I don't have the spoons to write anything for this rn but last night my sister called me outside to see a big moth/move it off the door so she didnt have to worry about it getting inside, and while moving it to a better spot I noticed a piece of cobweb stuck to it's foot that I carefully removed and. I needed to put this idea down for y'all.

G/t scenario: small moth person/fairy gets caught by a human, thinking they're just a regular moth, gently removing them from their perch by the wings (careful not to damage them or remove too many scales), only to find that that... is not a moth. They're shocked for a moment, but quickly shift gears as they notice the bit of webbing stuck to the tiny person, whispering soothing words and gentle reassurances as they delicately untangle the tiny limbs. Maybe they set the moth person back down somewhere safe to roam free, or maybe they decide to take them inside to keep an eye on them, making sure they don't have any injuries or a bad reaction to being handled for longer than they expected. Maybe the human is an entomologist that wants to study the little creature, and that's part of the reason they want to keep them around.
