Describing it as being like home is actually pretty accurate yeah.

And YES! I am totally willing to talk about my modern AU.

I've been calling it the Adoption AU because Time ends up adopting all of the boys. It mostly started as, I saw an edit for a tweet someone did with Wars and Wild that involved Taco Bell (cannot remember the blog or post for the life of me though), and so I wrote a thing about Warriors sneaking out of his university dorm to pick up Wild, who snuck out the window despite his broken arm, and then got extorted by Legend in exchange for silence at 3am.

This was followed by a fic where Groose decided spray painting a public building was a good idea and got himself and Sky arrested, set earlier in the timeline.

So then I made a timeline. Twilight is Time and Malon's biological son, and he found Wild on the side of the road one day (Wild's backstory involves a bad car wreck and an underground hospital, but no conspiracy bullshit. Yet). Wild has no memory, so they keep him. Wild brings home Legend, who was told his uncle died at school before a holiday. They then also keep Legend. Malon finds Four in her barn one morning for complicated reasons, and they keep him too. Twilight finds Warriors, who is in his class, hiding in an alley one day after he ran away from an abusive home and brings him home too. SS Impa (who I've nicknamed Shield because there are enough prominent Impas here that they should get nicknames too) is a social worker who's trying to find Sky a home and has run out of options, and turns to Time, who has a record of successfully housing 'unhousable' youths, and asks if he can take one more. He can. Wild finds Hyrule and brings him home because 'Rule needs a shower even more than Wild does. Hyrule stays. Wind's grandma ends up with Wind and his sister but can't financially take care of both and so Wind ends up with the boys and everyone is +1 Grandma.

Twilight has a fic detailing how he knows Midna and Dusk and I ended up shooting him (oops) but at least their social project gets handed in on time.

Then I started hashing out Time's backstory and suddenly this AU had plot. And organized crime. And a conspiracy. And secret societies.

The summarized version is that the gems from OoT are like, Idk what they do yet. Haven't gotten to a point where I need to figure that out yet. But they are Important and have to be carefully guarded. The Great Deku Tree (just called Deku because he's not a tree here) was Time's foster father before Ganondorf killed him. Also, Ganondorf is Deku's half brother. Because. However Time 'stole' the Emerald and he and Navi ran until OoT Impa (Sage) and Lullaby found them. So Time got adopted into Lullaby's family. Ruto inherited the Sapphire from her mother who also died from mysterious circumstances, and Darunia has the Ruby. Lullaby got the Ocarina from her late paternal grandmother.

Then Ganon finds them and tries to steal the Emerald from Time, so Lullaby goes looking for help and thus finds the sages. Saria is an anonymous hacker who uses the screen name 'Kokiri'. Time reveals he didn't steal the Emerald, he was Deku's heir, and then Navi goes missing. Time is home worried enough that he's physically sick, and Ganon decides to try and attack the home. Only Lullaby's family is Olde Money, and they live in a big, old manor, so Lullaby as Sheik decides to play 'Home Alone' with the secret passages in the walls and they piss off Ganon because when did that brat get a sheikah bodyguard??? Sage and Rottla (Lullaby's mother, who is fully sheikah as well) rush home from a thing and Kokiri is running a play by play watching the security cameras.

I pull in my headcanon that Time was killed in the Downfall Timeline by getting impaled on Ganon's tusk and Ganondorf stabs him with the tusk of a mounted boar head and then Sheik shows up to protect his brother, and then Mama gets home and is not happy to find this man in her home attacking her kids. Time is fine, but Navi stays missing. (She's alive tho.)

Also, Time's foster dad was the last leader of a secret society known as The Order of The Lost Woods, and Time learns this upon meeting Tatl, who gets him sucked into another event that would probably make a good action movie. I have thought too much about the Order and it's hierarchy, but what's important here is that Time ends up with a standing job offer and Tatl and he remain friends and we find out how I fit FD into this AU. It's not pretty. This is where Time loses his eye too.

The AoC came out and I added that Link in as Wild's twin brother and he shows up during the main plot.

Which starts with Twi getting kidnapped. (I'm not really meaner to him than the others, I swear, he's just the most logical choice to be Time's heir. Which he is. He doesn't know this though.)

