See but that's the thing..... 1) it's not that serious and 2) we Know it's not supposed to be cute??? And i can assure most that most tg shippers want the fucked up dynamic and we don't actually believe we're gonna get them in a final shot getting married or something. But even those who Do want the cute stuff, they're just.... Having fun??? And none of this is real so. Idk i think what's insufferable is pretending like no other parts of the fandom "woobify" these horrible characters and that ppl who ship these two men together are "watching the show wrong". It's like. Have u seen some of the takes from tomshiv shippers. Everyday they misunderstand and massacre my girl lol but it's ok. Cause it's not real. what im sensing is that u feel way more strongly abt this than i do like i particularly dont think its that serious or that its morally wrong to ship it. it just got boring to me and i play it up for the bit just to make the mutuals laugh i thought that was obvious. also this is the woobify horrible characters show i dont care about that at all. ignoring critical info in favor of conjecture IS watching the show wrong tho and thats a crime to me. sorry im just that evil and only i can have fun
