[9:07] “No, no guys I really gotta go,” Felix grinned. “Things to do, people to see.” The chat, as it always did, whined for him to stay just a little longer. Just a few more minutes. Just one more round. But he made a promise to a pretty lady that he wasn’t about to break.

“You’ll get more of me tomorrow,” he said, holding out his pinkie to the camera. “Promise.” Despite the wall of crying emojis (they were always so dramatic) he waved goodbye while ending the stream.

As much as he loved streaming, this moment was always nice. The quiet time when he took off his headphones, eyes closed for a moment while resting back in the chair. Thankfully he’d played well today and had decent luck when needed so he wasn’t overly frustrated. Even though you calmed him down, he still liked to go to you in good spirits.

“Hi, sweetie pie~”

You turned to smile at Felix from where you were preparing the food that had just arrived. He looked a little tired but satisfied which meant today was a good day.

“Right on time,” you hummed as he made his way to you. You allowed the momentary distraction from what you were doing to turn to Felix as he wrapped his arms around your waist and leaned in to press a soft kiss to your lips. You ran your fingers through his freshly dyed, silver hair as you pulled back to look at him, gaze lifted from his lips, over his pretty septum piercing and star-like freckles to his soft, warm, brown eyes.

“Was it a good stream?” You hummed.

A pout immediately formed on Felix’s lips. “You didn’t watch?”

“Baby,” you giggled. “You know I didn’t have time today.”

“I can’t believe you missed my stream,” he said, feigning hurt as he looked away from you dramatically. 

“Well, then I guess you don’t want any of the food I ordered while I was not watching your stream and timed it so it would arrive right as you were finishing.”

“You know what,” he said. “It’s fine, you can always watch it back later.”

You laughed before he pulled you back in for another kiss, sweet and slow. You let yourself savour it for a few more moments before gently pushing him back.

“Okay, let me finish getting the food ready, okay?”

“I expect more kisses when you come to the living room,” he pouted.

“I never deny you kisses, do I?”

“Not yet,” he giggled, eyeing you playfully. “But it could happen.”

“Never,” you chuckled. While he settled in the living room you grabbed the food and plates and anything else you needed before carefully carrying it into the room. Though it wasn’t the place he streamed, he’d still set up pretty lights for when you cuddled together in there. Hues of pink, purple, and blue doused the room. Felix had pulled the little coffee table close to the couch and already had your switches ready. 

He helped you to set all the food out so it was easy to reach, stealing as many kisses as he could, before you both settled. He made sure to pull you nice and close to him before he started eating, quickly stuffing his mouth, cheeks puffed out with food as he chewed, giving you a smile.

You snorted out a laugh at the sight before grabbing your switch with the immediate goal of checking out Felix’s island. He’d been late to animal crossing, only getting it a few days ago, but you knew he’d made progress quickly. Felix was quick to follow after another large bite of food.

“Woah, baby you’re fast,” you laughed, looking at how much he’d managed to set up in a few days of gameplay.

“It’s almost like I’m good at gaming,” he grinned.

“You can’t be good at every game,” You said.

“Who says?” He giggled, sticking out his tongue.

“Me says,” you poked his cheek. Felix couldn’t seem to hold back his hearty laugh as you smiled, taking another bite of food and continuing to explore before you happened across something that made you gasp. 

“Wait, you already got Shino?”

“Yep,” Felix hummed, now walking around on your island. “Sweetie pie, your island is so pretty.”

“How?”

“Huh?”

“How did you get her so fast?”

Felix gave you a mischievous grin. “I have my ways.”

You knew the real answer was just luck but it didn’t stop you from pouting about it.

“I want her.”

“Sorry, my island is just better,” he smiled.

You narrowed your gaze. “I wonder if I can get her to move to my island instead.”

“Hey! You can’t steal my villagers!”

“I can do whatever I please.”

Felix grabbed at you, trying to get the switch from your hands. You giggled, holding it away from him. It stayed safely in your hands as he knocked you back onto the couch, attacking you with kisses to try and make you relent. 

Laughter slowly died as his kisses all over you cheeks moved to your lips. You enjoyed his warmth on top of you as he kissed you, getting lost in the feeling for a few more moments before he pulled back to gaze at you lovingly.

“I love you.”

“I love you too, sweetie pie.”

“I’m still gonna try and steal Shino from you, though.”
