#the nurse didnt even need to constrict my arm she got the band out automatically and then immediately put it away lmao#i havent had blood taken in a while i thought i was more squeamish abt needles but im rly not. its kinda cool to watch#i should see if im allowed to donate if these tests come back clear... i couldnt a while ago bc i was anaemic lolll#met someone at the gym who works as a haemotologist recently (sick as hell) and she was telling me how bad they need donors#she does all the stuff where they convert blood and plasma into other products for treatment#anywayy.. i need to get to work 😮💨#this day is gonna feel soooo long but ill survive. this WEEK has been so long#.diaries#only downside is that i always bruise something nasty i can already feel a big one forming... prolly just too much muscle tension