So he's kidnapped by Ganondorf, who broke out of jail, Zant, who shot Twi in highschool, and Ghirahim, who has some history with Sky I haven't fleshed out yet and a very public rivalry with Warriors over twitter. About six weeks later Sage finds him in an abandoned warehouse (because of course) with a shackle on his left arm and a lot of new injuries. He ends up fine, but he tells Time later in the hospital what happened and he's both message and messenger and Time is this close to just committing murder. Tatl talks him down.

Somewhere here is the half finished fic where I introduce AoC Link as Luke/Knight, and this is as far as I've plotted thus far.

Other tidbits: Wild and Lullaby/Sheik are both genderfluid, Lullaby/Sheik married Ruto, Wild has a very popular YouTube channel, Twi does drag racing sometimes, Sky has a pet bird, Four has DID to explain how the Colours are here too, and Wolfie exists in the form of a random wolf-dog Wild found and brought home that Legend somehow convinced half the family was Twilight. Also, Warriors has somehow befriended an entire sorority and he doesn't know how this happened.

This... got long. As you can see I have a lot of thoughts about the Adoption AU. It's gotten a bit away from me, I'll admit. This went from 'Wild does stunts on his motorbike and keeps breaking bones but somehow not the bike' to 'Twilight got kidnapped and Time is the target of a mafia that Ganon runs and also maybe killed a man once' and I don't know how that happened. Also, this is the condensed version of the summary. My actual summary/outline is much, much longer than this. So if there's any detail you want more on, feel free to say so and I'll happily go into more detail (there are so many things I didn't even mention....)

And yes, Robbie having a bong is very important to my best friend, for some reason. He has one in a modern AU and he probably invented one in canon. I happen to agree that this makes sense for his character, if anyone would invent a bong in LoZ it's Robbie (this is such an anticlimactic end to this ask after the stuff about the modern AU...)

Also, sorry for the long ass ask. I genuinely don't know how to condense the Adoption Au down any further. There's a lot of important plot beats to cover, and I still skipped things.

oh my GOD???? if you ever write and post this somewhere id love to read it, the level of "crazy" conspiracy/action movie elements implemented sound sosososo cool, from Ganondorf being Deku's half brother to trying to "send a message" via Twi and- just- all of this is SO good.i sat here and reread this ask like 3 times as if that would magically spawn more info about it ahaha

there's so much to unpack here but it's honestly so worth it i love every single detail!!! i can imagine the actual outline being way longer, nad honestly that just makes me the more excited/curious about all that might be missing from this ask - i cant believe it started with Wild and Wars going to Taco Bell of all things

What’s the most exciting thing about 5sos5 to you? Mines getting to witness a full music era with them cause i came in at the very end of calm

First off, welcome!!! 5sos is such an awesome band to be a fan of, their love for the art of making music and their love and respect for their fans is a real gift to be apart of. You can tell they absolutely cherish the every single opportunity they achieve to be doing what they're doing. They love being in this band, and that joy and love really shows in their art. I found them in 2014 and they've been my favorite band for almost 8 years now. My taste in music has evolved with them, and I feel like they've been with me through all of the big parts of my life, and I feel a huge connection with them and their work. Also, if you can, get tickets to see them live... it's unreal. They are a band that you absolutely must see live if possible.

As for what I'm most excited about... is it lame to say content? Live shows again? Literally just... new music? I don't really engage much with fandom space for real people (it's not my thing, to each their own!) so my engagement with them is very much limited to their work and whatever content they share with us. I love watching live performances they do and seeing how they've grown as musicians, that's always exciting. If you haven't watched them at Global Citizens Live, I'd absolutely recommend it. Like, they've always been fantastic live but you can tell they've put in some WORK in the last two years and holy crap they sound amazing. Same with the live performances on on The 5SOS Show, INSANE. Teeth acoustic? Literally shut up I'll never be over it.

But my favorite thing is getting to hear them actually talk about their work! I love real interviews, where they're asked about their process, about the way the new music came together, their inspirations for their new music and how it sounds. I LOVE listening to them talk about music and how they go about creating it. Its SO interesting, and they're so incredibly smart and full of insane knowledge about music, its amazing. You can really tell that they love it and they do it because the love making music, which just makes any listening experience that much better.

A really great interview I heard a little while ago was this episode of Switched on Pop. Luke and Calum talk about Tame Impala, and then they talk about Wildflower, and its just like half an hour of them pulling out the craziest references and talking about how a Wildflower came together. Wildflower is my fave song off CALM, and it was so interesting to learn about it in a more in depth way! I had a blast listening!

