It's so wild how The Exorcist (1973) is still considered prestige when it's just like. "What if a little girl had bodily fluid and was in pain. Would that be fucked up or what?"

Like uh, yeah? It would be? You gonna have anything to say about that besides really vague right wing propaganda, or are we just gonna have copycat movies so we can pretend this movie had enough substance to be genuinely influential?
