i made an appointment with a pain doctor who specializes in EDS and so i started panicking about thinking i might have EDS when i actually dont. but i just looked at the hEDS criteria again and well, from what i understand, i am one symptom away from meeting the criteria.

also the criteria annoys me bc there are 2 points you cant meet if you're fat =/

#i think my beighton score is 5 or 6 #skin is soft as far as i can tell and when i drag along my forearm it ripples like velvet #i have piezogenic papules... on both my hands and feet #i have a high narrow palate with dental crowding (its why i look like i have fangs)#idk my skin is hyperextensible bc i cant measure it but it? might be?#then i have the pain and joint instability #i could be wrong about some of these though #the only way to find out is to see an EDS doc...#plus im not the only one in my family with signs of EDS #julian rants
