it’s 2am and i’m thinking about how steve and robin are pretty much? the Only ones of the main kids/teens groups that don’t have some sort of presence from family members shown i am thinking Thoughts about it for sure

#and like . yeah sure a lot of that is due to the YOUNG kids and their older siblings being apart of these groups so of course #it's easier to show their families when they're related #plus robin is pretty new . but we also saw *eddie's* uncle when he's even newer and not ONCE have we seen any of steve's family #i just think that . steve and robin with more distant/neglectful home lives solidarity would be really interesting.........#I JUST.. THEYRE NEVER CHECKED UP ON . AFTER ALL THIS SHIT... NO ONE SHOWED UP AT THE MALL OR AFTER THE 'EARTHQUAKE'#sure that's probably just not thinking about it but the idea of these two sharing more of a bond bc of it...it would make me Sad #i know what robin's parents are like in the novel which i'm like . alright! about i guess?? SDHSD #they ARE portrayed as pretty dismissive of her honestly.. they do care but are relaxed to the point of not really *parenting*#and i know that changes at one point in the novel but i'm really not sure with what vibe i'd like them to have just yet #also that one (1) line in the Show inclines me to think *there* they want to imply her relationship with her mom is different/more negative #i know it's one line but i'm working with crumbs here okay DSGHJSD #it simply has me Thinking instead of actually writing i'm sorry..#📺 : ̗̀➛ ooc
