To be clear im 100% vanilla minecraft will never be boring to me i could play it forever. That being said what people are *probably* complaining about is a malware incident that hit minecraft mods on curseforge and infected some of the more well known modpacks. It was uncovered on tuesday so current reccomendations are still to not touch any mc mods. Still we just got 1.20 so i dont rly see why someone would need mods to make mc fun when we have all this new content in the game anyway

oh i mean that's a valid complaint, but i was seeing tweets that were directly discussing the notion of vanilla mc being boring, full stop (it was some source tweet being an asshole and qrts corroborating the sentiment). i've def heard about the mod issue, so while i don't have much added to my mc (just a minihud and the staytrue texture pack), i'm waiting until the issues get resolved to update anything lol
