so theyre raising the rent soon and apparently during which theyre gonna raise it again after like 6 months? idr right now but we're already having trouble affording this place even tho its pretty cheap since moms not putting anything into the house... bc she's been saving up to move out away from dad but we ended up signing the lease for another year but we still have only a year to figure out what the hell we're gonna do 🥲 mom wants to move down to georgia or north carolina to be closer to her family so we've been looking at rentals down there but man. even then most places have higher rent than what we've got here.... and since i specifically need a place that allows cats, i'll have to pay 1/3 utilities, rent, and all the expenses for the cats too. im just really worried about finding a decent job if we do decide to move within the year 😭😭
