👍 - what (if any) is a good, safe touch for your character?

As my Most Proper Lady OC, Wyn only feels universally comfortable with someone touching her hand or forearm, so long as they're fairly gentle about it. She accepts, with grace, the hand lain on her arm, or her elbow taken, or a hand grabbed to pull her out of danger. Her hands are also her weapons more often than not, and she's got no small amount of touch spells available, so she tends to feel safe even if her hands are in contact with someone she's not safe with, because now they've put themself inside of her reach.

Other casual forms of touch are less graciously accepted. She doesn't like being clapped on the shoulder or on the back, and anything that gets more intimate than that needs to be explicitly invited. Which Wyn definitely does! She genuinely enjoys physical intimacy, and is more than a little starved for it right now. It just has to be asked for. :>

🖖 - if your character needed to communicate peaceful or helpful intentions to someone else through touch, how would they go about doing that?

As she prefers contact with strangers to stay from the elbow down, Wyn also shows peaceful intentions by staying in That Zone. Her go-to is a gentle hand laid on a forearm -- not so intimate as the hand, not so much of a threat as a grabbed elbow. If she is not flinched off, she might move to holding a hand as well, but that tends to stay within her circle of people she knows and likes. Ireena, for example, gets this treatment often, as does the party fighter.

AbsoLUTELY not! There's something about standing at the knee height of most people that makes Tritchet very tetchy about being touched IN GENERAL by strangers, and the idea of adding more hands into the mix makes her wanna scream. She is also one of those people that I feel like is easily physically overstimulated? She loves people, but crowds make her skin crawl, and you'll find her up and over them before she lets herself get too worked up.

In the RIGHT circumstances...probably still no. It's very easy for even just one added set of hands to go from comforting to overwhelming, and Tritchet's escape routes tend to be fast and vicious. She doesn't wanna hurt anyone out of reflex! Also ALSO, she's got a big, ugly, black-scaled scar on her chest from Zenos that she is loathe for anyone to touch or even see....except for the one person for whom a fucked up scar covered in black scaling is solidarity. :>

Tritchet tends to be more verbal than physical when trying to get an idea across to someone, but the one very non-verbal thing she does often is to bump her shoulder against Estinien's thigh while they're walking together as a show of affection. It has the exact same intention as squeezing someone's hand while holding it, but obviously the logistics of doing something like THAT is pretty difficult for them thanks to the absolutely stupid height difference. So instead she just reasserts her presence every so often by banging into his knees LMAO. Typical Tritchet Pock.
