guys :\ help work is bad
#we keep staying open despite the weather and all of our samples we're taking from ppl keep getting stuck in shipping and melting/expiring#so none of their tests matter so we're wasting ppls time and our bosses just keep telling us to work faster#maybe#we should wait until we have reliable transportation back to the labs before we take samples that way we dont have to redoing everything#and wasting ours and our nusrses time please please please#i keep getting sent around and put in charge of lead phlebotomist things even though im not the lead yet so im doing all of this#when i still havent even gotten my specialist pay raise yet#so i Deff am not being paid lead phleb pay#and tasks are being left half finished by me bc our other phlebs keep being rushed to work faster and they keep needing help so im just#sent everywhere to fix things so nothing gets done#and then after all this shit we get told 'hey we cant send samples today so all of that needs to be redone :)'#killing myself
