Serious question here, what is the meaning of Anti-Proshipping? ...and why the fuck are they blocking people over this? I am a bit out of touch with that and saw your posts/reblogs-

just wanna clarify rq ^^ proship is a stance, it doesn't stand for problematic shipping, it's just a prefix, so you can be pro-ship, "proshipping" is an incorrect way to use that word/nm/lh

and the reason ppl are antiship is bc they see proshippers as people who are dangerous irl because they believe that if we are okay with darkships in fiction, we must also be okay with harming people in real life as well.

i understand blocking ppl, i understand being uncomfortable with darkships, however i never understand harassment. so it beats me why they don't use the block button or why they don't simply ignore it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
