cleaning my room is fucking necessary, but im doing it in chunks and at a certain point i have to stop cause i feel so bad. all the dust and mold and cleaner. im wearing a mask but it only mildly helps.

#i have a stading air conditioner in my room which is the startof all the problems #the thing itself i feel is spewing out moldy air because there's some mold on the like. place where the air comes out.#but i also have to have the exhaust part of it out of the window and its rained while thats been assembled so there's mold on the blinds #and all the exhaust parts #its no wonder im fucking sick all the time #and my rooms been cleaned im not super negligent in that department #but not the air conditioner or window #ive just been ignoring it
