went through the vast majority of my day before realizing that i hadn't changed into my 'classroom shoes' like usual and the fact that i was in a lot of pain was a direct result of not wearing my orthotics

#was just sitting there going “hmm my feet hurt way more than usual wtf is going on?...”#and then realized i was still wearing my 'outdoor shoes' that have drugstore insoles in them #i haven't done that in such a long time idfk what the deal is #stochastic ramblings
