I mean this with all due respect, but, as a black DA and BG3 fan, seeing all the “Larian could do the funniest thing right now.” is so weird to me because neither studio gives a fuck about their black characters or their black fans. Sure, they’d probably do a ton with Solas or some other white elf, but Bioware already only sees Davrin through Assan; the last thing I’d want to see is Larian give him the Wyll treatment. Yeah, it’s sad what’s happening to Bioware, but Larian isn’t better to anyone but white characters and fans.

a very important point and u dont even need to be respectful LOL. while larian might be able to fix some of the issues with dragon age, the racism baked into its core would likely still remain. i can only hope that they've heard the feedback and are working to diversify their writing team