Some other great ones are the Zach Sang interviews! They've done four (i think?) for Want You Back, Easier, Teeth, and they did one with the Chainsmokers for Who Do You Love. Awesome interviews!! Zach Sang is an incredible interviewer honestly, he is so respectful, and he asks them real questions about their work that give them a ton of space to really share, it's fantastic! But there are tons more great interviews, especially from like 2018 on!

I also LOVED their 5sos Talks 10 Years podcast, where they talked about the 10 years they've spent as a band. They talked about how they got where they are, their achievements and the difficulties they faced, and they talk about what it means to them to get to be in this band, with each other. It's really incredible to get even a small sense of how they see their journey as 5SOS, and as individuals. If you haven't watched, you absolutely must, its amazing.

Lately, I've also really enjoyed watching Steven In Stereo and Beveraggi on YouTube do reactions to 5sos stuff. They both came into it with absolutely no knowledge of the band and now they both LOVE them. You get to see their journey through all their music, they've done their full discography, plus Luke and Ashton's solo projects. It's really cool to see someone fall in love with something you love, especially because a lot of people have a preconceived idea of what 5sos are going to be and people are almost always surprised, in a good way. I also have a hearing disability, so I don't always catch little nuances in music when I listen to it on my own, so I love hearing musical people talk about their music, I've discovered so much more about their songs this way!

But yeah, that is definitely what I'm most excited for. I love hearing their new music, obviously, and I love new music videos and all that, but I'm always most excited to hear them talk about how their new music. What their process was like to get where they are, where the inspiration for the new stuff comes from, where they see their music going and how it fits into the greater pop space they find themselves in, and all that. They're incredible musicians, and they really know their stuff, and hearing them talk about their process and where their music came from makes the experience of listening to their work even that much more special, for me at least, because it helps me see their work in a different way.

That, and also... is Calum gonna keep wearing skirts? Cause oh my god, I'm so into that. Skirts and a mullet, this era will truly be the death of me.

"I will always stay by your side." He said.

That was a lie, wasn't it? Asmo thought, as he sat at his dressing table attempting to do his makeup while memories from his past were plaguing his mind. It was all a lie.

Would he still love him? Did he think of him as much as Asmo thought of him?

That night they were both sitting next to each other in the observatory watching human world stars. They were pretty but nothing could get Asmo's eyes off of the angel sitting next to him. Was he always this beautiful? Was it the night sky that showed off his beauty perfectly?

Asmo missed it. He yearned for the feelings he felt that day. But would he turn back time if he could? Would he warn him of what would happen the next day? Would he have done more than just kiss Simeon that night, considering that it was their last few hours spent together?

But no, Simeon has made his choice when he decided not to join the brothers. Perhaps Asmodeus and his brothers didn't mean as much to Simeon as he had hoped.

Asmo often wished to see the angel again, he missed Simeon even if it hurt to know that he chose the celestial realm over him.

That night Simeon promised to always stay by his side, yet here he was, all alone. Did he truly ever care?

Asmo hated the doubt creeping up inside of him. He didn't want to doubt Simeon, he surely had his reasons. Or perhaps Simeon had always just felt pity for Asmo, loved by everyone yet he never truly experienced love.

Has that ever changed? Has Asmo, in the time since he fell, ever been in love?

Asmo put his lipstick down, his hand shaking. It wasn't fair, was it? All they did was try to protect their sister and now they lost everything they stood for. Asmo lost not only one, but two important people that day.

[ Excited for the exchange program? ] said a message Asmo received from someone he knew all too well.

[ Hmmm depends, is the other human exchange student pretty? ♡ ]

[ I haven't seen them yet. Lucifer is keen on keeping who it is a secret until the very last day. ]

[ Too bad… but I still have you after all. ♡ ]

"The exchange program, hm…?" It had been talked about for a while now and it was supposed to start in a few days, Asmo knew that Solomon was one of them but he had no idea who the others could be. All he knew was that it included two human exchange students and two angels.

Asmo didn't mind it, perhaps he could have some fun with them if they were his type, though he didn't mind not getting close to any of the new students either, they'd be gone after just a year anyway, or so he told himself.

He didn't want to get his hopes up.

There was no way Michael would allow Simeon to be the exchange student.

It was the day of the exchange program. Solomon had already arrived around three hours ago since he was curious about the chaos happening behind the scenes before the unknown students arrived.

