i always think discords are gonna be like relatable little groups but then its just like the most disparate array of people that are absolutely all over the place
#maybe the lesson is just that everyone is soooo different and complex#i just barely have anything in cmmon with other people#even my best buddy rn who i thought i had a lot in common w (a professor) has come out to me as being into hypnotherapy#which...i am against generally bc my con artist mother has taken it up to be her medium (haha) dejour#but i guess like the thing is...hypnotherapy probably is like fine but con artists use it smtimes? but i think just...smtimes a lot of#con artists liking something probably means smth#idk man....sometimes i can only be pals w someone until the schizometer gets triggered and i get scared they might get me spiralling into#paranoia#and how can someone say that (me) and think i can ever relate to smone who like has a kid and a husband and worries about like dinner party#like goddamn.......................idk#i gotta meet weirder people#when i was a teenager i knew the strangest array of people but i do NOT have the hustle i had back then jfc
