been some sort of hallucination. You sighed again, lowering yourself off of the table. You were so lost in your own head that you hadn't even noticed until then, that you were gripping something extra tightly in your fist. You pulled your hand up to open it, revealing a small bell with red trim around it.
Your eyes widened as you looked at it.
That was on Pennywise's costume.
You looked around the room frantically as you backed out of it, clutching the small bell in your hands. A small smile escaping your lips as you exited the tent, stumbling out of it as you turned to get one last glance inside of it. It had gone pitch black inside of it again, and you could have sworn you saw a faint glow of golden eyes from inside.
You turned on your heel and began to run towards home.
This was one night at the carnival you'd never forget.