Meanwhile Asmodeus was still in his room. It wasn't unusual for him to stay in his room for a long time in the morning to get ready but it was now 1pm and he was still just sitting on his bed staring at the mirror he set up at the end of it.

Asmo usually felt happy seeing himself in mirrors but today? Today it scared him, yet he still couldn't look away. It was a feeling he hated, a feeling he hadn't felt since they fell. A feeling he wanted to get rid of.

Has he changed to someone worse? Would Simeon still like him? Would he be disgusted by who Asmo had turned into? Why was he so worried about any of this?

He wasn't even sure that it would be Simeon and yet he still couldn't stop thinking about the angel.

So many questions and worries were clogging his mind. All this for someone who had left him such a long time ago.

Asmodeus looked towards his phone that was blinking, indicating that he had gotten a new message. He finally moved after what felt like hours and picked up his phone from the nightstand.

Two new messages from Solomon.

[ The other human exchange student just got here. Mammon is guiding them to the house right now. ]

[ Will you go to Purgatory Hall to meet the other exchange students later? ]

Asmo stared at his phone for a while, unsure of what to do. Did he really want to meet them? What if it wasn't Simeon? Would it seem weird for Asmodeus to wait at Purgatory Hall?

[ Asmodeus, still there? ]

Ah he should answer his question...

[ Perhaps later. ]

Ping. Asmo's phone started blinking again. Asmo was still sitting in the same spot. How much time had passed since he last moved? Minutes… or perhaps hours?

[ Come over to Purgatory Hall. ]

Solomon again. Was he always this pesky…?

[ Why? Are you lonely already? ♡ ]

[ Someone is asking for you. ]

Huh? Could it be? No of course not…

[ Is it one of my fans? ♡ Would you be an angel and tell them I don't do personal meetings? ]

[ Asmodeus. ]

[ Alright alright, on my way. ]

Asmo finally got up. His legs now feeling like they're being ripped apart by a thousand needles. He luckily already did his makeup a short while after getting up, now he only needed to put on some shoes and make his way towards Purgatory Hall. He was scared.

'I just have to knock on the door. It will be fine.' Asmodeus told himself. 'Everything will be fine'

He felt... uneasy, uncomfortable, scared. He felt many things and they all made his head spin. He didn't understand. There was nothing he had to be afraid of behind that door.

Asmodeus took a deep breath, 'It's fine, everything is fine.' and steadied his shaking hands, determined to open the door.

But the door opened the moment Asmo put his hand up to knock.

"What are you standing there for? Forgotten how to use doors?"

White hair? Oh.

"I was just-" but before Asmodeus could even attempt to finish his sentence he was already dragged inside by the sorcerer.

"Solomon, stop dragging me like that! You'll rip my new clothes apart if you keep this up!"

"Sit down."

"Huh-"

Solomon dragged him to the couch in the living room and made his way towards the kitchen.

"Wait here. There's someone who would like to see you."

Asmodeus just sat there dumbfounded, unsure of what to do. His hands were shaking. He didn't know what was scarier, the possibility of seeing Simeon in just a few moments or the fact that Solomon went into the kitchen alone.

 A few moments passed. It felt like time stood still. Asmo could feel his heart racing, breathing got harder for him at every tick of the clock.

"Solomon?" A voice called out. A familiar one. "You asked me to come down, what's wrong? I was just helping Luke bring his stuff into his room when you-"

Asmo saw someone come down the stairs, their clothes looked familiar. Everything about the blurry shadow on the stairs looked familiar. The shadow looked down towards Asmo and by the sudden stop Asmo assumed that the figure had recognised him too.

They were both staring at each other now. Waiting for the other to say something, anything. Asmo wished that Solomon would come back, or that anything would happen to stop this painful silence. Asmo's heart started racing even more. 'Please say something, anything. Say that you hate me, that you regret ever meeting me, that I should leave. Anything, no matter how much it would hurt.', asmo thought.

"Asmodeus...?" The voice rang out. Like a siren. A melodic sound that Asmodeus immediately wanted to follow. Asmo expected Simeon to never want to say his name again but… the voice sounded like a mix of happy and sad. It sounded the way Asmo had felt for years and years, decade after decade. Longing. It sounded like the way Asmo longed to hold Simeon in his arms, to tell him that everything would be alright.

"I'm sorry for breaking our promise…" Asmo heard it, it was so silent that he'd almost missed it if it wasn't for the silence that fell over the room. It sounded like a prayer, a silent wish that Asmo wasn't mad at him. That Asmo didn't hate him even after all that happened.

