#i think tiredness and burnout are catching up with me#i feel so so cold even under a blanket and in warm clothes. im just so tired#i worked today from 8:30 am until 8 pm and it's like okay for this place#i just wonder why i wasnt this burnt out when i worked at 2 unis 6 days a week and also was doing my phd and here i work from home#i should be fine#i think the mental strain here is a bit too much for me bc im not good with stress. and im talking abt the field overall#i just take everything way too seriously and am too responsible in a way#learning to accept my own mistakes but idk. everything feels wrong rn
