#so our manager today was like ‘can one of you guys please put a nail or screw in the wall to hang some keys on’#and i was like ‘that sounds fun i’ve got this guys’#tell me why i got a screw and a screwdriver and because the screw turned out to be too big from the wall; gerry just took the whole thing#from me??? like sir i was doing that. i CAN do this#come to my house and see all the flatpack furniture i’ve built and pictures and shelves i’ve hung on screws and nails i put in my walls#and you’ll feel fucking stupid my friend#like yeah i’m well aware that i’m basically an idiot but i’m actually pretty good at DIY lmao#i just dgi. like at no point did i suggest i was incapable of this#must at some point butt in on something he’s doing and do it better. for the culture#personal