And he didn't. He couldn't, even if it was foolish of him.

That feeling on his cheeks… were they… tears?

The Worst Third Date Ever part 31

Chapter 31: Those Crackers.

A Month Later.

Max had been working part time between the school and the Smithsonian, Spencer started to teach at the university and the rest of the time he was at home researching or getting calls from the BAU to ask him things about the cases they were working on.

They were always busy but they find time to have dates. Sometimes he went to the Smithsonian and have lunch together or he order food for dinner.

They managed their time pretty good. Every women in his classes got sad the moment he said he was married. But that did not stop them from continue going to his classes.

One day Max was not feeling good, she was nauseous and could not hold anything in her stomach. At first she thought it was a food poisoning so she just drank some tea and tried to eat light things. But it did not got any better.

She called both works saying she was not feeling good so she will not go that day. They accepted it and wish her to get better soon.

Spencer did not want to leave her alone but she told him to go give his classes, she will be fine alone for a few hours.

He left still unsure but told her to call him if she needed him. She decided to call Michelle to asked her to come over her house to talk with her while he was gone and asked her to bring a package of crackers.

When Spencer arrived he saw his wife and sister-in-law talking in the living room and he saw the package of crackers on the coffee table. His brain started to work faster making connections.

"Spencer?" Said Max at him a little worry then he realized she was worry because he had some tears on his cheeks "baby are you ok?"

"Ye...yeah, um... Max when did you have your last period?" He asked looking at her.

"Well last month, but it should had came last Frid..." She just realized the same thing her husband did "wait... Do you think I am...?" She could not finish the question.

"Oh my..." Michelle was also in shock "I will get you a pregnancy test" she stood up after the couple nodded. When Michelle left they hugged tight.

"I will book an appointment with the doctor to be 100% sure" he said still hugging her.

"Ok... Gosh... Just when we just started a new job and are so busy" she said looking up at him.

"We will find a way. Beside you have your family. My mom will be so excited"

"I bet she will know the moment she looks at us" said Max "she is so much like my mom. When Michelle got pregnant, mother knew immediately" she laughed but had some tears.

He kisses her head softly "you know that the moment you and I start dating, my mom loves you as her daughter" she hugged her tight until Michelle arrived.

Max cleaned her tears and walked in the bathroom. She stayed there for some minutes, Spencer and Michelle waiting out of the bathroom.

When she walked out she looked at them "let's wait some more minutes for the result" she held Spencer's hand and wait some more until she checked the test. It showed a little "+" sign, she showed it to him and her sister "it's positive..." She has happy tears once again and hugged them. They hugged back all happy for the new addition to the family.

After some minutes hugging they broke the hug and Spencer called to book an appointment for her.

Before Michelle left they asked her to not tell anyone until the doctor's confirmation. She nodded and promised not to say anything until they gave her permission.

The couple sat in the living room and hugged "according to the paper in this test. It's very accurate and 99 of 100 results are real" she said with her head on his chest "when is the appointment?"

"Next Monday. They said we need a week to run a blood test, just in case and after that the doctor will do the ultrasound"

"What made you think I was pregnant?"

"Those cookies... I remember JJ and Kate, a former coworker, ate them when they were pregnant" he looked down "and other symptoms that made me suspicious"

"Mister Profiler in action" she laughed "I think the guess room will be the room of the baby"

Their house had four rooms, the main room, Spencer's office, Max's studio where she paint or plan the projects for the Smithsonian and the guess room. Also have two bathrooms, one in the main room and other downstairs. A living room, a dinning room and the kitchen.

"Yeah that's a good option. That room is big enough for everything the baby would need" she nodded.

The rest of the week passed without incidents, they decided to hold the excitement so no one know before it was official.

The day if the appointment, Spencer and Max met at the hospital. While he arrived the nurse ran the blood test and Max was filling the paper they gave her.

He walked to her and sat next to Max "sorry the students asked a lot today and I needed them to understand everything for their assignment"

"It's ok. The doctor haven't finished yet with the last patient. After her it's our turn" she kissed his cheek.

She finished the paperwork and handed it to the nurse. Then wait some more until they called them.

They walked in the office and the doctor was reading the test in her computer "hello Mr and Mrs Reid. I'm Dr Hailey Underwood" she smiled at the couple "ok, according to your blood test, you are pregnant Maxine"

"Please call me Max" the doctor laughed softly and nodded.

"Ok Max, you are almost 8 weeks pregnant. We can check the baby, go to the next room, change and lay there. Mr Reid, there's a chair if you want to take a seat" he nodded and they stood up and walked there.

Some minutes later the doctor walked in and started the exam "well everything looks great, I think you will give birth in November" the doctor continue to check the baby and she stopped at some point looking the screen in shock.

"Is everything ok doctor?" Asked Max and Spencer at the same time.

"Yes everything is ok... I'm just surprised because you are going to have twins" she said trying to show them on the screen "it's not so clear right now but I saw another leg hiding behind" both parents were in shock but still happy to have twins. He kisses her head after the doctor finished the ultrasound "ok while you clean Max, I will write you a prescription for some vitamins and a list of foods you will need. Also your next appointment will be around 13 to 20 weeks to know the gender of your babies"

The doctor left the couple "oh my... I can't believe we will have 2 children" said Spencer surprised.

"Yeah me neither" he helped her get up and walked back to the office of the doctor where she was finishing.

"Ok there is everything you will need" she handed her the paper "set the appointment and take care. Enjoy this beautiful experience... Both of you" she shook their hands and they left.

"Should we tell everyone already?" He asked as he opened the door of his car.

"It's official now, so why not?" She got in and he walked to the driver seat getting in the car "beside. The BAU people are like your family, your mom needs to know as soon as possible and we can tell my family tomorrow night. Michelle told me last week they wanted to have a game night"

"Sounds like fun" Spencer decided to go to the nursery home his mother was in.

"We like to do it to be all together one day per week" she said looking out the window "or per month if we can't do it each week"

"I'm really enjoying your family traditions. They are so much fun" she held his hand "I'm glad tobbe part of them" she kissed his hand as they arrive to the nursery home of Diana Reid.

They both walked out and went holding hands in the place. The nurses greetings and congratulated them.

When they reached the reception the nurse there took them to the room Spencer's mom was.

When they walked in the woman jumped off the bed and walked straight to them. She was smiling big "when did you find out?"

"A week ago. But we wanted to make sure" commented Max then looked at him with a smirk "It still surprised me how moms know"

"It's a super power you unlock the moment you see those little eyes. You can read them like a book" said her rubbing her son's cheek "but come in and sit down, I need to know everything so far"

They did as she said and they told her about the honeymoon, Max showed her some pictures she took with her phone.

They told Diana about Max's new job at the Smithsonian. How they found out about their pregnancy and they told her she will be the proud grandmother of two babies.

"Oh my God... I will have two grandchildren. I can't wait to meet them" she smiled "I will have to find the perfect gift for them so they always remember grandma Diana" Max and Spencer smiled at that. Spencer still got sad thinking every time with her could be the last one, so he enjoyed them as much as he could.

"I'm sure everything from grandma Reid will be memorable for them, mom" said Spencer holding the tears and his voice from cracking.

"Honey don't cry. I'm so happy right now so don't mess up this moment" the three laughed. Then the nurse came to let them know they have to go. They hugged Diana and let the hospital.

They went to buy something to eat and when to the park.

They just enjoyed that day of joy. They will be parents and will have twins.

The next day Spencer texted his BAU family to asked them if they were up for lunch with him and Max. They were all agree and he told them to meet them at the Chinese restaurant, their favorite when they were in town.

When all were there and the order was set they talked, he even invited Penelope. There were so teasing from Tara about Luke and Penelope.

They all laughed at her blush and his awkwardness. They keep talking happily then Spencer decided to talk cleaning his throat "ok guys we invited you here to tell you something. Something very important" he said smiling at them "recently Max and I found out that..."

"We are expecting!" Said both at the same time.

It took the rest of the team some time to understand what they meant but when they did, they all congratulate them and hug them.

"And not only that..." Added Spencer. The team looked at him "according to the doctor, we will have twins"

"Oh my... So I will have two godchildren to spoil?" Asked Penelope.

Max laughed softly "yeah but don't spoil them to much" she held Spencer's hand "I'm glad they will have you all around because as I told Spencer, you are his family so you are all like uncles and aunts for them" JJ has some tears at that.

"I always wish Spence could be father one day. Since he held Henry and watching him with all the kids we ever helped, I just imagine him being a good father. Congratulations" she raised her cup and everyone did the same "for the new BAU babies" then they clinked their cups.

"We will have baby geniuses" said Penelope "Oh I volunteer to plan the Baby shower" Max nodded, not wanting to unleash her anger.

They continued to talk while eating and when they all finished the team returned to the office, Spencer drove Max and Penelope back to their work and he went back to the campus to teach.

At night they told Max's family and Sammy was beyond happy with the idea of have two cousins and promised to help his aunt Max when he can.

The night was very relaxing, they played Uno, Scrabble and other board games. Then Max and Spencer left early.

It was a busy day so they were both tired and felt asleep almost immediately.

A week later, Spencer was checking his students essays about the last class, while Max was a the Smithsonian, when he got a phone call.

The call was from Emily, he stood up to get more coffee while answering "hey Emily, is there a case?" He asked as he reached the kitchen.

"Hey Spencer, no we don't have a case. I was calling to know how are you and Max"

"We are great, she is dealing better the morning sickness and I had to buy a bunch of crackers for her. Also something weird happened. She said since we found out about the pregnancy, she can't handle the smell or even the taste of coffee"

"Oh my... And that's your addiction" she laughed "how are you managing it?"

"Thankfully my working hours are when she isn't here so I can drink it all day" they both laughed.

"I heard that could happens but also her wanting weird foods"

"True, she haven't asked me for something weird just yet"

"Great, but be prepare" he laughed "there's something else I need to tell you. I had been wondering how I will tell you this but I can't keep postpone it any longer"

"You can tell me anything, you know it"

"Yeah I do" Emily took a deep breath "The women's prison called me yesterday. They booked Catherine Adams' execution to this Friday. They said she didn't asked for her last meal, she was happy with what she got when she had that weird date with you" Spencer closed tight his fist around the cup "she asked for you to be there"

"I said I wanted to be there when that needle stick in her arm but now I'm not sure"

"I know she did horrible things to you and I will understand if you don't want to. Sleep on it and let me know. And ask Max. If I were her I would totally want to show off my ring to that bitch" Spencer could hear her smirk and could not help but smile.

"I'm sure she would stick that needle herself"

"I bet she would" Emily laughed "call me with your decision so I can inform the prison you will be there"

"Ok, bye Emily" they ended the call and went back to work. His mind still thinking about it.

At night he decided to cook something for her and when she arrived she was surprised by it.

"Are we celebrating something?" She asked looking at her husband.

"No I just wanted to have a night date and tell you something" he gave her a plate with baked chicken with mashed potatoes and a glass of water.

"Is it bad?"

"I don't know" he answered honestly "well I guess Emily and everyone in my team told you everything about Cat Adams" she nodded "when she was at the FBI offices, she said she plead guilty of 73 murders and request the death penalty" Max nodded, remembering Emily saying it "they booked it this Friday"

"Oh..."

"Yeah and Emily asked if I would like to go. I told her I would be there to happily see her death but I'm not sure it's worthy"

Max held his hand gently "you should go. That bitch needs to know she didn't win. She needs to know that we beat her"

"Yeah... But I don't.... Wait a minute... Are you suggesting to...?"

"Yes Dr. Spencer Reid, I want to go. In fact I would gladly change position with the doctor to stick it in myself" he laughed and nodded.

"Of course you would, then I will tell Emily to send our names to the prison" he kisses her hand.

They are changing from topic to topic then cuddle in the couch.

"Do you have any idea of how we should name our babies?" She asked playing with his fingers.

"Well I have two names I would like to use" she looked at him expecting "since there will be two babies. If we have a boy and a girl I would like Jason and Diana. Any of them could be first or second name I don't mind"

"And if we had two boys or two girls?"

"I'm not sure yet" he looked at her "and what about you?"

"Well I think I would like Rachel, that was my mom's name and my boy option could be Alexander, that was the name of an uncle who made me realize I should study art" she smiled "he was amazing and I miss him so much"

"Sounds perfect, so maybe we can play with those four options. Jason Alexander Reid and Rachel Diana Reid. And if we have two girls or two boys we can use them our two options as first name and just add a second name. What do you think?"

"I think it's perfect" she kissed him. Then they both went to their room and falls asleep hugging each other.

The next day Spencer called Emily and let her know the decision they made. Then she informed the prison.

In a few days he will have his revenge.

Next will be the last! Cat will have one last appearance in Reid's life, I want to do an epic thing that makes her be angry, something like Hotch did in Riding the Lightning when he showed that criminal Sarah Jean saved her son.
